Also in 2007, another patriot and author, Grant F. Smith, Director for the Institute of Research Middle East Policy published another must read for every member of Congress; “Foreign Agents: The American Israel Public Affairs Committee from the 1963 Fulbright Hearings to the 2005 Espionage Scandal.”

Smith explained how America’s Middle East policy has been formulated and thrives due to the dearth of relevant reporting on AIPAC’s activities- essentially because the old Fourth Estate has acted more like sayanim [VOLUNTEERS] for Zionism than muckrakers meaning investigative journalists!

Before the worn out canard of being an ‘Anti-Semite’ is hurled at me –again- I explain:

TRUE Antisemitism is a prejudice against or hostility towards the Jewish people and it is rooted in fear that breed’s hatred and it must be denounced and confronted!
Case In Point: In my first book, KEEP HOPE ALIVE I wrote regarding the ‘Christian’ Crusades and the Jewish Holocaust:

“Those barbarians tortured and burned people at the stake! What kind of Christian could rationalize that? So much hypocrisy! I will not give my soul over to another. No institution is going to control me…I think Christians can be real cowards, or else they were sleeping while Hitler was gaining power. I hate to think it, but maybe it was because they were anti-Semitic?”

According to Webster’s Dictionary a SEMITE is “a member of any of a number of peoples of ancient southwestern Asia including the Akkadians, Phoenicians, Hebrews, and Arabs or a descendant of these peoples” thus Palestinians are as much a Semite as any Jew!

So let us move on by going back to the days when Senator Fulbright asked questions regarding Jewish-Agency-funded US foreign agents who did not register with the Justice Department or disclose their true financing, funding flows or covert activities.

In his book, Smith exposes how AIPAC/American Israel Public Affairs Committee operates “within a murky nexus regulated by four important but seldom enforced US laws.” [1]

The lax enforcement of The Logan Act, The Foreign Agents Registration Act/FARA, the 1917 Espionage Act, Thompson Memorandum guidelines for prosecuting corporate crime coupled with the fear of being labeled anti-Semitic and a media who have failed at their commission to seek and report the truth have all colluded to exert an undue influence over Congress and thus; we the people of America to be “under the de facto influence of a powerful foreign interest.” [2]

Smith documents how AIPAC-a constellation of individuals and organizations that make up the “Israel lobby” –which I define as a Zionist Lobby-continues to actively steer USA foreign policy in a militant and pro-Israel only direction.

I am all for the people of the State of Israel to feel SECURE, and as I comprehend that the only way that can ever be reality is when JUSTICE is done unto Palestinians which equates to Ending the Military Occupation and honoring Equal Human Rights for All the people of the so called holy land-which began to be carved up when ‘civilized’ men in the United Nations partitioned it in 1947 after the British Mandate ended- I have risen up which is INTIFADA in Arabic!

“On the day of the termination of the British mandate and on the strength of the United Nations General Assembly declare The State of Israel will be based on freedom, justice and peace as envisaged by the prophets of Israel: it will ensure complete equality of social and political rights to all its inhabitants irrespective of religion it will guarantee freedom of religion [and] conscience and will be faithful to the Charter of the United Nations.” – May 14, 1948. IF only Israel had only honored that promise, it would be a wonderful world!

Senator Fulbright expressed great concern over the activities of unregistered foreign agents who worked to influence public opinion and policy which resulted in the 1963 Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearings which investigated and uncovered a “conduit” operation run by the American Zionist Council, which in 1959 was renamed AIPAC.

Within eight years, the American Zionist Council had received over a half a million “from the Jewish Agency to create a favorable opinion in this country for Israeli government policies. The Senate investigation closed down the conduit, but the extensive propaganda activities still go on…[and] by 1998, “US aid to Israel exceeded $3 billion a year, the highest amount of US aid given to any country.” [3]

“AIPAC’s illegal tactics harm America…[and] corporate crime inflicts far more damage on society than all street crime combined…Harvard economist Thomas Stauffer estimated the total cost of [the] prolonged conflict in the Middle East at $3 trillion [in 2002 USA dollars and he] lays a good deal of the blame for this at the doorstep of AIPAC.” [4]

On May 28, 1993 Ariel Sharon explained:

“The terms ‘democracy’ or ‘democratic’ are totally absent from the Declaration of Independence. This is not an accident. The intention of Zionism was not to bring democracy, needless to say. It was solely motivated by the creation in Eretz-Isrel of a Jewish state belonging to all the Jewish people and to the Jewish people alone. This is why any Jew of the Diaspora has the right to immigrate to Israel and to become a citizen of Israel.”

In another must read for Congress, “An Israeli in Palestine: Resisting Dispossession, Redeeming Israel” Jeff Halper, American Israeli and co-founder and coordinator of Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions and Professor of Anthropology, explained:

“An ethnocracy is the opposite of a democracy, although it might incorporate some elements of democracy such as universal citizenship and elections. It arises when one particular group-the Jews in Israel, the Russians in Russia, the Protestants in pre-1972 Northern Ireland, the whites in apartheid South Africa, the Shi’ite Muslims in Iran, the Malay in Malaysia and, if they had their way, the white Christian fundamentalists in the US-seize control of the government and armed forces in order to enforce a regime of exclusive privilege over other groups in what is in fact a multi-ethnic or multi-religious society. Ethnocracy, or ethno-nationalism, privileges ethnos over demos, whereby one’s ethnic affiliation, be it defined by race, descent, religion, language or national origin, takes precedence over citizenship in determining to whom a county actually ‘belongs.’”-Page 74.

On George Washington’s birth date, his Farewell Address has been read aloud in Congress ever since 1896.

However, his warning has not yet seeped into the consciousness of our elected officials:

“Observe good faith and justice towards all nations; cultivate peace and harmony with all…and passionate attachments for others should be excluded; and that, in place of them, just and amicable feelings towards all should be cultivated. The nation which indulges towards another a habitual hatred or a habitual fondness is in some degree a slave…a passionate attachment of one nation for another produces a variety of evils. Sympathy for the favorite nation, facilitating the illusion of an imaginary common interest in cases where no real common interest exists, and infusing into one the enmities of the other, betrays the former in the quarrels and wars of the latter, without adequate justification.”

It has been written that the root of all evil is the love of money, and most nefarious are the consequences of nearly two-trillion American tax dollars which have reaped “special trade advantages, and preferential contracts. U.S. aid to Israel cost some 275,000 American jobs each year…Additional known items include loan guarantees-which the U.S. most probably will be forced to cover-special contracts for Israeli firms, legal and illegal transfers of marketable U.S. military technology, de facto exemption from U.S. trade protection provisions, and discounted sales or free transfers of U.S. military equipment…net purchases by U.S. parties of Israel Bonds, adds at least $40 billion to the total…U.S. jobs and exports have been affected, adding to costs and losses…As U.S. relations with Mid East countries deteriorated, trade was lost. Worsening political relations resulted in the loss of hundreds of thousands of U.S. jobs…thanks to the Israel lobby.” [5]

Smith’s book is a work of public service to US for he illuminates how money laundering of over 50 billion US dollars to “charitable” organizations and massive covert activities has enabled the ongoing building of the illegal and apartheid Israeli settlements which have expropriated legally owned Palestinian land. Today a quarter of a million Jewish settlers/colonists-most all of which have no historical tie to the Holy Land, have created ‘facts on the ground’ to disable a viable contiguous Palestinian state.

On November 21, 2005, top U.S. law enforcement officials attended a briefing organized by the Council for the National Interest regarding how charities “such as B’nai B’rith and Hadassah were in direct control of the World Zionist Organization and directly linked to a massive money-laundering operation…[and the settlements are] an indirect generator of terrorism against the United States…[also] Israel never signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation treaty [which prohibits] U.S. assistance to any country trafficking in nuclear enrichment’s equipment or technology outside of international safeguards.” [6]

The World is well aware of Israel’s clandestine nuclear weapons development, stockpile, and launch capabilities, but due to the influence of AIPAC “it is business as usual in Washington: criminal wrongdoing continues to corrupt America’s core values, rule of law, and Middle East policy, as the Israel lobby’s crosshairs shift almost completely to Iran.” [7]

On July 3, 2008, the Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul stated, “I hear members of Congress saying ‘if we could only nuke them’ and that the atmosphere in Congress indicates that a military strike on Iran has already been condoned.” [8]

Referring to House Congressional Resolution 362 Paul called the ‘Virtual Iran War Resolution’, “an absolute blockade of the entire country of Iran, [that will] punish any country or any business group around the world if they trade with Iran.” [9]

In 2006, Virginia Tilley, Professor of political science explained:

“In his October 2005 speech, Mr. Ahmadinejad never used the word ‘map’ or the term ‘wiped off.’ According to Farsi-language experts like Juan Cole and even right-wing services like MEMRI, what he actually said was ‘this regime that is occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time.’

“In this speech to an annual anti-Zionist conference, Mr. Ahmadinejad was being prophetic, not threatening. He was citing Imam Khomeini, who said this line in the 1980s-a period when Israel was actually selling arms to Iran, so apparently it was not viewed as so ghastly then.

“Mr. Ahmadinejad had just reminded his audience that the Shah’s regime, the Soviet Union, and Saddam Hussein had all seemed enormously powerful and immovable, yet the first two had vanished almost beyond recall and the third now languished in prison.

“So, too, the ‘occupying regime’ in Jerusalem would someday be gone. His message was, in essence: ‘This too shall pass.’”

What has yet to pass are international atomic agency inspectors into Israel’s WMD facility!

In 1976, the Symington Amendment was adopted to fortify and extend the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. It prohibited US assistance to any country trafficking in nuclear enrichment equipment or technology outside of international safeguards.

The world learned about Israel’s secret underground nuclear weapons facility in 1986 due to Mordechai Vanunu’s photographic evidence, but Obama blew Helen Thomas off when she dared ask about Middle East Nukes by stating he “didn’t want to speculate.”

The American government has ignored this elephant in the world and its collusion in Israel’s Nuclear Deceptions and Israel’s negation of international law, UN resolutions, and denial of equal human rights for Palestinians have all contributed to the instability in the Middle East!

Beginning in the 1990′s and even more so after 9/11, US politicians blind allegiance to Israel has been furthered by the claim that both states are threatened by Arab terrorist groups and rogue states bent on acquiring weapons of mass destruction, but the US has more than enough to blow up this one small planet and America is also the only state to have targeted and murdered innocent ones via a Nuclear Holocaust!

Many Americans see Israel as an ally and Iran as a mutual enemy, but “We have seen the enemy and he is US!”-Pogo

The “war on terror” has become a tactic to infuse fear while it ignores that much of the anger in the Arab world is in response to Israel’s military occupation of Palestine, the concrete wall/electrified fence that has been built on legally owned Palestinian property which is “financed with U.S. aid at a cost of $1.5 million per mile. The Israeli wall prevents residents from receiving health care and emergency medical services. In other areas, the barrier separates farmers from their olive groves which have been their families’ sole livelihood for generations.” [10]

William Fulbright warned, “The age of warrior kings and of warrior presidents has passed. The nuclear age calls for a different kind of leadership….a leadership of intellect, judgment, tolerance and rationality, a leadership committed to human values, to world peace, and to the improvement of the human condition. The attributes upon which we must draw are the human attributes of compassion and common sense, of intellect and creative imagination, and of empathy and understanding between cultures.”

Yet, America’s ‘leaders’ continue to cower and pander to an “illegal foreign lobby that has long flouted US law and suborned the national interest as a foreign agent.” [11]

As this Citizen of Conscience for US House of Representatives has been gifted with COMMON SENSE and as “It’s not my revolution unless I can dance” [Emma Goldman] I am on my way to D.C. to report on AIPAC’s 2011 Conference with hope to engage my fellow Americans so that YES WE CAN begin the world again!

Ending Legal Apartheid in Age of Impunity and Superstition



Arrest Bush: From Calgary, Alberta to Surrey, British Columbia

On Monday May 2nd 2011, a coalition of activists and civil resisters, myself included, marched on Surrey City Hall in an attempt school Mayor Dianne Watts on the voluminous domestic and supranational legislation which exists pertaining to credibly accused war criminals and other violators of human rights. Mayor Dianne Watts’ ill conceived invitation to George W. Bush to come to Surrey, British Columbia to attend the annual Surrey Regional Economic Summit this October 20th stimulated the demonstration, which was organized by Mohawk activist and author Splitting the Sky, who led the procession which marched peacefully in the direction of the mayor’s office chanting “Arrest George Bush! Enforce the law!”

Splitting the Sky presented Mayor Watts’ communications specialist Tara Foslien with documents demonstrating the correspondence between Bush’s self-admitted misdeeds and the Canadian laws explicitly prohibiting such crimes. The civil resister cited domestic legislation such as the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act as examples of two legal bodies enshrined to prevent Canada from becoming a safe haven for war criminals. Splitting the Sky informed Ms. Foslien that: “at one point he [Bush] was a credibly accused war criminal but now he’s a self-confessed war criminal…the mayor of Surrey B.C. here, Dianne Watts, has invited George Bush…for an economic summit on October 20th of this year…and we’re saying that this is totally unacceptable…We cannot allow a war criminal into Canada. This guy’s a self confessed war criminal. He violated Article III of the Geneva Conventions against the use of torture in warfare…[Bush] admitted in his book that he in fact allowed his judiciary, the justice department, [and] his lawyers…to bend the law and break the law…George Bush technically should be charged with torture and murder.”

In the year 2000 the Canadian parliament enacted the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act with the ostensible goal of preventing Canada from becoming a “safe haven” for war criminals

Also in attendance was Professor Anthony Hall of the University of Lethbridge. Hall emphasized the need for law enforcement officials to transcend politics and implement the law equitably, regardless of the status of the offender. Hall confronted the many police officers present with the following question: “when there’s a street person drunk and disorderly…does the police officer say “I have to phone the mayor…I have to phone the Prime Minister to ask if I can arrest him?” ” continuing “the police will be told…[Bush] is an “Internationally Protected Person.” That is not true! [Bush] is a civilian. He is no longer a head of state.”

The attempts to elucidate the illegitimacy of the proposed visit of Bush to British Columbia in October ought to be viewed as an extension of the citizens’ mobilizations which began with Bush’s controversial visit to Calgary, Alberta on March 17, 2009.[i] That visit was Bush’s first visit to a foreign country without diplomatic immunity. After the failure of law enforcement officials to do their jobs and arrest the then credibly accused war criminal – now self-confessed torturer – Splitting the Sky courageously and selflessly attempted to breach the police lines and conduct a citizen’s arrest on the former US president.[ii]

During the subsequent trial in Calgary which some dubbed The Trial of Splitting The Sky versus George W. Bush former U.S. attorney general Ramsey Clark – Splitting the Sky’s former lawyer – and former U.S. Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney flew in to the oil-patch city to participate in the proceedings.[iii] The trial culminated with Splitting The Sky being given a conditional discharge by Judge Manfred Delong allowing him to avoid immediate incarceration. Some read this comparative leniency as a tacit acknowledgement by Judge Delong that Splitting the Sky was, as he submitted, being a conscientious citizen when he attempted to uphold the rule of law by seeking to arrest Bush.

The “I was only following orders” Defence

According to a report in The Province Norm Stowe, the manager of the annual Surrey Regional Economic Summit to be attended by Bush, stated via email that “the city respected the rights of protesters to present their views but will have RCMP support to ensure the event is not disrupted…The RCMP have responsibility for security and we know they’ll find a balance that allows people to express their views without risking the safety of our speakers or those attending the summit”.[iv]

These comments, by the organizer of the economic summit, show a distinct failure to grasp the main contention of those protesting the impunity afforded to credibly accused war criminals in Canada. It is the law enforcement agencies themselves, including the RCMP, who are being objected to as it is they who are failing to do their jobs. How is it that Norm Stowe can be so positive that the RCMP will protect, rather than arrest, the self-confessed torturer during the October 2011 summit? Who gave the orders to the RCMP to reassure those organizing the event that their guests – even if they’re culpable for the most murderous of crimes – will be protected on that day? All those police officers who opt to protect, rather than arrest, George W. Bush when he comes to British Columbia are putting themselves in a position where they can be accused of complicity in the break down of the rule of law in Canada.

Those law enforcement officials who shirk their duties to uphold the rule of law in Canada might well use the defense in the future that they were merely “following orders.” This was the common alibi of many officials tried at Nuremberg and it didn’t wash. If I were an ordinary bobby assigned to shield George W. Bush from the law during his upcoming visit I would ask myself serious questions as to whether my role might have personal ramifications for me down the line.

If a police officer arrested Bush in Surrey on October 20th s/he could easily justify doing so to an independent judge before a court of law. Firstly, by doing so the officer would be doing his/her job of upholding the rule of law. Secondly, by arresting the self-confessed torturer the officer would be maintaining civility and order as s/he would be eliminating any possibility of a confrontation such as that which arose in Calgary when Splitting the Sky was compelled, due to the failures of law enforcement officials, to attempt to break through the wall of immunity and impunity and arrest George Bush. During Splitting The Sky versus Bush the defense of those police officers who had obstructed Splitting The Sky from implementing the law was that they were keeping order during a lively protest. Surely the best way to maintain law and order would be simply to arrest Bush as this would remove the catalyst of the protest and maintain peacefulness on the streets of Surrey?

The Liquidation of the Osama Bin Laden Franchise And The Increased Need To Arrest War Criminals

As the war machine continues to transform our benighted planet into a domain of never ending warfare the need for law enforcers to hold to account the protagonists of illegal wars has never been greater. An intensification of the 9/11 wars could only be prevented if Human Rights legislation began to be enforced on the organized gangsters in the highest echelons of power. The recent liquidation of the multi-billion dollar Osama Bin Laden franchise would not have arisen without some preconceived militaristic agenda. Cashing in the Bin Laden chips will serve as a smokescreen to legitimate further misery and warfare.

It is widely held that the biological Bin Laden died several years ago. Much evidence was marshalled to support this conclusion in David Ray Griffin’s book Bin Laden: Dead or Alive?[v] However, until May 2nd a virtual Bin Laden had surfaced from time to time in indecipherable camcorder-produced videos serving the function of conditioning millions of global citizens to falsely perceive a threat from Islamic terrorism. The mythical Bin Laden’s theatrics were used to justify U.S. and Israeli assaults against Arab and Muslim peoples. The unsubstantiated, ahistorical assertion that Bin Laden was killed on May 2nd has been described by author and pundit Webster Tarpley as a “completely manufactured, invented story created out of whole cloth by the US intelligence community primarily for the purpose of targeting Pakistan.”[vi] The demonization of the Pakistani security state, who stand accused of aiding and abetting Osama Bin Laden, is likely to serve as a pretext for the U.S. military to further colonize Pakistan.

That Bin Laden was killed by U.S. Navy SEALS with Obama “watching a feed [of the murder of Bin Laden] from a camera mounted on the helmet of one of the US SEALS who carried out the operation”[vii] is beyond the pale and, most importantly, completely unsupported by video or documentary evidence.

The Obama administration, which has been described by International law Professor Francis Boyle as “Zionist controlled and funded,”[viii] is on the one hand seeking to control Pakistan and on the other submitting to the Likudnik agenda of reordering and Lebanizing the Middle East. The successful Likudnik geopolitical strategy of fomenting a Big Rwanda type situation of ethnic and religious civil war could not have been visited upon the people of the Middle East without the 9/11 fraudulent trigger incident from which Israel was a prime beneficiary. Recent rhetoric of a possible NATO assault on Syria – a much emphasized priority for Likudnik foreign policy– coupled with the brutal assault on Libya (which was partially implemented to prevent the Libyan government from developing plans for a pan-African currency, the Gold Dinar) illuminates the pressing need for enforcement of international and domestic legislation pertaining to crimes against humanity and war crimes.

One could imagine that if George W. Bush was arrested and prosecuted for his self-confessed crimes that subsequent presidents of the declining American Empire and prime ministers of the ascending Israeli empire might think twice before they conduct further crimes against humanity and war crimes.

9/11 Skeptics Attacked by Post-Rationalist, Psychoanalyst Jonathan Kay

As is the case with all other aspects of the 9/11 sacred myth, citizens are expected by the military-industrial-academic-journalistic complex to prescribe to the “May 2nd killing of Bin Laden” state-conspiracy-theory, relying on faith in our betters, rather than demanding substantive evidence. Invariably those of us who understand the basic tenets of deductive logic – and who are inclined to survey evidence before forming conclusions – are denounced for daring not to take at face value what the U.S. government tells us.

One such attack on scientific reasoning and Enlightenment principles is found in a recently published psychoanalysis of the 9/11 Truth Movement entitled Among The Truthers (purportedly) authored by post-rationalist journalist Jonathan Kay.

Postmodernist Jonathan Kay has written one book mischaracterizing the 9/11 Truth Movement and produced another book with a retired Mossad agent. As with UN Watch’s attack on Richard Falk, the attacks on the 9/11 Truth Movement often seem to emanate from individuals or groups who are heavily partisan to Israel

Kay, who previously produced a book with a retired Mossad agent, captures the postmodern, subjectivist academic zeitgeist in his critique of genuine skeptics. Like most postmodernists Kay distances himself from those of us who seek to construct metanarratives based on our belief in science’s ability to unmask absolute truth.  The anti-Enlightenment, epistemic relativist denounces our quest for absolute truth vis-à-vis 9/11, writing “These metanarratives [of 9/11 skeptics] are so elaborate and ambitious that they essentially describe alternate moral universes” (Among The Truthers, 15). Since when has it been advisable to abandon the quest to figure out how our world operates simply because doing so might require one to be “elaborate” and “ambitious”? Since when has it been acceptable for a metanarrative to be deemed false simply because it is elaborate and it took ambition to formulate? This kind of nonsense is not atypical. Those of us who are the attempting to save the Enlightenment’s legacy from it’s postmodern enemies encounter such hostility regularly. Truth has always been the enemy of those ideologues and public intellectuals who are servants of certain factions of the ruling class. Kay himself concedes in Among the Truthers that sometimes “I [Jonathan Kay] bend the rules of logic in the service of ideology or partisanship” (Among The Truthers, 323).

The following statement offers a quintessential example of Kay’s ideology (an ideology which is perhaps identifiable from the subject matter of his previous book) influencing how he writes about the largely philo-Semitic 9/11 skeptics community : “By teaching ourselves to recognize conspiracism’s unchanging basic structure – from its archetype in the Protocols [of The Elders of Zion] to its modern incarnation in the 9/11 Truth Movement – we can protect our brains from conspiracy theories [i.e. metanarratives pertaining to conspiracies] before they have a chance to infect our thinking” (Among The Truthers, 317).

Kay thus prefers to innoculate the subject from encountering the object (i.e. the harsh reality of the world around us). This is typical post-rationalist discourse befitting our Age of Impunity and Superstition.

Persecuting Judges Rather Than Prosecuting War Criminals

In Canada, with the neoconservative, pro-Likud, pro-war party winning a majority in the May 2nd elections we might expect to witness the kinds of assaults on Canada’s Human Rights legislation, such as the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act (2000), that have begun to crop up in some European polities. In Britain, the country that famously set the Pinochet Precedent,[ix] the Israel lobby-influenced Conservative government has now taken steps to sanction political intervention in the judiciary. Soon judges who wish to provide arrest warrants for credibly accused war criminals will require approval from bought-and-paid-for politicians to do so which makes a mockery of any notion of judicial independence.

British politicians made overtures to circumscribe the autonomy of the judiciary after a British judge issued an arrest warrant for the former Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni who was largely responsible for the 2008/2009 massacre in Gaza. This rare but potent application of Human Rights law to Israeli credibly accused war criminals in the British courts continues to instill fear among those who have guilty consciences. According to a recent report by Press TV one of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s aides Yohanan Locker refrained from visiting Britain in recent weeks for fear of being arrested.[x] Any renaissance of judicial neutrality and universal jurisdiction could be short lived however. The locus of power labeled by Professor James Petras as “The Zionist Power Configuration,” via it’s stooges in the British parliament, is incessantly attempting to attain immunity for all Israeli credibly accused war criminals.

Likewise in Spain, home of the pugnacious activist Judge Baltasar Garzon, there have been moves to circumscribe the latitude judges have to prosecute credibly accused war criminals. On November 4, 2009 the Spanish parliament added three conditions to Spanish laws pertaining to war criminals. Credibly accused war criminals can now be prosecuted only if (i) the alleged perpetrators are present in Spain, (ii) the victims [of the alleged war crime] are of Spanish nationality, or (iii) there is some relevant link to Spanish interests.

The subtext of these politically motivated restrictions on the enforcement of international law is that political elites in Spain and Britain are themselves deeply complicit in the same war crimes and crimes against humanity that the likes of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney stand accused of. Thus, the co-guilty have a vested interest in minimizing the agency objective Third Parties have to prosecute credibly accused war criminals.

Legal Apartheid and The Genocide Industry

“Law enforcers” in Canada have demonstrated that the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act is only to be invoked to prosecute tin pot tyrants from Third World countries, such as Désiré Munyaneza, who was prosecuted in May 2009 for his participation in the CIA-sponsored Rwandan genocide.

It was perhaps not coincidental that less than 12 months after citizens exposed the double standards and politically motivated complacency of the Calgary law enforcement milieu duringSplitting the Sky versus Bush that a Guatemalan accused war criminal was apprehended in the Southern Albertan city of Lethbridge. Jorge Vinicio Orantes Sosa, who stands accused of complicity in genocidal acts in Guatemala in 1982, was tried in the very same Calgary Courts Centre in which the convincing case had been made that law enforcement officials had illegitimately shielded Bush from the law. Time and time again political (and economic) expediency militates against the supposedly politically neutral application of the law. The result is that the most murderous war criminals on the planet enjoy impunity.

The Palestinian genocide has been divorced from less politically inconvenient genocides. Now there is a Genocide Industry which censors certain politically inconvenient genocides from it’s discourse.

Having laws that only apply to war criminals emanating from Third World countries is intolerable. This legal apartheid is buttressed by the pseudo-scholarship and politicized analyses pumped out by the apparatchiks of the Genocide Industry. The Genocide Industry is expressed most egregiously in the disproportionate amounts of scholarship and journalism dedicated to demonizing politically expendable perpetrators of genocide, such as Rwandan Hutus like Munyaneza, whilst at the same time diminishing the modern day genocides being perpetrated against Arabs and Muslims. At the core of the Genocide Industry is the insistence that Israel’s extremist politicians be allowed to cynically play the worn and tattered Nazi holocaust card to immunize themselves from accusations of being pro-genocide.

Nuclear armed Israel in 2011 is characterized too often as a victim of non-existant genocidal forces whilst the Palestinians’ status as victims of genocide is deemphasized in the vast preponderance of scholarship on the subject of genocide.

Bush Should Be Arrested in Canada

There is still much uncertainty for law enforcers, political elites, general citizens and the millions of victims of the 9/11 wars about how the relatively new Canadian domestic legislation pertaining to war criminals will be applied over the coming months and years. Thus far there have been gross inconsistencies exhibited by Canadian law enforcers who are willing to prosecute Rwandans and Guatemalans but not Texans or Israelis. Whether the Age of Impunity & Superstition will be compounded or desisted in Canada will be determined by those law enforcement officials who will be confronted with a self-confessed war criminal, George W. Bush, seeking entry into Canada this October.

Bin Laden Operation Discredits U.S. Armed Forces

Nothing could be worse than the story released by the Obama administration. Their claim is that 25 Navy Seals were flown into Pakistan to murder an unarmed and unguarded man whose identity is now in doubt. Legal experts around the world universally characterize the operation, if it actually happened at all, as a criminal act and those involved as subject to prosecution. This issue is unlikely to gain much attention, however, as the majority of people who had not concluded that Osama bin Laden had died in 2001 as reported are now reconsidering their position.

Is President Obama having it both ways, claiming revenge for 9/11 by ordering the murder of someone never named in connection with 9/11 in any way and putting the killing in question by, not only destroying all evidence, but by releasing contradictory and easily discredited versions of the event? Is Obama, as many have long suspected, “channeling” George “W” Bush, the master bungler of all time?

Either way, there is one victim for certain and that is the members of the military services of the United States who will be judged, not by the real facts but rather the political mechanations of the increasingly bizarre stories released to the press on a daily basis. Each new story released shows signs of poor operational judgement where “salting” the “crime scene” with evidence has obviously gotten out of hand, an obvious problem when 46,000 “secret agents” were given 15 years to hunt down and capture a man believed dead for 10 of those 15 years.

Worse yet, senior CIA officials from the Reagan/Bush I era claim bin Laden was and always continued to be “rock solid” as an American intelligence agent until his death, or at least one of his deaths.

Even worse still, eyewitness accounts reported in Pakistan indicate that the bin Laden mission was scrapped after a helicopter crash.  The version given, but yet unconfirmed, has Americans leaving only with their dead, abandoning their wreckage and never having entered what is claimed to have been the bin Laden “compound.”

This is a classic case of “too many cooks spoil the pot.”

Wild stories about 40 minute firefights and “Osama bin Laden” standing on a bed with an AK 47 on full-auto while using his wife as a human shield made the SEAL team involved look like clowns. The SEALS are among the best trained and most effective elite fighting forces in the world. Last year, I met with Hershel Davis, known as “Father of the Seals,” to discuss his distinguished career and his experiences while operating inside Pakistan.

One thing is clear. SEALS were chosen because of their history of secrecy. The entire “bin Laden/Abbottabad” operation is a fiction. The ploy was to use Navy SEALS to trade on their reputation and heroism in order to “sell” a cover story to serve a long series of agenda’s.

The real end result for members of America’s armed forces is to have them cast as bullies, liars and murderers. What we have is a replay of the Delta Force’s operation at Tora Bora, a theatrical construct with a wild story intended on providing a rationale for a decade of war, begun, sustained and ultimately lost based on a fairy tale.

The original “Tora Bora follies,” Osama bin Laden and his entourage leaving his massive luxurious underground complex in a fleet of white GMC Yukon XLs with the aid of local warlords while the Delta Force was “called back for consultation” is as believable as the mysterious funeral of the imaginary Osama bin Laden, an old man seen on video watching television whose biometric signature in no way remotely resembles the facial recognition patterns of the real Osama bin Laden. Bin Laden, the real bin Laden, worked for years with the CIA and was photographed many times.

Veterans Today contributor and senior defense analyst, Brigadier General Asif Haroon Raja made the following observations:

Hardly a week has lapsed since the shattering news of helicopter assault by US SEALs leading to Osama bin Laden’s death and already several branches have sprouted from the trunk of the original story.

Too many doubts are being expressed about the authenticity of the claims made by rejoicing US leaders. As the clouds of skepticism are getting thicker, euphoria of US leadership is correspondingly getting deflated.

Or it was a hoax to cash upon the ghost of Osama? Or was it to stir up uprising in Pakistan similar to the ones in Arab countries and then make it a pretext to take actions as in case of Libya?
Even if we blindly accept the one-sided US story, how come Osama being a trained fighter with no dearth of chivalry chose to live in a house which had no protection? Like the minefield being of no value unless covered with fire, high walls of the house are of no consequence without inner protective shield.

Since the house was devoid of arsenal and he had not put up token resistance even with his personal weapon, it means Osama had given up militancy and was leading a quiet and peaceful life with his family. Was it fair to kill an unarmed man?

Pretext of his burial at sea is unconvincing since the Afghans are not inclined to the idea of shrines. Osama was wanted since 2001 dead or alive. How come, when the golden trophy was seized, it was disposed off in indecent haste rather than displaying it in all the 50 states of USA? The US has yet to furnish proofs that Osama was killed. No photograph of his dead body within the Abbottabad house or before and during his burial at sea has been displayed.


Since 9/11 with Rudy Giuliani’s tireless hounding of the limelight, “heroics by proxy,” honoring heroes has been a shameful form of exploitation of the sacrifice and honor of others for political and financial gain. No war in history has made so many billionaires while fighting an enemy that has proven to be 99% fabrication. As conspiracy theory gives way to hard evidence, the demolition of the towers at the World Trade Center has become fact.


Years later when 345 New York firefighters have died of radiation sickness with thousands more sick or dying from illnesses purposefully misdiagnosed or attributed to spurious and unspecified “toxic” sources, the sinister hand of exploitation isn’t hard to see. 3000 died on 9/11, not from terror attacks but proven controlled demolition. 6000 more Americans have died to avenge their deaths while several hundred thousand, Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan 85% civilians, 100% victims of an illegal war of aggression, have died so far with more each day.

The sick from Ground Zero fight “tooth and nail” for medical care and compensation while tens of thousands of troops once considered heroes have been drummed out the military, wounded, sick, “used up,” many with no benefits or medical care. 18 kill themselves each day.

Another memorable sight on 9/11 was Secretary Rumsfeld on the pristine Pentagon lawn, theoretical location of 100 tons of aircraft wreckage, seats, bodies, luggage, wings, tail section, all invisible to the naked eye. Soon after, Rumsfeld would mention the missile that hit the Pentagon. He would say it once and the press would forgive that mistaken moment of honesty.

During the 1988 election, Democratic candidate Mike Dukakis was attacked continually for being photographed wearing wearing an Army helmet, riding in a tank. Similarly, President George “W” Bush, whose truncated military career, now classified a “national secret,” includes allegation of failed drug tests and desertion, appeared in another infamous photo, the famed “Mission Accomplished” fiasco claiming victory in a war that is still going on nearly a decade later. Bush’s photo in fighter pilot garb is considered a “Chickenhawk classic.

Worse still were the carefully staged “terror alerts” and phony bin Laden tapes released at critical times to influence elections or the passage of questionable legislation.

The clearest accomplishments of the War on Terror have been clearly defined:

  • $3 trillion has disappeared from the defense budget, funds missing and unaccounted for

  • $5 million a year in opium production in Afghanistan as of 2001 is now $80 billion in heroin production, 93% of the world’s supply

  • At least 25% of the crude oil pumped from Iraq between 2003 and 2008 was never paid for


Emil Lee Wanta, the White House official designated to repatriate Stinger missiles still in Afghanistan and Pakistan after the Soviet withdrawal, first met “Tim Osman,” the CIA code name for Osama bin Laden in 1989. Wanta, along with William Casey and Bill Colby (CIA Directors) made up the ISA (Intelligence Support Agency), a group tasked with eliminating rogue intelligence operations, CIA and other, that had sprung up resulting from operations in Central America and the Af-Pak theatre.

Iran-Contra was one of those operations, there were others, many others. It is obvious that the ISA was less than successful. Many Reagan era insiders were convicted of crimes including, eventually, Emil Lee Wanta.


Wanta was originally named by Reagan as Inspector General of the Department of Defense, eventually slated to take over as Defense Secretary from Casper Weinberger (later convicted during Iran Contra and pardoned). That appointment was blocked by Secretary of State George Schultz.

Wanta, then working out of Vienna, was approached by Osama bin Laden, the CIA’s prime intermediary with both Saudi Arabia and resupply operations in Afghanistan, with replacing Stinger missiles claimed to have been expended in combat with both Soviet forces and those of the Afghan government. Wanta describes his meeting with “Tim Osman,” Osama bin Laden’s “working identity,” along with James Chi, the then station chief in Islamabad.

Stinger missiles had been found for sale in the Peshawar arms bazaar, offered to any and all takers. The first order of business was to recover these weapons before they fell into the hands of real terrorists, those not in the employ of the CIA.

Wanta and Chi put out a “buy order” and repurchased several missiles for cash. They then met with bin Laden. They confronted bin Laden with the fact that some of the missiles they recovered bore the serial numbers of units listed by bin Laden as “expended.” Bin Laden then indicated that the remainder of the Stingers were stored in Peshawar.


Bin Laden was very specific on how he was to be paid and more specific on how unpleasant things would get if money wasn’t forthcoming.

Payment was arranged directly to bin Laden who had the missiles loaded on trucks. Bin Laden is described as in traditional garb, shod in sandals and very unkempt. Meetings were held in English.

The bin Laden Stinger inventory, 116 missiles, were flown into Frankfurt, Germany and turned over to Customs and Treasury there. Secretary of State Schultz complained that the use of Germany in this transaction violated the prerogative of Secretary of State and filed a formal complaint.

Wanta reports that bin Laden was considered the CIA’s most trusted and reliable asset. That relationship continued, part of the complex interaction between the Bush family, the bin Laden family and their son, Osama bin Laden. At no time was Osama bin Laden ever considered “rogue.”

At no time was Osama bin Laden considered out of favor with either his own family or the Bush family to which he was closely aligned.

Osama bin Laden is confirmed to have received medical care, including kidney dialysis, on several occasions as late as 2000, at US military facilities in the Gulf.

There had been reports of Osama bin Laden being involved in a CIA operation involving China as late as September 2001. I was told there were no active operations against China. The intelligence relationship with China was being managed, according to sources, directly by George H.W. Bush and the Chinese representative Henry Kok (Kok Howe Kwong). Slightly differing versions of meetings in Singapore including Bush, Kok, CIA Counsel Jan Morton Heger and others over disbursement of very substantial assets in Rubles make no mention of a Saudi financial interest in with the CIA in this area.

Were the Saudi’s to have been involved, Osama bin Laden would have represented their government, according to reliable sources.

CIA sources claim Osama bin Laden, “Tim Osman” to them, was no longer operational after late 2001. It is their understanding that he died of kidney failure and his body was recovered and put in freezer storage. When questioned about other possible diseases, they insist that he was under treatment for kidney disease only.

Pakistan: Our Wuthering Sovereignty!

The Abbottabad episode of 2 May 2011 provides the opportunity to restore our national sovereignty and establish new level of relationship with our immediate neighbors and countries beyond. “It is a blessing in disguise” to restore national honour and dignity. In fact, the 2/5 episode was a hoax and a big lie, the same as 9/11 episode was a big lie for an excuse to launch the Crusade against the Muslim World.

Osama’s look-alike prisoner from Bagram, was picked-up and brought to Abbottabad and killed in cold blood, in front of his family members, who were living there. In fact, Osama had been killed in Afghanistan some time back and his body may still be lying in a mortuary in Afghanistan. They showed a bullet-ridden picture of Osama, which was two years old and another photo which had no resemblance with him. His body was dumped into the sea, so hurriedly to hide the crime, committed in such a clumsy manner.

The 2/5 episode was the finale of the 9/11 lies and was meant to achieve three main objectives:

(One) With mission accomplished, Obama was to gain political advantage in the forthcoming elections;

(Two) To find an excuse for the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan.

(Three) To defame the Pakistan government, the Pakistan Armed Forces and the ISI. On all the three counts Obama has gained and Pakistan now is reeling under pressure, blaming its own Armed Forces and the ISI, for the failure to safeguard territorial sovereignty, not knowing that we ourselves have pillaged Pakistan’s sovereignty as a matter of political expediency. It’s a sad story but needs to be remembered.

With the first military take-over of Ayub Khan in 1958, the American entered Pakistan and established their tentacles and got so entrenched, that they were able to boot-out Ayub Khan, when found “getting too big for his boots. Ironically a political movement was launched to replace him with Yahya Khan, who became the catalyst for the dismemberment of Pakistan. Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, took over as the first elected Prime Minister of Pakistan. He was a visionary leader and a statesman, and didn’t fit into the ‘American agenda of Great Game on the Global Chess-Board.’ Thus he became an unwanted leader, because he opened the way to China; he gave the idea to King Faisal to assume the leadership of the Muslim World, and he laid the foundation for Pakistan’s nuclear programme. Therefore, he had to be punished and “made a horrible example” at the hands of military dictator and a compliant judiciary.

General Zia joined the American war against the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan from 1980-88. During this period, the CIA established a vast spy net-work in Pakistan, gaining access into our national institutions, the media and the civil society. After the Soviet retreat, Americans turned their back on Afghanistan and Pakistan, denied power sharing to the Taliban and induced a civil war and got Zia removed from the scene, because he was promoting the Mujahideen cause.

Benazir Bhutto took over in 1988, and soon came under pressure to “clip the ISI wings” because the Americans were awed by the ISI’s professional prowess of defeating the Soviets in Afghanistan. The ISI was ruthlessly purged and Pakistan lost its eyes and ears into Afghanistan. In 1998, when Nawaz Sharif carried out atomic explosions in response to the Indians, he became “an undesirable person”. A political movement was started, supporting military take over in 1999. This was the time, the Americans were ready to launch the Crusade against the Muslim World and played the 9/11 drama. Musharraf was pressurized to accept all the seven conditionalities forced on him.

He decided to join the war against our brotherly Muslim country and subsequently allowed the American marines and the CIA to monitor the entire Pak-Afghan borders and pulled-out ISI from these areas, thus bartering away the territorial sovereignty of Pakistan. By this time RAW had already established its spy network in Afghanistan and joined hands with the CIA, infesting Pakistan’s entire border region with enemy agents and provocateurs, and by 2005, succeeded in turning the Afghan war on Pakistan.

The recent Raymond Davis arrest has revealed that the CIA and RAW had penetrated deep into Pakistan and were responsible for insurgency in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhawa provinces and most of the terror attacks taking place in Pakistan. Therefore our government rightly decided to reclaim the lost territory, using the Pakistan Army and the ISI. They are in action, and have earned the ire of US government, who are feeling so uncomfortable.

It is interesting to note that for 9/11 episode the Americans did not blame their armed forces or the intelligence agencies for their failure to protect the country from the catastrophe. Similarly, after the attack in Mumbai in 2009, the Indians did not blame their armed forces or the intelligence agencies. Rather, they pointed their finger directly towards Pakistan, while the Americans put the entire blame on Osama and Al-Qaeda. No wonder, the CIA and RAW joined by sympathizers in Pakistan, now are putting the blame on Pakistani Armed Forces and the ISI, who have sacrificed so much in blood and sweat, to safeguard national sovereignty.

The Americans made a monster of Osama and Al-Qaeda, who, after 1990, in fact had no role in Afghanistan, nor in Pakistan. The Al-Qaeda may have carried-out a few suicide missions against American targets, while sitting idle in Afghanistan from 1996 to 2001, but the western media blamed them for most of the terror acts in Afghanistan and the region, “to create an Enemy” and to demonise the freedom movement of the Afghans. In fact, after 9/11, Osama had been hiding in caves and culverts and had lost his clout and that is the reason that on his death, there has been no visible reaction. Osama’s myth, so assiduously created, has exploded.

The 2/5 episode “is a blessing in disguise” for our government, the Armed Force and the intelligence agencies, to act in concert and weed-out enemy agents and provocateurs, ruthlessly. In fact a kind of “large scale fumigation campaign would be necessary to eliminate the termites, eating into our very foundation.” The process has already begun in Balochistan and must be expanded to cover entire Pakistan. Once our national sovereignty is restored, it will provide the foundation to establish, meaningful relationship with our neighbors and countries beyond. In fact, a complete re-think is needed, to re-structure our relationship with the United States of America, in particular.

The Elegy. The Pakistani nation has had such high expectations from the democratic government to deliver a sovereign parliament and an independent judiciary –the guarantors of national sovereignty, but unfortunately both the institutions have been so methodically suppressed to render them ineffective. In fact, our national sovereignty has been debased and humiliated by one and all who mattered in Pakistan, in the same manner as Mukhtaran Mai, the helpless Pakistani woman, lost her honour in broad day light. Don’t cry Pakistan!!

Neighbor questions how Bin Laden could have been taken — the only helicopter that landed exploded.

Samaa TV, News Beat With Fareeha Idrees: Muhammad Bashir, a neighbor, claims that one helicopter arrived and dropped off 10 or 12 persons on the roof of “Osama’s” house. About 20 minutes later, three helicopters came. The one that had dropped off the Pashtun speakers exploded. Two other helicopters came, but did not land. The neighbors went into the house, looked around, the army arrived about 20 minutes later. He questions how Bin Laden could have been taken, since the only helicopter that landed exploded.

Pakistan Stabbed In Back

The US media is on record having killed Osama bin Laden (OBL) so many times since 1990 onwards. His death was first announced in 1996; an abortive attempt was made on him in Khost in August 1998 using cruise missiles and it was believed that he was hit. He was reported killed in 2000; again after Tora Bora bombings, it was declared that he and other al-Qaeda leaders had perished in the caves owing to daisy cutters. In 2002, the world was informed that Osama was suffering from kidney problems and was on dialysis. His death was triumphantly announced in 2003. By 2005, the manhunt went cold since he could not be found anywhere and it was opined that in all probability he was not alive because of his kidneys failure. He has once again been surreptitiously killed on 02 May 2011 in Abbottabad about which no independent source has confirmed it. His body was not shown to the world.

After slaughtering millions of Muslims and dishonoring them, Obama suddenly became mindful of sanctity of Muslim rites and buried the most wanted man at the sea. The way he was killed and the way he was buried have given rise to suspicions. Although the American public celebrated the killing of OBL, the religious elements in USA objected that Christianity forbade making celebrations over a dead man. OBL’s children have described it as an assassination and against international law to kill an unarmed man.

American euphoria is fast evaporating because of fast spreading doubts about the authenticity of OBL’s death. It is being speculated that on carrying out DNA test at Baghram Airbase, to their horror they discovered that a wrong person had been killed. To hide their crime and embarrassment, they considered it feasible to end the story of OBL as per the original script by quickly burying his body at sea. Hoax of his death has now been played up at the highest level since the US doesn’t need OBL, al-Qaeda’s bogeyman to justify attacking Muslim nations. OBL had become a spent cartridge for the US since he had been overplayed and had lost his utility value. The story had to be winded up and it awaited its logical end entirely advantageous to US interests.

In case of Libya, the US is backing rebellious Libyans and is also using al-Qaeda against forces loyal to Qaddafi on the plea that Qaddafi is killing his people. The fresh theme coined for Libya by US think tanks and media meant to justify US-NATO intervention will from now on be used against future targeted Muslim countries as well. The US and western armies would again wear the masks of saviors of Muslims and continue playing havoc. Their goals of stealing Muslims resources and subjugating them remain unchanged.

After the most costly, unrestrained and vexing hunt of OBL came to an end on 02 May and the most wanted man buried at sea, never to be seen, heard or feared again, there is a need to introspect and see what will be its positive and negative implications on the outcome of terrorism and on Pakistan and USA and about the future role of USA in this region. As is seen, it has brought measure of redemption for USA after its successive failures on military, political and intelligence fronts. It had a salutary impact on the American public which till this event was highly critical about war on terror and had low opinion about Obama as well as US military and intelligence agencies.

It certainly was a morale booster for the US-NATO military stationed in Afghanistan which was feeling out of sorts and was in a defeatist frame of mind. It has renewed the waning confidence of ISAF, which is likely to perform slightly better. The Americans may now have second thoughts on ending the war speedily and may overlook the economic and human hazards of war.

The big event has upshot the fortunes of Obama and his Democrat Party which was set to lose in next elections. It is a shot in the arm for Obama’s declining popularity and he would from now on handle the domestic and foreign policy issues with more confidence. It will for sure silence his critics; at least for some time and the heavy expenditure incurred on the defence will no more be lambasted since all agree that battle on terror has yet not finished. Having tasted the blood of Osama and relished it, the wolf has now started to look for Ayman el-Zawahiri and Mullah Omar. It suspects that the two are hiding inside Pakistan and has declared that it would again swipe at the preys without informing Pakistan.

Ignoring Pakistan’s huge sacrifices in war on terror, the western print and electronic media with BBC in the lead set aside objectivity and ethics and ruthlessly demonized Pakistan. Right wing newspapers in Britain in particular spat venom and wanted Pakistan to be put on the chopping block. In USA, the Republicans, Congress, House of Representatives, Pentagon, CIA have all ganged up against Pakistan and calls for punitive actions are being made. The US knows that with its crippled economy Pakistan is in no position to cut off relations with USA.

War on terror has brought Pakistan immense suffering and ignominy. Not a single positive has come out of it since the war is fought against own people. Pakistan is in bad books of militants as well as USA and is hit by both. Never before, even during the two wars with India was the country bled so profusely. Pakistan has incurred a loss of $60 billion in fighting this futile war. With such colossal all round losses, it seems that our sacrifices have gone down the drain.

It is paradoxical to blame biggest victims of terrorism for culpability with terrorism. Ironically, there was no mention of the US unilateral act of aggression against a sovereign state, killing, wounding and kidnapping people and letting down an ally. Has the US been treating Pakistan fairly and playing straight? Is it Pakistan or America that has created the trust deficit? Biased and noxious attitude of the US and the west against Pakistan is nothing new and gives an insight to their inbred hatred for the Muslims.

Death of Osama has given heart to Karzai who till this happening was slipping out of the hands of US and seeking regional solution to Afghan tangle with the help of Pakistan. He was quick to recall his earlier apprehensions about terrorism flowing out of Pakistan and cautioned the Taliban to learn a lesson from the horrible ending of Osama and to come to terms with him. He may give up the option of negotiations with Taliban and renew the older option of force as espoused by USA. Friction between the two neighbors may reappear particularly after some reports that the Afghans were part of the sordid raid. Some had either accompanied the US assault group, or had been mustered by CIA base in Abbottabad from within the Afghan refugees residing in Hashmi town, adjacent to Bilal town to provide security cordon to the raiders.

It has also been gathered that from among the 7000 undesirables from USA cleared by our Ambassador Haqqani, Blackhawk helicopter pilots who had taken part in Operation Geronimo were also included. They had visited Abbottabad, reconnoitered Osama’s house and surroundings and also made an exit plan by road in case helicopters were hit. Latest news is that the two backup Blackhawk helicopters had landed in Kala Dhaka village in Haripur at about 2330 hours on the night of 01 May 2011, which is five minutes fly-time away from Abbottabad. After staying there for about 30-40 minutes the helicopters flew away. These helicopters loaded with forty US Special Forces soldiers were meant to cater for unforeseen. In addition to backup helicopters, a large armada of jet fighters and AWACs had been positioned close to Pakistan’s western border. These included EC 130E/H MC 130, E-3 AWACs to jam our radars and twenty F-15 jets and F-18E with BVR to intercept our F-16s. It implied the US had taken all precautions and was prepared for an air clash.

India was in ecstasy after hearing the news and took no time to come out in its true colors. It is presumed that India being a strategic ally was taken on board so as to benefit from its counsels. Indian media came into motion and started a vicious propaganda campaign to rub salt in the injured feelings of Pakistan and to degrade it. Its leaders once again started chasing rainbows and contemplated similar action inside Pakistan to get their wanted men like Dawood Ibrahim. A six-day military exercise involving over 20,000 troops took place in Rajasthan sector to remind Pakistan that it should remain perpetually fearful of India’s military might.

In order to offset the damage done on account of startling revelations that Hindu extremists and Indian military officers were involved in all the terrorist attacks in India between 2005 and 2008 which were lumped on Pakistan, its spin doctors have come out with a bizarre story that Pakistani Army officers are involved in terrorist activities in India. To make their story authentic, names of fifty persons have been made public. Three cheers to preachers of Aman ki Asha.

Judging that Afghan Taliban may part ways with Al-Qaeda after the death of Osama who was close to Mullah Omar, and may agree to negotiate a political settlement, India has hastened to offer its services for parleys with them. Idea is to eliminate role of Pakistan in Afghanistan. In order to further oblige Afghanistan and also to further accentuate Pak-Afghan friction, India has offered its services to Kabul to build 12 hydropower dams on Kabul River and thus add to water woes of Pakistan. India is already constructing dozens of dams over the three rivers flowing into Pakistan from occupied Kashmir in violation of Indus Basin Treaty to choke Pakistan.

The cornered remnants of al-Qaeda operatives in Afghanistan and Pakistan, who otherwise had received sufficient mauling in both the countries, must have got further disheartened after the loss of chief source of inspiration. His death may trigger flight of the remaining operatives hiding in this region towards Arabian Peninsula where the conditions for them are relatively better particularly after the uprisings in several Arab countries. Their departure in turn will weaken Taliban to certain extent since they would be left entirely at their own and it would also become easier for the US to concentrate fully towards Taliban only.

The Tehrik-e-Taliban-Pakistan and leftover Al-Qaeda would carryon with their terrorist activities with greater vengeance to avenge the death of OBL. Two suicide attacks killing 80 newly passed out recruits of Frontier Constabulary in Shabqadar on 13 May was a reminder that suchlike attacks would be stepped up. CIA under cover operatives and Blackwater based in Pakistan would also step up covert war to disable Pakistan’s nuclear program. One US spy Mathew Criag was caught sniffing near nuclear facilities in Fatehjang on 14 May. CIA would also speed up its activities to track down Zawahiri who according to Mike Rogers is in Pakistan.

The US will press Pakistan for opening a consulate in Quetta and to increase CIA presence in Balochistan to nab and kill Mullah Omar and his other Shura members allegedly based in Quetta region to give a deathblow to Taliban resistance movement. Greater pressure would be mounted on the Taliban leaders to detach from al-Qaeda and agree to American dictated plan of political settlement.

People of Pakistan are still dumfounded and quite a large majority still refuse to believe that Osama was in Abbottabad and is dead. The nation had believed that irrespective of the apathy of the rulers and their impotence against drones, the military and ISI were matchless and capable of thwarting any external aggression. They cannot believe that a small US force carried out the operation undetected and managed to sneak back uncontested. They would have been overjoyed if the intruding helicopters were shot down. Their faith has been shattered and never before they felt so embarrassed and insecure. Their anger is mounting and they want to know the whole truth and those responsible for dereliction of duty or complicity punished. Some pro-active measures will have to be taken to restore their confidence. Anti-Americanism has touched new heights and even pro-American elements are dejected. Although the US says that it wants Pakistan to become a real ally, there is a widespread feeling here that the US as an ally has stabbed Pakistan in the back. It is continuing to kill innocent people with drones in Waziristan.

Lt Gen Shuja Pasha boldly admitted intelligence failure in front of the parliament and offered his resignation but was rightly rejected by the PM. This decision must have disappointed his detractors in USA and India and some within PML-N. Parliament has unanimously passed a resolution to review Pak-US ties as well as issue of drones. It was honorable on part of CJCSC Gen Shameem Wynne to cancel his scheduled visit to Washington as a mark of protest. Zardari timed his visit to Moscow well and got a friendly response. China has declared that it will not leave Pakistan alone in its testing times. Kerry will be visiting Pakistan to do some damage control but lot of water has flown down the rivers of Pakistan into the Arabian Sea. Coming days are likely to witness further strains in Pak-US relations.

Canada offered to aid Iraq invasion: WikiLeaks



‘Please destroy cable’

The same day Canada publicly refused to join the 2003 U.S.-led invasion of Iraq, a high-ranking Canadian official was secretly promising the Americans clandestine military support for the fiercely controversial operation.

The revelation that Canadian forces may have secretly participated in the invasion of Iraq is contained in a classified U.S. diplomatic memo obtained exclusively by CBC News from the whistleblower website WikiLeaks.

On March 17, 2003, two days before U.S. warplanes launched their attack on Baghdad, prime minister Jean Chrétien told the House of Commons that Canadian forces would not be joining what the administration of then U.S. president George W. Bush dubbed the “coalition of the willing.”

Chrétien’s apparent refusal to back the Bush administration’s invasion, purportedly launched to seize weapons of mass destruction possessed by Iraqi ruler Saddam Hussein (which were never found), was hugely popular in Canada, widely hailed as nothing less than a defining moment of national sovereignty.

But even as Chrétien told the Commons that Canada wouldn’t participate in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Canadian diplomats were secretly telling their U.S. counterparts something entirely different.

The classified U.S. document obtained from WikiLeaks shows senior Canadian officials met that same day with high-ranking American and British diplomats at Foreign Affairs headquarters in Ottawa.

The confidential note, written by a U.S. diplomat at the gathering, states that Foreign Affairs official James Wright waited until after the official meeting to impart the most important news of all.

According to the U.S. account, Wright “emphasized” that contrary to public statements by the prime minister, Canadian naval and air forces could be “discreetly” put to use during the pending U.S.-led assault on Iraq and its aftermath.

At that time, Canada had warships, aircraft and over 1,200 naval personnel already in the Strait of Hormuz at the mouth of the Persian Gulf, intercepting potential militant vessels and providing safe escort to other ships as part of Operation Enduring Freedom, the post-Sept. 11, 2001, multinational war on terrorism.


The U.S. briefing note states: “Following the meeting, political director Jim Wright emphasized that, despite public statements that the Canadian assets in the Straits of Hormuz will remain in the region exclusively to support Enduring Freedom, they will also be available to provide escort services in the Straits and will otherwise be discreetly useful to the military effort.

“The two ships in the Straits now are being augmented by two more en route, and there are patrol and supply aircraft in the U.A.E. [United Arab Emirates] which are also prepared to ‘be useful.’

“This message tracks with others we have heard,” the U.S. diplomat wrote in his briefing note to State Department bosses in Washington.

“While for domestic political reasons… the GOC [Government of Canada] has decided not to join in a U.S. coalition of the willing,… they are also prepared to be as helpful as possible in the military margins.”

‘Please destroy cable’

The original U.S. briefing cable, dated the day of the meeting, was marked “unclassified.” Two days later, the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa issued an urgent internal notice to “please destroy previous cable,” replacing it with the same message but marked “confidential.”

The Canadian official involved, James Wright, is now Canada’s high commissioner in London. He declined to comment for this report.

The U.S. ambassador to Canada at the time, Paul Cellucci, says he couldn’t be at the meeting in Ottawa that day — he was stranded in a snowstorm in the U.S. — but the version of events in the leaked memo “sounds right.”

“The message from the Canadians was pretty clear,” Cellucci told CBC News. “We are not putting boots on the ground in Iraq. We will say good things about the United States and not-so-good things about Saddam Hussein.”

And finally: “We will keep our ships in the Persian Gulf helping in the war on terror — and any way else we can help.”

Exactly what that meant for the Canadian naval ships and surveillance aircraft in the Gulf region at the time — and how much they ultimately became involved in the Iraq war — remains a matter of considerable debate.

Before the invasion of Iraq, the duties of the Canadian ships had been mainly to protect other vessels from attacks by militants and to intercept craft suspected of gun-running and other potentially militant-related activities.

The issue is what, if anything, changed after the Chrétien government decreed those ships and aircraft couldn’t be involved in intercepting vessels connected to the Iraq war.

Eugene Lang, chief of staff to then defense minister John McCallum, says there was no end of internal debate over whether the Canadian Forces were being put into a mission impossible.

“How do you know if something is connected to terrorism or Iraq? When you are intercepting unknown boats, you don’t know what you have taken over until you have taken it over.”

Lang says that after “painful” consultations with federal lawyers, the Department of National Defence issued Canadian naval commanders in the Gulf clear orders not to engage in anything to do with Operation Iraqi Freedom.

“But who knows whether in fact we were doing things indirectly for Iraqi Freedom? It is quite possible.”

McCallum’s former chief recalled a bitter internal battle over whether to pull the Canadian ships out of the Gulf altogether to avoid any confusion.

“For a long time, the [Canadian] military pushed really hard not to be in Afghanistan, and instead be part of a full-blown boots-on-the-ground Iraq invasion,” Lang said.

“So the military was dead set against pulling out [of the Gulf], and in the end the government decided we would stay mainly, I think, for Canada-U.S. relations.”

Former defense minister McCallum recalls he and his officials having “extremely long and detailed meetings to make sure that we were not in fact committing to help the war in Iraq.”

“Now, what happens on the high seas is not something I can prove or disprove, but those were the orders that the military had.”

U.S. didn’t seem to care

Ironically, after all the fuss, the Americans didn’t seem to care whether Canada contributed a lot of military might to the Iraq mission.

A former senior Canadian bureaucrat said: “The Americans knew we were stretched to the limit on the military side, and they really just wanted a political endorsement of their plan to go into Iraq.”

Former U.S. ambassador Cellucci concurred: “We were looking for moral support. That’s all we were looking for.… We were looking for ‘we support the Americans.’ ”

Then defence minister McCallum met with his counterpart, U.S. defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld, three months before the Iraq invasion. McCallum recalls Rumsfeld never even mentioned Canada’s possible military contribution to Iraq.

A U.S. diplomatic briefing note prepared for Rumsfeld prior to the meeting states: “As for what Canada might bring to the table, our expectations should be modest.”

The memo, also obtained by CBC News from WikiLeaks, goes on to say: “Canada probably would need to use assets currently devoted to Operation Enduring Freedom, including a naval task group [in the Gulf] and patrol and transport aircraft.”

If the secret U.S. memos cast doubts on Canada’s status as a refusenik of the Iraq war, the public also didn’t exactly get the whole truth about a group of Canadian soldiers the government admitted were in Iraq.

From the outset, the Chrétien government said a “few” Canadian soldiers embedded with the U.S. and British militaries as exchange officers would be allowed to remain in their positions, even if they wound up in Iraq.

While the revelation caused a ruckus in Parliament, it all sounded relatively innocuous at the time.

But Lang, defense minister McCallum’s chief of staff, says military brass were not entirely forthcoming on the issue. For instance, he says, even McCallum initially didn’t know those soldiers were helping to plan the invasion of Iraq up to the highest levels of command, including a Canadian general.

That general is Walt Natynczyk, now Canada’s chief of defense staff, who eight months after the invasion became deputy commander of 35,000 U.S. soldiers and other allied forces in Iraq. Lang says Natynczyk was also part of the team of mainly senior U.S. military brass that helped prepare for the invasion from a mobile command in Kuwait.

The Department of National Defense refused to comment on Natynczyk’s role, if any, in the invasion of Iraq.

Nakba Sunday : Majesty and massacre at Maroun al Ras

Maroun al Ras is a beautiful hillside Lebanese village on the border with  Palestine. 63 years ago today its villagers lifted their lights to welcome  ethnically cleansed Palestinians, who were part of the approximately 129,000  from 531 Zionist pillaged and destroyed villages who sought temporary refuge in Lebanon. A similar number of  Palestinian expellees entered Syria a few miles to the West and another half million were forced into Jordan and Gaza.

On Sunday May 15, 2011, in observance of Nakba (Catastrophe) Day, Maroun al Ras welcomed approximately 27% of all the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, this time coming from the opposite direction heading back toward their homes in  Palestine. Palestinians in Lebanon now number approximately  248,000, approximately half of whom live in 12 squalid camps (and as many so-called, unofficial “gatherings”), although 423,000 remain registered with UNWRA.

The discrepancy in numbers is explained by the fact that Lebanon’s Palestinian refugees, without any of the most elementary civil rights, in gross  violation of international Law, Lebanon’s Constitution, and bi-lateral and multilateral agreements, tend to leave Lebanon to seek work, decent housing,  and a better life whenever they are able to secure a visa to Europe or  elsewhere.

For a majority of the more than 72,000 (some estimates this morning exceed 100,000 because many refugees and supporters traveled south independently and did not register or use provided transportation) arriving from all the  camps and corners of Lebanon, in more than 1200 buses & vans, and many on foot, it was their first sighting of their country.  Lebanon law has long prevented Palestinians from coming anywhere near the blue line to even look  towards their stolen homes and lands or to cross the Litani River north of  Tyre. This year, for one day only, the Lebanese authorities reluctantly  decided not to interfere with this human rights project.

For the teen-agers on the crowded bus I rode on from Shatila Camp, the stories and descriptions of Palestine told by their parents and grandparents was what they talked about.

As we approached Maroun al Ras, some of them were anxious, others silent and reflective, and some, like many teenagers from my generation about to see the Beatles or Elvis were giddy and squealing as the bus rounded a bend in the road south of Aitayoun and we looked to the approaching hills.

“Is that my country Palestine over there?,” Ahmad, a graduate in Engineering  who was born in Shatila camp asked. “Nam Habibi!” (“Yes Dear!”) came the  reply from the  microphone of our “bus mother” gripping her clip board and  checking the names to keep track of her flock. This bus seemed to inflate  with delirium as we all smiled and shouted. Some of the passengers had  prepared signs that read: “People want to return to Palestine,” inspired perhaps by the slogan made famous in Egypt and Tunisia, “People want the fall of the regime.”

The espirit was reminiscent of a Mississippi freedom ride James Farmer of  CORE used to tell us about and I thought of Ben Gurion’s boast from 1948  that the old will die and the young will forget Palestine.  The Zionist leader could not have been more mistaken. The old, many still vital, continue to teach and inspire the young from their still-remembered stories, guaranteeing that the dream of every Palestinian shall never die.

The organizers from the camps did a tremendous job, but no one could have  anticipated the huge numbers who would participate in this truly historic and likely region-changing event that was also fueled by Facebook, Tweets and text messages.

All the Palestinian organizations and factions were united for this project.

Hezbollah kept a low profile so as to keep the focus on the Nakba. However, when the organizers discovered a shortage of buses last week Hezbollah

arranged for more, even bringing some from Syria, where more than 800 buses were used yesterday to take Palestinians from Syria’s 10 Palestinians camps, including Yarmouk, to the Syrian Golan border with occupied Palestine.

At certain points along the narrow and winding village roads in South Lebanon the convoy would pause and Hezbollah members would appear and  distribute bottles of water, fresh croissants and large chocolate-filled cookies.  They also did traffic control work and provided civil defense and  medical services as needed.  One imagines it was their guys who erected the  nifty new road signs throughout the South that showed the distance to
Palestine with an arrow pointing toward Jerusalem.  Whenever the buses  would pass one of the signs that read in Arabic and English, for example, “Palestine: 23 km”, our bus would erupt in cheers.

The Mabarat Charity, founded by the late scholar Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah, who was from the village of Bint Jbeil near Maron al Ras, operates  several gas stations, the proceeds of which are used to support orphans,  discounted gas on Nakba Day for the hundreds of buses & vans.

It is difficult to exaggerate the camaraderie, emotion and sheer power of the event. They came to renew their commitment and send the world a message that they are determined to return to their land no matter the sacrifices required. For some coming to see Palestine, including some of those who have been forced out of their homes and off their lands, 63 years ago, it appeared to be almost a sacred and religious act.

One man, who appeared to be in his 80’s stood not far from me and gazed toward his stolen land near Akka, seen in the distance.  Suddenly he slumped to the ground. Two of us elevated his legs and tried to make him comfortable on the rocky ground until first aid arrived.

My best friend in Shatila camp, Zeinab Hajj, whose father walked from his village of Amouka near Safad as a child, stared toward Safad also visible in the distance.  Tears ran down Zeinabs cheeks as she gazed at her village. It was a common site among the old and the young.  Even toddlers whose parents wanted them to witness and be part of this historic day appeared to grasp its solemnity and importance.

For the large American contingent and other international guests observing  Nakba Day 2011 at Maroun al Ras , it was a majestic and cherished experience.

However as the World soon learned, 10 Palestinians were killed by Israeli  snipers and more than 120 wounded, some critically. None of the demonstrators had weapons. Those murdered were all civilians from the camps and were shot in cold blood as they nonviolently placed Palestinian flags at the fence and gave the peace and victory sign. After Israeli troops fired on them, some threw rocks at the soldiers. Fortunately some lives were saved by a field hospital affiliated with the group, the Martyr Salah Ghandour Hospital, from nearby Bint Jbeil.  Zionist occupation forces, some peering out from behind trees or barriers, could be clearly seen by those gathered near the blue line at Maroun Al Ras.

One knowledgeable source informed this observer that unseen Hezbollah resistance fighters at one time yesterday afternoon had as many as 32 Israelis in the cross-hairs as they silently watched what was happening but did not fire which would only have accommodated Israel’s deadly intent.

Meanwhile, Lebanon has filed a complaint against Israel with the UN Security Council calling on it to pressure Israel to stop its hostile and provocative policies against Lebanon and hold it accountable for killing civilians. Today is a day of general strikes in the camps in mourning for the victims who were killed with funerals being held in the refugee camps of al-Bass, Burj al-Shemali, Mieh Mieh and Ain al-Hilweh. closed.Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah commended Lebanon’s Palestinians this morning as he explained his interpretation of Nakba Day 2011:

“You do not accept a homeland other than Palestine, and so let no one fear naturalization in Lebanon because your firm decision is to return. Your loud and clear message to the enemy is that you are determined to liberate the land no matter what the sacrifices are; and the fate of this entity (enemy) is demise and that no initiatives, treaties or borders will protect it. Your return to Palestine is [an] inalienable right, and its realization has become closer than any other time.“

Hassan Nasrallah’s words require that Lebanon’s next Parliament, with the full, active, direct, and unequivocal support of Hezbollah, immediately  repeal the racist and discriminatory  2001 law that outlaws home ownership for Palestinians in Lebanon and that Lebanon’s Palestinians be immediately granted the right to work just as all refugees do globally and all foreigners in Lebanon enjoy.

There must be no more resistance to Palestinians being granted the elementary right to work and to own a home.  Yesterday at Maroun al Ras Lebanon’s Palestinians once again earned the right to live in dignity and care for their families until The Return. As the Palestinians continue their struggle for elementary civil rights here in the inhumane camps of Lebanon, they and their advocates are heartened by Nasrallah’s words of a few
hours ago:

“We are with you, and by your side. We are happy for your happiness  and sad for your sadness, we carry with you the same hopes and  pains, and move on together in the path of resistance so that we  continue our victories and liberate all our land and sanctities.”

Hopefully Lebanon’s Palestinian refugees will after 63 years in Lebanon be  granted internationally mandated civil rights.

Unconfirmed: Bin Laden Mission Aborted, American Deaths from Helicopter Crash




“We saw the helicopter burning, we saw the dead bodies, then everything was removed and now there is nothing”

A Pakistan news agency reports that the bin Laden raid on Abbottabad was aborted because of a helicopter crash which killed several passengers, believed to be Pashtu speaking Americans.

Though this is from a news agency, it is an eyewitness account and unconfirmed.  Veterans Today has received this story from several sources but most recently from our comments section.  Thanks!

If this story is true, it would be a disaster for the Obama presidency, deeply paralleling the unsuccessful hostage rescue attempt in Iran during the Carter presidency.

If the story is true, our heartfelt sympathies for the families of those who may have died in this operation.  As described below, the mission depicts real heroism and, despite political concerns and the usual finger pointing,  represents, of all the stories told, something Americans can be proud of.

True or not, there is a unpleasant ring of reality in this story that is lacking in all others, a reality proven out by the helicopter wreckage found at the scene.  This is the only real proof there was an operation at all.

A forensic examination of the scene and the wreckage, slated to be returned to the US by the Pakistani government, would easily either prove or disprove this account.

Full And Complete Translation Of The Pakistani News Video I Posted About Osama bin Laden

Anchor: Welcome back, Mohammad Bashir is a resident of Abboottabad’s Bilal Town. Muhammad Bashir might seem an ordinary guy but he is no ordinary guy. Muhammad Bashir lives in front of Osama Ben Laden’s house in Bilal Town Abbottabad. On 2nd of May, Muhammad Bashir was present on his rooftop from where he saw the whole American operation against Osama Ben Laden with his own eyes. Yesterday when our team was present In Bilal Town, Abbottabad, near Osama Ben Laden’s hose, Muhammad Bashir came to us and said, “Sister, I need to tell you something, something that is a burden on my heart and soul”, just listen to what he said.

Bashir: I am going to share something about the Abbottabad operation which till this day nobody else has told you.

Anchor: But Muhammad Bashir was a little afraid too, while talking to me he telephoned hia reletive, Vice President of Jummat-e-Islami, Abdur Razzaq Abasi, watch it

Reporter: Tell me your name and tell me whare do you live

Bashir: Let me first, Let me talk to him one minute, i will give you full interview, full or half?

Anchor: Muhammad Bashir told us something that no one said before. So we checked his identity card, we also confirmed that he really lives there, we asked from the senior fellows about him. We were very astonished by his story just see and listen what he said.

Bashir: We were awake, not asleep, a helicopter came, some men came down from that, into that house, then that helicopter went away

Reporter: How many men?

Bashir: 10-12, then that helicopter took rounds of those rear hills, then he came bac…k and when he came bach, two more helicopters arrived, one from the west and other from the north, there was a blast in the first helicopter and it was on fire, we immediately came out, when we reached there, the helicopter was burning, then after about 20 minutes the army and police arrived, they pushed us back, now we are asking that if oama was here then who took him to america because all those men that came in the helicopter died in the blast, now if Osama was in that helicopter he must have died and got burnt in that helicopter too, then how they took him? this is a question of serious concern. America claims they they killed him and picked him up. How they picked him up? This is what we are thinking

Reporter: Was there only one helicopter?

Bashir? Yes the other that came flew away to Mansehra, there was only one that landed the men and came back to pick them but as he was picking them up, it blew away and caught fire.

Reporter: Then were in it when it blew?

Bashir: Yes They were.

Reporter : How you know?

Bashir: We saw it with our own eyes

Reporter: You saw dead man?

Bashir: Yes, dead men,

Reporter: How many?

Bashir: I couldnt count them because then the compound was on fire. The gate was open, we went in, the army and police hadnt arrived then, there were some people but they werent stopping them. The whole neighborhood has seen that but they are silent now.

Bashir: We saw the helicopter burning, we saw the dead bodies, then everything was removed and now there is nothing

Reporter: How many dead bodies you saw?

Bashir: We couldn’t count them because they were blown into pieces.

The reporter asked Bashir to narrate the story again.

Bashir said we could see the faces of those men but they were speaking pashto. I dont know whether they were Pakistani or American army or people of agencies, as you know that agency people can speak many languages.

May be they were speaking Pashto so that we consider them Pakistani.

They knocked and banged at our doors and told us not to come out.

I laid down on my rooftop and was watching them.

My kids were calling me, I told them to go to their rooms and let me check whats going on.

The reporter asks Bashir, that when he saw that the helicopter was American what was he thinking then?

Bashir said that he got afraid. He didn’t had in his mind that they will attack that house. He thought that they might have come to attack the Pakistan Army.

The reporter asked so when was your cousin Shamraiz taken away?

Bashir: Shamrez was at our home, as the helicopter exploded, me and many others went out of our homes to see what happened. Shamrez also came out and the gate of the compound was open, we went in, every thing was lying scattered, as it is a huge compound, some body parts were lying here, some there, legs, arms, heads, broken and torn body parts, during that time some part of the helicopter inside, may be the engine or other fuel related part had an explosion so we rushed out. During that time Shamrez was taken away, he is in his home now, but no one is allowed to meet him and i couldn’t get a chance to talk to him later.

Then the anchor says that they had vegetations inside the compound and Shamrez was their gardener. We know that two men Arshad and Tariq used to live there. They had good relations with the neighbours, they used to buy things from the local store. Sometimes imported dates and used to send many things to their neighbours.

Then the reporter is at Abdullah Ben Zubair Mosque, which is the nearest to compound of Osama.

She asks a guy: do you think people would have been glad and happy if they would have ever met osama?

The guy : Yes, possibly. Because he was a muslim and he believed in God.

This is the whole story! Every aspect and point translated.

The gentleman being interviewed lives across from the compound. His cousin Sahab Jamrez Khan used to grow vegetables in the compound. He was taken away in all the hullabaloo on tape @10.29 Bashir says he did not see when they wisked his cousin away.

Interviewer asks “Have you spoken to your cousin?”

Bashir “No, I have not seen him yet he in in the house. “They will not let him get out” “They will not let me get in.”

2 other men Arshad Sahib and Tariq Sahib used to go to market to shop for that compound and bought international brand items. Dates, dried meat found in compound. Also food used to come from compound to Bashir’s house Kabulu Pilau and things like that used to be presented to Bashir. They will follow up with more information. In the end the lady is standing in front of Abdullah Bin Zubair mosque. The mosque was with in walking distance of the compound. She asks people if Osama did attend this mosque people would have be happy? The one answered maybe. The other said Osama did “not” live here but he was muslim and believed in God. Interview ends.

Another thing to note is that Bashir mentioned that we are very “sharif” meaning law abiding honest people. His town was a peaceful place no excitement no murders, fights, and he is unhappy how they have made his town so frightful with all this news. One thing is very clear in this video. Two helicopters hovered never landed. One landed dropped Pashto speaking poeple on the roof 10-12 of them Helicopter left fo 20 minutes returned to load people in and small blast engine failure fire helicopter parts all over. Body parts arms, legs, head, all over. Pakistani Army/Police came in dispersed crowd. The whole scene is cleaned up totally now. No evidence left to examine.
