The Iran Attack is On. Which Weapons Group to Use?

 … by  Bob Nichols

(San Francisco) – For more than 20 years American Presidential campaigns have warned about the exquisitely elaborate fantasy and dire danger of a nuclear armed Iran; nuclear weapons that Iran does not have and does not have the tools to make. So, why the continued big donor Presidential campaign interest?

The huge uranium business in the United States wields enormous power and influence in American military, business and political circles. In stark contrast, the US Navy has possession of two thirds of America’s nuclear weapons.

Since they do not make big campaign contributions the Admirals and Chiefs therefore have no voice in this Doomsday scenario. An interested party must “pay to play.”

However, 104 American reactors and the very profitable associated businesses do make intense campaign contributions and expect real results from temporarily leased or fractionally owned politicians, American Presidents included.

The pro-nukers also fully expect the powerful American military to protect their global nuclear related businesses in addition to the politicians handing out lavish cash subsidies.

Nuclear reactors make heat, high level nuclear waste and plutonium for nuclear weapons. Additionally, “All Reactors Leak Radiation All the Time.” The radiation routinely kills utility company customers and their kids.

The focused logic of nuclear weapons and “facilities” anywhere dictates that a family’s loss of a parent, fetus  or child is always less important than the government’s desire to own thousands of nuclear weapons. This is true even though the nuclear destruction of the entire world requires only about 300 nuclear weapons.

Iran’s building nuclear weapons is not the pro-nuker businesses concern, though. The making and selling of nuclear fuel rods for reactors world wide with Russia backing them is their worst nightmare.

Iran Makes Its First Uranium Fuel Rod

Iran openly held a press conference and announced the manufacture of their first nuclear fuel rod on Jan 2, 2012. On Mar 8, 2008 President Admadinejad announced  Iran’s intention to build 50,000 centrifuges for refining Uranium 235 to fuel rod purity (3% to 5% U235) for power reactors.

By way of contrast, the US produces all the uranium nuclear fuel it needs with only 3,000 centrifuges.

It appears Iran has every intention of entering the world wide nuclear reactor fuel market and competing with American, English, French, Japanese and/or any other nuclear fuel businesses.

With 50,000 centrifuges refining uranium Iran [as the Ruskies client state] can easily supply the uranium fuel needs for all the power and research reactors on the planet at a very competitive price, even a subsidized price if bought with a big reactor from the friendly Russian salesmen and women.

That is a direct threat to the continued Super Power status of the US and will not be tolerated. The US has clearly stated it is grounds for a preemptive nuclear strike.

Iran’s used-to-be-a-Super Power protector, Russia, is likely to look very favorably upon a request from any non-aligned country, existing Russian client state, or even an American client state for power or research reactors to be fueled by Iran.

This will easily amount to orders for hundreds of Russian nuclear reactors from Muslim countries.

That means it is a multi-trillion Ruble series of transactions. These transactions would change the balance of power in the world; thus, the US opposes the transactions.

Russian backing makes killing the Iranian salesmanship of uranium fuel rods for Muslim nuclear reactors built by Russians much more dangerous. The cold, calculating psychopathic officials involved get off on the thrill of staring death in the face, though.

An Iranian official holds container of UF6 Tuscon Citizen l9049-1

The whole situation will quickly escalate. It may have already escalated behind the carefully staged “events” we get to see to one of open international economic warfare.

This situation can turn on a dime into real warfare utilizing the oldest to the most advanced weapons available to the US Superpower and its client states.

One of the leading American Presidential candidates has already promised to strategically bomb Iran’s “nuclear sites.” Iran in return promised an “immediate and overwhelming response.”

The currently sitting American President stated, as a matter of fact, that Iran would not be permitted to have “nuclear capabilities.”

Only British Member of Parliament George Galloway points out to anyone, including callers on his radio show, that there are “more than 80 Iranian nuclear sites.” Thank you for that much needed voice of sanity, Mr. Galloway. That is called “war” in my book; not just a so-called simple, strategic and clean “surgical” strike.

Coded Phrases

American politicians typically talk in coded phrases about any nation’s nuclear capability since it would be extremely politically incorrect for the nation to clearly interfere in another nation’s business activities.

Economic Warfare is a critical specialty of the so-called Department of Defense, or War Department, in all stark reality. These word games are to fool a huge number of unquestioning American Consumers.

A Bewildering Array of Weapons

Lawrence Livermore Research Labs – Target Arm

The American President and his successors may see fit to utilize a vast array of weapons for the attack on Iran. First off, it is vitally important to get a handle on the idea that Iran is the indirect target of a covert nuclear war and the war has proceeded without a break for the past 20 years.

Hundreds of thousands of tons of vaporized uranium munitions in neighboring Iraq and Afghanistan are brought to Iran throughout the year on the monsoon winds.

As a result of the wind and rain borne fine uranium dust, Iran’s Total Fertility Rate has plummeted in the past two decades. Iran’s people cannot now produce enough babies to continue the nation of Iran.

In this regard, the US Army’s Involuntary Sterilization of the Heathens & Population Control Program is a blazing success. Continued and even increased funding is assured under all the foreseeable American Presidents.

Fallajuah baby with 10 arms and legs FukuNoshima on Facebook

As a result of the success of these secret and hidden wars with Iran, which is a real world power, not an empty shell like Iraq, it is clear that the successive American war-making Presidents usually choose hidden, covert ways to kill and maim lots of people and destabilize whole countries and regions.

In fact, that is the name of the game for the huge American “Chaos Agency,” the CIA.

A leading contender for the weapon to destroy Iran is the War Department’s ability to wage a hidden war utilizing the Earth’s own processes against Iran.

That includes such war making capabilities as turning off or amping up monsoons; guiding typhoons, hurricanes and tornadoes; producing huge amounts of precipitation; generating bone numbing cold; droughts; and triggering earthquakes.

But, the simple fact is that Iran’s premier Russian Nuclear Power Reactor at Bushehr isn’t fully turned on yet after more than 35 years of construction.

The Iranians and Russians are afraid to turn it on and run the billion watt reactor at full power. They have every reason to be scared. Bushehr sits obscenely astride the convergence of three geologic fault lines.

I predict that the Bushehr Nuclear Power Reactor will suffer a devastating Earth Quake as soon as the Iranian and Russian Powers-That-Be order the billion watt reactor switched “On” and build up about 200 Tons of high level radioactive poison in the reactor.

The American Strike will be over in minutes and leave behind utterly devastating damage and tons of air-borne radiation from lethally radioactive current and used reactor cores.

The ensuing cascade of deadly radiation in Western and Central Asia will take out many countries that are already weakened by 20 years of nuclear war in Central Asia, including Turkey, Israel, Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia; for Muslims world wide – this does include Mecca and Medina. About 20 nations and a billion people will pay the price for Iran’s nuclear enterprise folly.

This is but another case of where the psychopathic “smartest guys in the room” at the DOD create a life on Earth ending apocalypse as the air-borne killer radiation spreads throughout the Northern Hemisphere.

Bushehr’s soon to be vaporized 200 tons of lethal reactor cores are projected to produce no less than a life choking 26,128.20 hot particles per cubic meter in the Northern Hemisphere up to 3000 meters in the sky (9,842.51 feet.)

Each highly radioactive hot particle is at least 85.78 times the Maximum Allowable Human Dose Permissible Per Year after 300 days in the doomed Bushehr reactor.  The resultant RadPoison takes about a year to go world wide.

The then current American President can generously offer vast amounts of American Aid from CIA Contractors in response to an “Act of God,” … as the now quite quaint saying goes. Isn’t “plausible deniability” Grand for the most lethal armed force on the Planet!

Will the peace loving Normals ever learn? The only God on Earth is the American President and the right hand of God is the Almighty US Military.

Gaza Tunnel Smuggling OK, Says Confused Britain

NOVANEWS

Fuel oil for power generation becomes a black market item

 by Stuart Littlewood

The British government gets hot under the collar at the very thought of Gaza smuggling anything in. So much so, that as Israel’s murderous assault on Gaza was coming to an end in January 2009 our then prime minister Gordon Brown promised to send naval units to stop the Hamas government “smuggling” arms which the Gazans desperately needed to defend themselves and their tiny coastal strip from their state-of-the-art weapons-freakin’ oppressors.

He announced: “We will do everything we can to prevent the arms trading at the root of the problems.” Brown was speaking as Israel carried out another 50 air-strikes on Gaza overnight. It was a particularly stupid and ignorant remark considering arms smuggling is certainly not the cause of the problem and, in any case, the Palestinians are perfectly entitled to put up armed resistance against an illegal occupier.

Now, the British government suddenly says it’s OK for Gazans to smuggle essential fuel oil for electricity generation through the tunnels they use to import black market goods and we’ve been helping Israel to destroy.

“Regarding fuel supplies in Gaza, the UK has not made any specific representations to Israel on this as we do not see Israeli restrictions on supplies of electricity or fuel as being the main cause of electricity shortages in Gaza.

“The Gaza Electricity Distribution Company is sourcing industrial diesel for the Gaza power plant through the tunnels so there is no shortage of fuel for the power plant, and in fact we understand there could be up to a month’s worth of fuel in storage.”

These words were written as part of what Lord Hylton calls “a comprehensive reply” to questions he had raised with the British Government about Gaza, the West Bank and the wider issue of Palestinian refugees, which he has posted on his House of Lords blog A reply from the British government on points I raised re Gaza, the West Bank and Palestine .

It’s loaded with the same yellow-streaked drivel I’ve been receiving for several years – the Government “remains concerned”… “we are pressing the Israeli Government”… “we condemn”… “we have urged the Israelis”…

There is never any real action, just endless flim-flam.

Another gem is this: “With fishing limits and exports, we and EU partners are urging the Israelis to extend the current fishing limit from 3 to 12 miles and to allow increased exports from Gaza to the West Bank, Israel and other third countries.”

Israel has no business restricting Gaza’s fishing boats to 3 miles in the first place. Maritime law needs to be enforced.

As for the smuggling of essential fuel oil through the tunnels, there is surely someone in the Foreign Office who knows that the Geneva Conventions place a solemn obligation on occupying powers to supply utilities such as water and power to occupied populations. According to the UN Israel still occupies Gaza, So Britain needs to explain why it approves of forcing Gaza’s civilians to resort to black market methods to obtain vital fuel oil

Gaza still starved of everything important, thanks to the British government and others

Oxfam reports that the near total ban on fuel imports for public sale, imposed by Israel in October 2008, also remains in place. Fuel for home heating, running cars and private industry is only available through the black market. Now fuel oil for utilities including hospitals and basic services is ranked the same, apparently.

While on the subject of energy needs, let’s remember that Gaza has an extensive offshore gas field which Israel prevents the Palestinians from exploiting and is trying to steal.

According to Oxfam 75 percent of the population currently receives humanitarian aid. Approximately 1.1 million people are receiving food aid from humanitarian

organizations, primarily UNWRA and the World Food Programme. By doing nothing to end the illegal blockade/occupation the international community milks the West’s taxpayers year after year to provide cover for Israel’s crimes.

How clever is it for us to be subsidising those thugs and their cruel ambitions?

Only 11 percent of construction materials needed for aid agencies and PA approved projects have been allowed into Gaza, therefore people do not benefit as they should from humanitarian organizations’ reconstruction efforts. Only 28 percent of the building plan for UNRWA projects in Gaza has been approved, and these are facing serious delays. Israel’s ban on building materials has prevented the reconstruction of most of the 3,540 homes destroyed and the 2,870 damaged during Operation Cast Lead, which means that extended families are often squeezed into one house or, in some cases, one room.

Oxfam reports that 250 schools in Gaza are still out of action. 85 percent of schools that are operational have to work double shifts, which means shorter class time and an end to extra-curricular activities.

Starved of essential imports, including raw materials, and its exports blocked, Gaza has seen its economy decimated. The private sector has lost 120,000 jobs. 26 percent of the Gazan workforce, including 38 percent of youths, are unemployed

Materials for 17 water and sanitation projects are held up by the Israeli authorities. In the meantime 90-95 percent of water from Gaza’s only source, the underground aquifer, is undrinkable. Experts warn that at the current rate of depletion, the aquifer will become unusable by 2016, and the damage will be irreversible by 2020.

Gaza residents are restricted to an average of 91 litres of water per day compared to 280 litres used by Israelis. The World Health Organization says 100-150 litres a day is required meet health needs

There has been no change to the unilaterally imposed ‘buffer zone’,  a restricted-access area around Gaza’s perimeter with Israel, which extends in places up to 1,500 metres into Gaza and on the coast limits fishing to 3 nautical miles. This places 35 percent of Gaza’s farmland and 85 percent of its coastal fishing waters off limits, making a devastating hole in the economy. The lives and livelihoods of an estimated 178,000 people are directly affected, including 3,500 licensed fishermen. Israel enforces the buffer zone by sniper fire and shelling.

From January to December there were 72 reports of fishermen being shot at. The 2010 annual fishing catch was down by 45 percent compared to 2008 before the 3 mile limit was imposed – a desperate serious matter for a population whose children are undernourished.

I have just received a letter from Alistair Burt, the foreign office minister for Middle East affairs, saying the same sort of thing Lord Hylton was quoting… that ”we continue to press the Israeli Government at ministerial and official level to ease access restrictions, including to increase the fishing limits from 3 to 12 miles, blah, blah, blah…”

He also claims the Department for International Development “addresses the key access constraints” and “promotes economic growth”. Does it hell.

As the situation clearly shows, none of the British government’s diplomatic diarrhoea has made the slightest difference to Israel’s appalling conduct. Nor is it meant to, remembering how foreign secretary William Hague and Middle East minister Alistair Burt, and their boss David Cameron, have pledged undying support for that regime.

The 5th Baron Hylton (Lord Hylton) has been sitting in the House of Lords, our “upper chamber”, since 1967 and in his gentlemanly way has done much for the Palestinian cause. But he’s curiously reluctant, in spite of prodding, to name and shame the minister or Foreign Office  adviser who wrote the nonsense that appears on his blog. Could it be the same one that wrote to me?

Council on Foreign Relations Busts Israel for False Flag Terror

by  Gordon Duff,  Senior Editor

Gordon Duff on Kevin Barrett

When Mark Perry, writing for the CFR, considered the most conservative and certainly the largest American think tank accused Israel of using CIA credentials for recruiting terrorists, particularly against Iran, I nearly fell of my chair.

I had known about this all along.  The operations, based in Balochistan, were done by the Mossad with support from Britain’s MI 6 and operational support supplied by Blackwater.

The project head at Blackwater is a friend who was not briefed that he was supporting an illegal terrorist organization.

I love to pick on Blackwater but best stick to the truth.

The attacks, supporting a separatist movement, meaning one operating not just against Iran but our ally Pakistan…are terrorism. Jeff Gates and I met with the defacto president of the separatist republic last year.  He had been shot 3 times and was bleeding on the couch.

These are some tough boys.

There is a reason for Balochistan to be unhappy with rule from Islamabad but there are other facts to take into account:

  • Helping Israel’s Mossad and Britain’s MI-6 is India’s RAW.  All 3 are acting as terrorist groups.

  • All 3 groups and others not mentioned are supporting their operations with heroin trafficking.

  • All 3 groups have supplied weapons and training that have been used against American troops.

Let’s stop there.

What am I saying?  Israel, among other states, has supplied and trained Taliban and led attacks against American forces in Afghanistan and to a greater degree Iraq.  The US military is aware of it but considers itself powerless to complain because of the power of the AIPAC/Israeli lobby in Washington.

Proof of this came when real American intelligence operatives traced videos of sniper attacks against Americans in Iraq to proxy addresses used by pro-Israel or Jewish “defense” groups.

You didn’t read this.  However, if you have clearance to check such things, please do so.  It might start you questioning things.  This is the problem with “inconsistencies.”

Thus, we have an ally killing American troops and getting away with it just as they had in 1967 with the USS Liberty?  Never heard of it?  Look it up.

I am not going to engage in a blanket attack on the Mossad.  I have friends there and they are no longer the unilateral organization they once were.

Half the Mossad can be considered pirates by today’s standards.  Many of them say the same things I do.

What has happened is a couple of things.

The most obvious is that war and terrorism are a business, always has been, always will be.

Hiding behind “poor Israel” and holocaust stories, the Mossad and other groups tied to Israel are involved in terror networks around the world, now very publicly “outed” for pretending to be the CIA.

They also claim to be the FBI and Homeland Security.  They carry FBI credentials and, in some cases, are backed up when caught.

There may actually be no real Department of Homeland Security.  It is said, by reliable sources, to be entirely under foreign control and working directly against the United States in a tireless manner.

For those of you working for this organization, remember this when you receive your next assignment.  Assignment.  Task.  Terrorists talk this way too.

Placing the United States Coast Guard, an organization of impeccable reputation, in with a gang of criminals is what we call “cover and deception.”

Controlling the organs of state security here at home has always been a priority, domestic terrorism has been the chosen methodology and will continue to be, financed by American tax dollars.

“Can You Hear Me Now?”

The majority of terror organizations in the world are intelligence agencies.  For those who don’t know, Al Qaeda is an invention of the CIA which is supported by phony intelligence submitted to Congress and the Department of Defense by SITE Intelligence.

Site is a contractor that creates phony stories crediting a non-existent group supposedly called Al Qaeda for terror acts really done by hired thugs, gangsters or CIA contractors.

The US government hires a number of organizations to create phony intelligence and has done so for decades, no secret there.  Now it is “outsourced” to Israel.

Back when Americans had to make up phony threat reports, they included more humor and irony.  I miss that.

There are real acts of what we could call terrorism or insurrection, where people who are tortured, invaded and oppressed fight back using what they can. Remember Lexington and Concord?  Most real terrorists would have wintered with Washington at Valley Forge.

Don’t like the truth? So, what can we know for sure?

If the FBI comes to your door, it is likely as not an Israeli agent or member of the ADL or some other group, unless you happen to be a real criminal.  If you are an activist or member of the press, chances are you have a phony to deal with.

They are quite brazen. When they claim to be with the State Department, ask for a business card.  They won’t have one.

For FBI, I have several retired senior FBI officials I work with every day.

Legal Immunity is Often More Available to Some – Than Others

If approached by the “CIA” or “FBI” or “Homeland Security” at any facility other than an office in a Federal Building, don’t believe them.

I am not saying don’t help the government but never talk to a law enforcement official without bringing an attorney and without a promise of immunity.

Always get immunity before talking to anyone.

Without immunity, if anyone on earth, even a rat out of a sewer, disagrees with you, any statement you make is “obstruction of justice” and will cost you up to 5 years in prison, no matter how innocent the subject.

What can you assume?

99.99% of terror threats against the United States are groups recruited by phony FBI or CIA officials who are employees of a foreign power, that country we have been discussing.

If you play along, you are likely to wake up in hotel room with a rifle, one round fired and a dead federal judge, senator or even a president to answer for. Remember Martin Luther King?   George Wallace?  John and Robert Kennedy?

Let’s take a look at some of today’s news.

Iraq?  The almost daily explosions there are not being done by rival factions.  Kurdistan invited Israel in to help them break away from Baghdad.  Israel sees this as a way of flanking Turkey, this and their secret alliance with Syria.

Oh, you didn’t know that?

When you hear of 50 or 60 dead in Iraq, the plot started in Tel Aviv.  Ever note that you never get an real explanation for anything, just “rival faction” baloney?  I don’t respect any news organization that doesn’t at least try to make up a decent lie.  They owe us that.

Pakistan?  Pakistan is slated for destruction.  India is the primary enemy along with Afghanistan, the United States and Israel.  Why does Pakistan allow this?  Think “totally corrupt civil government.”

This is an understatement.

India?  Last week a child was sacrificed to the “crops god” so a good harvest would be guaranteed.  India, with its space program and nuclear submarines has the lowest standard of living in the world.

The British set the whole thing up in 1947, and earlier on in 1903, eternal war between India, Pakistan and Afghanistan.  Britain calls it “the great game.”

America (under Israeli guidance) is now responsible for stirring the pot.

Between the crooked congressional staffers, their moronic bosses, the armies of lobbyists and the suppressed press there is nothing that can’t be publicly done.  No law can be enforced except against whistleblowers or dissidents.

Congress has insulated itself from both criminal and civil law over the past few years.  Try suing a member of congress.

The Brothers Koch – Or ‘Koch Ya’, as the Case May be

Try establishing an organization advocating a program involving “constitutional values.”  The Koch brothers paycheck and a Murdoch bag of cash will be on your porch before you get off the phone.

Thank goodness for the efficiency of “phone hacking.”

Look at Britain?  Their entire nation has been caught on the take.

Oh, by the way, Britain is totally bankrupt, far more in debt, per capita, than the US, on a 4 to 1 basis.  Their currency, I think they call it “the pound” is worthless.

Perhaps they call it “the pound” because soon they will be weighing it rather than counting it, out of “efficiency.”

Some nations have currency so worthless that they measure the stacks with a ruler rather than count.  Bankruptcy is when the BTU level of currency being burned exceeds the value of the notes themselves.

Anyway, back to my guess.  I would predict that there are Israeli organizations carrying CIA credentials operating in 15 countries.  I also imagine that 1 in 4 FBI agents is a phony.

As for US Attorney’s and Federal Judges, no worries there.  The real ones were bought long ago.

And so it goes.

Will You take A Stand For Truth And Justice – As MLK Did ?

NOVANEWS

The words and inspiration of Martin Luther King Jr return every third Monday in January but in the troubled days of 2012 King’s words demand a deeply personal moral stand ~ Are you willing to protect something so precious that you will die for it?

by Allen L Roland

As our civil liberties slowly erode with a corporate state under control of the Military/Industrial complex and global elite ~ there will come a time when we all must take a stand for some great principle, some great issue, some great cause or some great truth.

The question is ~ are you willing to stand alone and overcome fear for what is right in a world apparently gone blindly wrong.

Martin Luther King Jr asked himself that same question at 38 years old, on November 5, 1967, in a sermon at the Ebenezer Baptist Church when he obviously sensed his mission and destiny and knew there was only one answer he could live with.

”SO PRECIOUS THAT YOU WILL DIE FOR IT”

I say to you, this morning, that if you have never found something so dear and so precious to you that you will die for it, then you aren’t fit to live.

You may be thirty-eight years old, as I happen to be, and one day, some great opportunity stands before you and calls upon you to stand up for some great principle, some great issue, some great cause. And you refuse to do it because you are afraid. You refuse to do it because you want to live longer. You’re afraid that you will lose your job, or you are afraid that you will be criticized or that you will lose your popularity, or you’re afraid that somebody will stab you or shoot at you or bomb your house.

So you refuse to take the stand. Well, you may go on and live until you are ninety, but you are just as dead at thirty-eight as you would be at ninety. And the cessation of breathing in your life is but the belated announcement of an earlier death of the spirit. You died when you refused to stand up for right. You died when you refused to stand up for truth. You died when you refused to stand up for justice….

Don’t ever think that you’re by yourself. Go on to jail if necessary, but you never go alone. Take a stand for that which is right, and the world may misunderstand you, and criticize you. But you never go alone, for somewhere I read that one with God is a majority. And God has a way of transforming a minority into a majority.”

Personally, I have taken a stand for a great truth, for a  Unified Field  of love, joy and soul consciousness ~ that exists beyond time and space as well as deepest within each one of us and whose principle property is the universal urge to unite. Like King, I have been to the top of the mountain, I’ve seen what lies both within and beyond our present state of fear based ego consciousness and like King, I’ve seen what lies beyond the difficult days ahead, for as King wrote ~ “We are all tied together in the single garment of destiny, caught in an inescapable network of mutuality. And whatever effects one directly effects all indirectly.”

Here is a clip from Martin Luther King Jr’s last but incredibly moving speech before he was assassinated on April 4th, 1968  ~ 1.17 minute Video

America, Welcome to the Fourth Reich

NOVANEWS

 by Sartre Batr

American Fascism did not start with World War II.

Before Operation Paperclip, the codename under which the US intelligence and military services extricated scientists from Germany, during and after the final stages of the conflict, the annals of internal despotism were well established.

With the open door policy for German engineering, the political ideology of state worship was bound to travel across the Atlantic.

The Pampas of Argentina or the backwaters of Paraguay were the preferred location for those who openly professed their reprehensible loyalty to the Führer principle.

However, do not blame all those ex-Nazis for selecting the shores of the Americas for their new domicile, their seeds were planted long ago in the offices of Wall and Broad Streets. Leni Riefenstahl’s Triumph of the Will saga shares more, than what one wants to admit, about the dark side of American History.

Do not be confused. National Socialism is an abhorrent notion to most Americans. Nevertheless, the political foundation of that false ideology is based upon pure Fascism forged in a marriage of the Corporate/State that produces this demented offspring.

The systematic destruction of the essential purpose and motivation for the American Revolution is undeniable with any objective examination of the regretful legacy of domestic tyranny.

This record of monocracy is one of a criminal class, as opposed to the iron fist of a single man. If you belief this is an erroneous assessment, consider the following chronicle.

Alexander Hamilton the Federalist

From the beginning of the Republic, the Federalists conspired for the illegal passage of their central government constitution in order to form a competing world empire with their British cousins.

Their leader was Alexander Hamilton, who championed making individual states subservient to the original crony capitalists.

When the Father of our Country, George Washington admonished about the dangers on entangling alliances, the world was warned that the drive towards independent liberty was compromised under this new Federal system.

When Andrew Jackson rallied frontier populism against the establishment elites of his era, you had an opportunity to restore some of the former glory of the Revolution of 1776.

The conflict over the abolishment of the National Bank symbolizes the eternal struggle that continues to this very day.

The Manifest Destiny of the U.S.-Mexican War demonstrated just how far the country strayed from the fundamental concept of independence from England. The expansionistic campaign had more in common with the Crown than the Boston Tea Party.

The early 19th century fascists looked to their next defender Abraham Lincoln, the lawyer for the railroad corporatist cabal and the worst of all despotic presidents, to complete the task.

Mark Dankof cites Thomas DiLorenzo’s work in the article, Lincoln in Fort Sumter, False Flags, and The Empire’s Coming Crusade.

Myth #1: Lincoln invaded the South to free the slaves.

Myth #2: Lincoln’s war “saved the Union.”

Myth #3: Lincoln championed equality and natural rights.

Myth #4: Lincoln was a defender of the Constitution.

Myth #5: Lincoln was a “great humanitarian” who had “malice toward none.”

Myth #6: War was necessary to end slavery.

The War of Nothern Aggression

The significance of the War of Northern Aggression is that the principle of independent sovereign states under the precepts of constitutional law died.

With the prevention of secession, the liberty of a voluntary union was betrayed for the rule, under a loyalty oath, to an Amerikan Reich.

The next False Flag excuse was the Spanish-American War and the “Remember the Maine!” slogan that pushed the country into a “Pacific Imperium”.

Those NeoCons, like Senator John McCain, who revere Theodore Roosevelt as a model for imperialist jingoism, draw their psychopathic lusts from the same bloodline as Reinhard Heydrich and Heinrich Himmler.

World War I produced the infamous Woodrow Wilson internationalist treason. No longer will America be a society governed by elected representatives. The only coup to come out of his administration was won by the banksters.

The fate of a proud people, sealed with the creation of the Federal Reserve, the establishment of the income tax and the permanent foreign military intervention abroad is the basis for the final destruction of the country and the horrors that befell our nation in the last century.

World War II inflicted the Franklin D. Roosevelt curse that guaranteed the imposition of socialism on the American people. How ironic that the Hitler bogyman’s regime, the scourge of Western Civilization and the reason for defending democracy, ultimately lead to similar collectivist policies, now adopted in the United States.

Grandpa Prescott Bush With Son George the First

Just look to the ignominious involvement of Prescott Bush’s involvement with the funding of Adolph Hitler.

Even FAUX news cannot hide the relationship inBush’s Grandfather Directed Bank Tied to Man Who Funded Hitler.

“Prescott Bush was one of seven directors of Union Banking Corp., a New York investment bank owned by a bank controlled by the Thyssen family, according to recently declassified National Archives documents reviewed by The Associated Press.”

So what can and should a “reasonable man” conclude from these examples from history?

The essential lesson is that the pristine fairy tale of the federal government’s noble role as defender of righteousness, that politicians want to accept and often die for, is a fictional myth.

Power politics always serves the interests of the banking elites, who control the political process, own the financial capital and manipulate the media viewpoint of events.

This reality is pure fascism. You live under this system, so grow up, and admit it . . . it is the lamentable truth.

Barry Soetoro, aka, Barack Hussein Obama fits the fascist mold to the tee. In the video, Obama and Holder taking on Arizona’s SB1070, the treachery of his administration is evident. The eradication of States Rights is standard policy coming out of this Federal governance regime.

The separation ethnic dictates of the Nazi hooligans seem to contrast with the multicultural amnesty immigration ordinances that the Holder DoJ office fosters. However, if you look closely, both share a parallel disdain for the rights of indigenous citizens.

The Third Reich wanted to export their undesirables, while the Fourth Reich wants to destroy the natural citizenry by importing unwanted illegals. A fair read of the State of Arizona SB 1070 Bill indicates that individual states are under attack from a federal tyranny in the same way that the German people were subjugated by the Swastika.

Ian Gurney offers this comparison.

“Now let’s take a quick look at Germany in the 1930′s and 40′s as the Nazis reared their ugly heads. Here was a country that was financially crippled with a massive budget deficit owing billions of dollars to the rest of the world. Just like the USA.

In the 1930′s Germany was a country where the burning of the Reichstag, engineered by Hitler and his henchmen, was used to create external enemies and to exert internal control over the German people. Hitler then used the media to lie, frighten and deceive the population, allowing a bunch of vicious, extreme, right wing megalomaniacs to gain power. Just like the USA.

In the 1930′s Hitler was surrounded by a group of unelected officials whose sole objective was to take control of Germany for their own ends and with the use of their military might, take control of the assets and prosperity of other, weaker countries. Just like the USA.

In 1939 Hitler embarked on a series of pre-emptive attacks on sovereign nations in the name of “freeing the people” of that country. Just like the USA.

In 1940 the German hierarchy started building special “camps” or detention centres in which to incarcerate and eventually execute those people considered to be “against” their regime. Just like the USA.”

The Fourth Reich did not originate with Operation Overcast, the initiate name for Operation Paperclip. The classic book Fourth Reich of the Rich, by Des Griffin deserves another read.

Mr. Griffin states,

“Some 150 years ago, in a speech at Springfield, Illinois, Abraham Lincoln acknowledged the fact that “no foreign power or combination of foreign powers could by force take a drink from the Ohio or make a track on the Blue Ridge in a trial of a thousand years.

At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us it must spring up from among us, it cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen we must live through all time or die of suicide.”

Attorney General Holder and the President

Are we committing national suicide? Webster’s Dictionary (1828) defines suicide as: “Self murder; the act of designedly destroying one’s own life.”

For that to be true on a national scale, the decisions leading up to our national self-destruction would, of necessity, have to be made by those who govern the country Congress, or “the government.”

Much of the German population was captivated by Hitler. The “presstitute” Goebbels’ media holds out Obama as a shining example. His manners are a composition of every tyranny to grace the scorched earth of despotic government.

Will the America public come to their senses and make war against this Amerikana version of the Fourth Reich?

You need not look for the Boys from Brazil to find today’s Nazi’s. They do their business in New York City, run their international institutes from London and order their bombing from Washington, DC.

Sieg heil! to the New World Order is the modern definition of national suicide.

Heading for More Middle East War

NOVANEWS

by Stephen Lendman

Washington, Israel and rogue NATO allies seem headed for ruinous wars with Iran and Syria, besides others ongoing interminably.

Former State Department official/now AIPAC-linked Washington Institute for Near East Policy(WINEP) fellow Dennis Ross said:

“There are consequences if you act militarily, and there’s big consequences if you don’t act. The administration considers the risks of permitting a nuclear-armed Iran to be greater than the risks of military action.”

In fact, no evidence whatever suggests an Iranian nuclear weapons program, according to the latest March 2011 US intelligence assessment. Ross knows it. So do political Washington and major media scoundrels. Yet they suppress truth and promote confrontation and war.

On January 12, Haaretz headlined, “Israel is pushing US toward Iran War Russian official says,” saying:

“Russia fears Israel will push” America to war on Iran “which could retaliate by blocking” Persian Gulf oil shipments.

According to Kremlin Security Council head Nikolai Patrushev:

“There is a likelihood of military escalation of the conflict, towards which Israel is pushing the Americans. It cannot be ruled out that the Iranians will be able to carry out their threat to shut exports of Saudi oil through the Strait of Hormuz if faced with military actions against them.”

He added that no proof suggests an Iranian nuclear weapons program, saying:

“Talk about Iran creating an atomic bomb by next week we have heard for many years.” At issue is Washington’s longstanding regime change policy, using “all available means” to transform Tehran into “a loyal partner.”

He also sees Western countries close to attacking Syria. Regime change there is planned. “We are receiving information that NATO members and some Persian Gulf states, working under the ‘Libyan scenario,’ intend to move from indirect intervention in Syria to direct military” confrontation.

This time, he believes, regional countries, not Western ones, will play the lead role – mainly neighboring Turkey. Initially, a no-fly zone would be imposed without Security Council authorization.

Washington and Ankara are involved. Their plans call for coordinated attacks by Western backed insurgents, including Turkish based Free Syrian army forces and Syrian National Council elements.

“The plan is to punish Damascus, not so much for repressing the opposition,” but for its close ties to Iran. America’s regional military forces will support planned aggression. So will close allies Saudi Arabia, Jordan, other Gulf states, and, of course, Israel.

Russia will do what it takes to protect its strategically important Tartus, Syria base, its only Mediterranean one. Currently, its Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier battle group is positioned nearby.

According to Russian Defense Ministry officials, it includes the heavily armed carrier and two supporting ships. Its armaments include “12 long-range surface-to-surface anti-ship Granit cruise missiles, a six-gun short-range surface-to-air system Kinzhal, eight close-in air defense Kashtan gun-missile systems, and two UDAV-1 anti-submarine systems.”

Most likely, it’s also nuclear armed. Reportedly, it supplied Syria with weapons, munitions and other equipment. At issue is protecting its regional ally and Tartus naval base.

According to Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Viktor Kravchenco, counterbalancing NATO is vital to “prevent the outbreak of an armed conflict.” He also said Russia had regional naval forces for years to “deter” American and NATO aggression.

According to Irina Zvyagelskaya, Academy of Sciences in Moscow Middle East analyst:

“Our fear is that Syria could collapse and extremist Islamist forces will seize control that no one will be pleased about. This could destabilize the entire region.”

In fact, Washington supports extremist elements throughout the region and Central Asia. They’re either sitting governments or insurgent groups like Al Qaeda, used strategically at different times as allies and/or enemies.

Zvyagelskaya added that:

“While Russia would block any effort to seek UN approval for a no-fly zone in Syria….Western nations and their allies may form a coalition” of the willing, similar to the anti-Iraq 2003 alliance.

“There are scenarios which different countries look at. We have seen before what a no-fly zone means. It will be used to overthrow the regime.”

Moscow-based Council on Foreign and Defense Policy analyst Fyodor Lubyanov said:

“After the Libyan experience, Russia will do everything to stop this scenario from happening. Syria is much more important than Libya from Russia’s point of view.”

On January 10, Pravda.ru contributor Anton Krivenyuk headlined, “Iran to kick off World War Three,” saying:

“The world is perhaps standing on the brink of another major war,” starting with Iran. “Sources close to special services of different countries even” name dates when conflict will begin.

Tbilisi State University, Georgia political science Professor Solomon Lebanoidze said Israel may initiate strikes against Iranian nuclear targets with US support. If so, war’s inevitable. Iran’s not Libya or Iraq. No regional “axis of hatred” targets it.

As a result, regional and other countries will provide direct or indirect support, including China and Russia. “Chinese President Hu Jintao stated that if the USA or any other country attacked Iran, China would take responsive measures immediately. As for Moscow,” Defense Ministry sources said regional forces “had already been mobilized in case of a possible war.”

However, war may escalate “into World War III.” Neighboring countries won’t stand aside. “Since there are many nuances that won’t allow any of the Caucasian countries to stay safe haven(s),” they have to act defensively.

Russia’s Yerevan, Armenia base will also be vulnerable. If war breaks out, it may be isolated as Georgia closed off transiting military supplies though the country. As a result, Russia most likely will do what it takes to secure a corridor. Georgia will either cooperate or be forced.

Russia already evacuated military family members. It’s readying for possible war. South Caucacus nations may use it to settle old scores and take advantage of Russia’s preoccupation with Iran and Syria.

China’s Special Middle East envoy Wu Sike stressed Beijing’s support for Arab League (AL) dialogue and diplomatic efforts to avoid war with Syria. He said China opposes internationalizing the crisis and stresses regional solutions.

In contrast, Washington’s pressuring AL monitors to blame Damascus for violence. At issue is providing pretext for Western intervention. So far, mission head General Mohammed Ahmed Mustafa al-Dabi defied expectations by calling Assad’s government “very cooperative.”

In other words, he contradicted Western propaganda and confirmed evidence of an externally generated insurgency. As a result, he’s now assailed as unreliable. Efforts are made to discredit him.

Washington wants anti-Assad assessments to intervene. Any means will be used to get them. On January 19, al-Dabi will report on Syria’s compliance.

A Final Comment

On January 12, The New York Times headlined, “US Sends Top Iranian Leader a Warning on Strait Threat,” saying:

Communicating through a third country, administration officials warned Iran over crossing a “red line.” Doing so will provoke a US response.

Joint Chiefs Chairman General Martin Dempsey also said military forces will “take action and reopen the strait.” Defense Secretary Leon Panetta added that Washington won’t tolerate its closure.

Unexplained was which side provokes conflict and which one wants peace. Iran has no nuclear weapons program. It cooperates with IAEA inspectors. It neither threatens neighbors or Washington. America’s accusations are spurious. Its permanent war agenda threatens humanity.

A sober January 12 Times editorial headlined, “Dangerous Tension With Iran,” saying:

“(M)any officials, experts and commentators increasingly expect some kind of military confrontation….But a military strike on (Iran’s nuclear facilities) would be a disaster.”

Obama “and his allies have” ignored “serious talks.”

“Economic pressure could be more effective” by tightening “existing sanctions.” Russia and China oppose confrontation. “The Iranians need to know that the economic pressure will not let up until they stop the nuclear program.”

Fact check

Targeting Iran’s nuclear program is a red herring. At issue is regime change and controlling strategic regional resources. Russia and China oppose Washington’s bullying.

Current sanctions come perilously close to acts of war. They’re belligerent, unjustified, and illegal.

True to form, Times comments were hostile and wrongheaded, stopping only short of supporting war.

London Guardian commentator Simon Jenkins asked “Why is Britain ramping up sanctions against Iran?”

Kipling was right saying, “The dog returns to its vomit, and the sow returns to her mire. And the burnt fool’s bandaged finger goes wabbling back to the fire.”

With Britain out of Iraq and “desperate to get out of Afghanistan….why gird (for another) fight with Iran, a proud country of 75 million people with whom we cannot go to war without taking leave of our senses?”

Saber-rattling during recession “is beyond stupid.” Moreover, sanctions topple no one. Ordinary people alone get hurt. In addition, threats gird nations to respond defensively.

For decades, Britain’s “been useless at putting the world to rights.” Instead of maintaining good relations and promoting peace, it salutes “whenever Washington says so….(That’s) the most (degrading and) humiliating idiocy.”

It also threatens humanity if attacking Iran and Syria provoke World War III. Risking it is lunacy!

CIA – DOD – Panetta and the Hidden Truth

NOVANEWS

“Former CIA Director Panetta condemns Marines peeing on dead Taliban with “utterly deplorable”  comment.   Ain’t that the pot calling the kettle black?  .”

by Ken Smith

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta on Thursday condemned as “utterly deplorable” a video that purports to depict four U.S. Marines urinating on the corpses of Taliban fighters, saying such behavior is “entirely inappropriate for members of the United States military” and those responsible will be held accountable.

Panetta said he had ordered the Marine Corps and Marine Gen. John Allen, the top commander of the NATO-led forces in Afghanistan, to fully investigate.

What my readers want to know is who can order an investigation of the actions of former CIA Director Panetta on the “black ops” missions that he ordered?  Worldwide missions, not just in Iraq and Afghanistan, but Worldwide is what I am told.

Some actual operatives who participated in deep covert actions in Asia, South America and Africa are considering “spilling” the beans to the media, depending on what happens to these four Marines .

The Marine Corps said Wednesday it would investigate the YouTube video but had not yet verified its origin or authenticity. The case has been referred to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, the Navy’s worldwide law enforcement arm.

The video, posted on the Internet, shows men in Marine combat gear, standing in a semi-circle over three bodies. It’s not clear whether the dead were Taliban or civilians or someone else. The title on the posting called them Taliban insurgents but it was unclear who added that title, Marine Corps officials in Washington said.

The reaction from Afghanistan was angry.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai condemned the video as “completely inhumane.”  Completely inhumane?  This is the comment from the guy whose brother runs the largest narco ring on the planet?  You kidding me?

The Afghan Defense Ministry called it “shocking.”  Shocking?  You know what shocking is?  Shocking is when leaders in the Defense Ministry are told about abducted girls being sold over drug debts and the defense ministry does nothing, that’s shocking.

And the Taliban issued a statement accusing U.S. forces of committing numerous “indignities” against the Afghan people.   Sweet mother of god, you double kidding me?  The frigging Taliban complaining about “Indignities?”.  Wait a minute, that video I saw of Taliban justice in the Kabul soccer stadium, you know the one, the one where they behead the guy, remember?  That was an Indignitie, but peeing on dead Taliban, well, not to this columnist.

“First they killed the Afghans with mortars, and they then urinated on their bodies,” Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said. “We strongly condemn this inhumane action by the wild American soldiers.”  OMG, the “Inhumane action?   That’s the quote from the Taliban?  Oh yeah, right, and this is the same group who have their women dress up in Halloween costumes,  something called a burka,  because no man should ever see a woman’s face?  Give me a break.

Panetta said the actions of these Marines, if true, were inexcusable.   Now, this comment is from the guy who ordered the extreme sanctions in Somalia?  That right?  And the actions in Turkey?  Same guy?  Yeah Mr Secretary, people are now talking about what YOU ordered, on your watch, not someone else’s watch, yours.

“I have seen the footage, and I find the behavior depicted in it utterly deplorable.  I condemn it in the strongest possible terms,” Panetta’s statement said. “Those found to have engaged in such conduct will be held accountable to the fullest extent.”   Yeah, and when that happens, the people speaking to me, will do what they know they need to do too.  They will drop the dime on you Leon.  And your best kept nightmares will be let out of the box.  Think about that tonight after you read this post.

The video came to light at a delicate time in relations among the United States, Afghanistan’s elected government and the Taliban insurgency fighting for both territorial control and cultural and religious preeminence in Afghanistan. The U.S. is trying to foster peace talks between the Karzai government and the Pakistan-based Taliban high command, and has made unprecedented offers to build trust with the insurgents, including the planned opening of a Taliban political office to oversee talks.

One of the largest obstacles to peace discussions has been widespread Afghan contempt for U.S. military tactics that many — both Taliban sympathizers and not — see as heavy-handed. Opposition to the U.S. and NATO military presence in Afghanistan usually centers on civilian casualties from military engagement, although the vast majority of those deaths are caused by the insurgents.

Although the video purports to show Taliban fighters, not civilians, it is likely to resonate with those opposed to the U.S. presence and to peace with the U.S.-backed Karzai government. In his statement, Karzai called on the U.S. military to punish the Marines.  I would think we punish the Marines at the same time Karzai punishes his brothers keepers.

Yeah, right.  Karzai was chosen for a two year term as Interim President during the 2002 loya jirga (grand assembly) that was held in KabulAfghanistan.  Then elected to a five year term and now another five year term with all kinds of reports of funny business, hmmm, think maybe Panetta had any hand in that as the former CIA director?

The NATO-led security force in Afghanistan released a statement Thursday saying, “This disrespectful act is inexplicable and not in keeping with the high moral standards we expect of coalition forces.”

The actions “appear to have been conducted by a small group of U.S. individuals, who apparently are no longer serving in Afghanistan,” the International Security Assistance Force said. The statement did not identify the personnel or explain why the ISAF thought they had left the country.

A spokesman at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina would not confirm reports that the Marines were based there. “We have had elements of that unit that have deployed to Afghanistan and have returned. However, we have not yet confirmed if anyone in the video is from that unit, or whether they are attached to a unit from Lejeune,” said Capt. Scott Sasser.

Sen. John McCain, a Navy veteran who fought and was held prisoner in the Vietnam war, said the incident“makes me so sad.”
McCain, the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, called the Marine Corps one of America’s strongest institutions and said its image has apparently been tarnished by “a handful of obviously undisciplined people.”

“There should be an investigation and these young people should be punished,” McCain, R-Ariz., said Thursday on “CBS This Morning.”

Pentagon officials said the criminal investigation would likely look into whether the Marines violated laws of war, which include prohibitions against photographing bodies and detainees and a range of other rules.

In an emailed statement, Taliban spokesman Mujahid said, “During these 10 years American soldiers have tortured our people in various ways, they have shown disrespect to the holy Quran and other holy books, they have burned our bodies, they have killed and tortured our women and children and … have committed other hateful actions.”

Have we lost our minds?  This quote is  from the Taliban?  They must think we are the ones who are living in caves up in the mountains.  We are not the ones living in the 7th century dude, wake up, you hosted Bin Laden and his crew to plan attacks on us, for that,  you pay the price.  If Bin Laden was in Iran, we would be there too, and for all you yahoo’s who think Bin laden didn’t have anything to do with attacking America, spare me the emails.

Mujahid urged the U.N. and other international groups to end such actions by U.S. troops.

On Wednesday, the Council on Islamic-American Relations, a prominent Muslim civil rights and advocacy group based in Washington, protested the video in a letter to Panetta.  Sweet mother of God again, the CIAR said they protested this video?  Yeah right, I forgot, what a shock.  Where were they on September 12th, 2001 with their letter to the American People?.   Who were they protesting them?

“We condemn this apparent desecration of the dead as a violation of our nation’s military regulations and of international laws of war prohibiting such disgusting and immoral actions,” the group wrote.

“If verified as authentic, the video shows behavior that is totally unbecoming of American military personnel and that could ultimately endanger other soldiers and civilians,” the letter said.

Marine Corps headquarters at the Pentagon said: “The actions portrayed are not consistent with our core values and are not indicative of the character of the Marines in our Corps. This matter will be fully investigated.”

A Marine Corps spokesman, Lt. Col. Stewart Upton, added, “Allegations of Marines not doing the right thing in regard to dead Taliban insurgents are very serious and, if proven, represent a failure to adhere to the high standards expected of American military personnel.”

Iranian Scientists Die as Bibi’s War Looms

NOVANEWS

by James M. Wall

On Friday, January 13, Eli Lake posed a question on Newsweek’s web site, The Daily Beast:

Has Israel Been Killing Iran’s Nuclear Scientists?

Lake does not have hard evidence to answer his question. But he speculates, using the old reliable “circumstantial evidence”, to point to Israel’s Mossad,”for a string  of slayings of Iran’s nuclear experts”.

The most recent Iranian to die is nuclear scientist Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan, killed in his automobile  in Tehran Thursday.

Eli Lake writes, “at the very least Israel’s defense establishment would like its allies to believe its spies have pulled off these ‘events that happen unnaturally’”. To take credit for their dark deeds, Israel’s narrative shapers put out the word in their usual sly fashion:

Six weeks ago in Washington, on the sidelines of a major U.S.-Israeli meeting known as the “strategic dialogue,” Israeli Mossad officers were quietly and obliquely bragging about the string of explosions in Iran. “They would say things like, ‘It’s not the best time to be working on Iranian missile design,’” one U.S. intelligence official at the December parley told The Daily Beast.

Consider the arrogance of this scene: Saber-rattling Israeli experts, joking about the “danger” of working on Iran’s nuclear sites.  They know deaths have been arranged. In their best tough-guy, B-movie swagger, they find the death of relatively low-level Iranian scientists to be a source of amusement.

These saber-rattling Israel nuclear experts are higher in rank than those US Marines who were caught on Youtube urinating on the bodies of dead Taliban fighters. Disdain toward a perceived enemy–and laughing and bragging about it–is despicable, inhumane, and reprehensible, regardless of rank.

Michael Adler reports on the anti-Iran campaign in his Daily Beast report.

While no one will confirm that a covert campaign is being waged, many see such a strategy as just the sort of thing one would want to use against an Islamic Republic believed to be seeking the bomb.

The campaign would include the Stuxnet computer virus, allegedly unleashed in 2009 to destroy about a fifth of the centrifuges turning at Iran’s main uranium-enrichment plant in Natanz, and booby traps on equipment Iran buys abroad that ensure the equipment malfunctions once put to use.

And then there are assassinations. The facts from Wednesday: 32-year-old Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan (pictured below with his son) was killed when a motorcyclist attached a magnetized bomb to his car as he was driving to work. Roshan was director of commercial affairs at the Natanz plant. The attack was the fourth of its kind on an Iranian scientist in two years, with three of the men killed and the fourth surviving to become the head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization.

These attacks–past and future–are designed to intimidate and provoke.  They are not intended to impede any serious progress or nuclear design or production process.

Many experts have concluded that Israel’s claim that Iran is creating a nuclear arsenal is as empty and false as the Bush-Cheney  ”mushroom cloud” warning that justified the US attack on Iraq in 2003.

Israel is obviously doing its best to push for a war with Iran which it wants to  be “provoked” by Iran.

Israel wants absolute hegemony over the region, which is why it developed its own nuclear arsenal decades ago, and it is also why it insists it will not tolerate nuclear arms in the hands of its neighbors.

From at least one surprising corner, support for this Israeli war scenario has slipped. At the New York Times, reader complaints poured in after the Timesand other media outlets promoted the Israeli reading of an assessment by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that Iran’s nuclear program had a military objective. The Israeli reading of the report was a distortion of the facts.

The Times Public Editor Arthur Brisbane agreed that the complaints about this distortion were legitimate. He called on his own paper to “correct the story”.

Robert Naiman reported on Brisbane’s response to the complaints in his Truthout news analysis:

I think the readers are correct on this. The Times hasn’t corrected the story but it should because this is a case of when a shorthand phrase doesn’t do justice to a nuanced set of facts. In this case, the distinction between the two is important because the Iranian program has emerged as a possible casus belli.

In other words: it’s important to get this right, because getting it wrong unjustly promotes the cause of war.

After serving as a major cheerleader for the 2003 Iraq “shock and awe” invasion, the Times appears to have learned its lesson.  Perhaps, finally, it has discovered how US centers of power have moved into foreign hands.

MJ Rosenberg writes in Intifada Palestine that Israel. AIPAC and its US congressional hasbara troops are fighting back:

Wasting no time after its success in getting the administration to oppose Palestinian statehood at the United Nations, and still celebrating the UNESCO funding cut-off, AIPAC has returned to its #1 priority: pushing for war with Iran.

The Israelis have, of course, played their own part in the big show. In the last few weeks, it has been sending out signals that it is getting ready to bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities (and embroil the United States in its most calamitous Middle East war yet).

But most observers do not believe an Israeli attack is imminent. (If it was, would Israel telegraph it in advance?) The point of the Israeli threats is to get the United States and the world community to increase pressure on Iran with the justification that unless it does, Israel will attack.

Naturally, the United States Congress, which gets its marching orders on Middle East policy from the lobby which, in turn, gets its marching orders from Binyamin Netanyahu, is rushing to do what it is told. (If only Congress addressed joblessness at home with the same alacrity and enthusiasm.)

Accordingly the House Foreign Affairs Committee hurriedly convened this week to consider a new “crippling sanctions” bill that seems less designed to deter an Iran nuclear weapon than to lay the groundwork for war.

These “crippling sanctions” are intended to remove foreign policy decisions involving Iran from the White House to the US Congress.

The sanctions have been pushed through the House by a bi-partisan pair: House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairwoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) and Ranking Member Howard Berman (D-CA).(Shown here.)

Rosenberg explains how this would work:

It means that neither the president, the Secretary of State nor any US diplomat or emissary may engage in negotiations or diplomacy with Iran of any kind unless the president convinces the “appropriate Congressional committees” (most significantly, the House Foreign Affairs Committee which is an AIPAC fiefdom) that not engaging with Iranian contacts would present an “an unusual and extraordinary threat to the vital national security interests of the United States.”

To call this unprecedented is an understatement. At no time in our history has the White House or State Department been restricted from dealing with representatives of a foreign state, even in war time.

On May 20, 2011. Prime Minister Netanyahu came to Washington for a victory lap around Barack Obama’s track.

Philip Giraldi described Netanyahu’s May 20, 2011 visit for the website Uprooted Palestinians (see the photo at the top):

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrives in the United States today for a much anticipated visit. He will do a little fund-raising, will speak before Congress and at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) annual conference, and will meet with President Barack Obama.

Netanyahu can expect the visit to go smoothly, with an adoring joint session of congress rising to its feet to applaud him and more adulation from the AIPAC gathering.

The “adoring joint session of congress” outdid itself with thunderous applause and 29 standing ovations.

The revealing picture of the Prime Minister of Israel smirking in triumph at the President of the United States, was taken during Netanyahu’s visit with President Obama in May, 2011. It was taken by Jim Watson for Agence France-Presse. And this is the man who expects President Obama to join him in his war against Iran.

In the video below, Mark Perry is interviewed by Al Jazeera. The interview focuses on a column Perry published this weekend for the Foreign Policy web site. The report describes CIA memos from 2007 and 2008 that accuse Israel of running a “false flag” operation against the US. A “false flag” operation is an action in which Israeli agents pretend to be CIA agents conducting attacks against Iran.

The Firedoglake web site reported on Perry’s column:

A provocative article in Foreign Policy magazine suggests that Israeli Mossad officers recruited members of the Pakistani terrorist organization Jundallah to aid in the covert operations against Iranian targets, including bombings in the Baluchistan region and potentially the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists.

The Mossad officers, according to Mark Perry, posed as American intelligence agents during the recruitment, using US passports.

In his Foreign Policy column, Perry expressed a special concern for the damage a “false flag” can do to the US:

The report sparked White House concerns that Israel’s [assassination] program was putting Americans at risk,” the intelligence officer told me.

“There’s no question that the US. has cooperated with Israel in intelligence-gathering operations against the Iranians, but this was different. No matter what anyone thinks, we’re not in the business of assassinating Iranian officials or killing Iranian civilians”

Iran claims to have proof that this was not a “false flag” operation. Rather, Iran accuses the US of actually engaging in assassinations. The US “categorically”–to use Hillary Clinton’s term–denies the charges.

Perry’s interview suggests that if there any merit to the “false flag” operation,  Bibi Netanyahu may have finally pushed Barack Obama too far by employing a”false flag” operation against the only friend Israel has left in the community of nations.

As Chris Matthews finally acknowledged on his MSNBC program, the role of Israel as a deceptive partner could emerge as a political issue during the 2012 presidential campaign.

When is a Terrorist Not a Terrorist?

NOVANEWS
Behind Every Terrorist, the Mossad

War with Iran or not?

By Alan Hart

The longer and complete form of the first question in the headline is – When is a terrorist not a terrorist in the eyes of the Obama administration (not to mention all of its predecessors) and the governments of the Western world?

Answer: When he or she is an Israeli Mossad agent or asset.

In the case of the assassination of Iranian scientists, the Mossad’s assets are almost certainly members of the Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) also known as The Peoples’ Mujahedin of Iran, which is committed to overthrowing the regime of the ruling mullahs.

Many of its activists are based in Iraqi Kurdistan where Mossad has a substantial presence. It does the training there, selects the targets in Iran and provides the bombs and other weapons, and MKO members do the actual killing.

It’s reasonable to presume that Mossad is more comfortable operating out of Iraqi Kurdistan with Iranian MKO assets than it was when its own agents were posing as CIA officers to recruit members of Jundallah, a Pakistan-based Sunni extremist organization, to carry out assassinations and attacks on installations and facilities in Iran.

Some of the essence of that Israeli false flag operation has been revealed by Mark Perry in an article for Foreign Policy.

His report is based on information he acquired about memos buried deep in the archives of America’s intelligence services which were written in the last years of President George “Dubya” Bush’s administration.

He also had conversations he had with two currently serving U.S. intelligence officials and four retired intelligence officers who worked for the CIA or monitored Israeli intelligence operations from senior positions inside the U.S. government.

According to Perry’s sources, one of whom has seen the memos, the Mossad agents who were posing as CIA agents to recruit Jundallah operatives had American passports and were “flush” with American dollars.

The memos tell the story of an investigation which debunked reports from 2007 and 2008 accusing the CIA, at the direction of the White House, of covertly supporting Jundallah. The investigation apparently showed that the U.S. “had barred even the most incidental contact with Jundallah.”

The memos also gave details of CIA field reports on Mossad’s recruitment of Jundallah operatives, mainly in London and “under the nose of U.S. intelligence officials.”

Perry’s sources confessed to being “stunned by the brazenness of Mossad’s efforts.” And one of them said:

It’s amazing what the Israelis thought they could get away with. Their recruitment activities were nearly in the open. They apparently didn’t give a damn about what we thought.”

I take issue with the first part of that statement. What is really amazing is not what Mossad and almost of Israel’s political and military leaders think they can get away with, but what they KNOW they can get away with because of the Zionist lobby’s control of Congress on all matters relating to policy for the conflict in and over Palestine that became Israel.

And that in turn is why, generally speaking, Israel’s leaders don’t give a damn about what American administrations think, They come and go but the Zionist lobby’s control of Congress is a permanent fixture.

Dayan

In private conversation with General Moshe Dayan when he was Israel’s defence minister, I once summed up Israel’s unspeakable but implicit message to the governments of the world in the following way.

“We know we shouldn’t have done this but we’ve done it because we also know there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Dayan didn’t comment but the look on his face said something like, “You’re right but I’m not going to say so.”

Though Israel doesn’t usually comment on reports about Mossad’s activities, a senior government spokesman described Perry’s account of Mossad agents posing as CIA agents as “absolute nonsense.” As I was reading the denial I used a Jimmy Carter expression – “BS” (Bull Shit).

After the latest assassination of an Iranian scientist, Rick Santorum, the right-wing religious joker in the pack of Republican presidential hopefuls, said this:

On occasions scientists working on the nuclear program in Iran turn up dead. I think that’s a wonderful thing.”

A different view was offered by Jewish American journalist Richard Silverstein. For his weblog Tikun Olam he wrote this:

These are shameful acts by a shameful Israeli government exploiting Iranian terrorists for their own ends.  I find it disgusting that Israel can get away with such acts with impunity.”

Disgusting it certainly is but there’s no mystery about why Israel can commit crimes including acts of naked state terrorism without fear of being called and held to account for them by the UN Security Council.

When after the 1967 war it refused to label the Zionist state as the aggressor and require it to withdraw from the newly occupied Arab lands without conditions, it effectively created, at the insistence of the U.S., two sets of rules for the behaviour of nations – one set for all the nations of the world minus Israel and the other exclusively for Israel.

That was the birth of the double standard which is the cancer at the heart of Western foreign policy.

Are These Killings Being Done to Goad Iran into Doing the Same, and Trigger an Attack?

Now let’s pause for a moment to imagine what the response would have been if Iranian agents or assets had assassinated an Israeli scientist (just one) in the Zionist state.

Led by America, Western governments would have bellowed their condemnation of the terrorism and pledged full support for all efforts to hunt the terrorists down and bring them to justice.

And they would, of course, have blamed the government of Iran even if there was not one shred of evidence of its authorization.

The assassination of an Israeli scientist might even have tipped the Washington decision-making balance in favour of the mad men who want the U.S. either to attack Iran or give Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu the green light to go, with or without nuclear tipped, bunker-busting bombs.

And Israel? How would it have responded? With or without a green light from President Obama it almost certainly would have bombed selected targets in Iran, even if doing so was likely to set the region on fire and do vast damage to Western interests in the region and the whole Muslim world.

As I note in my book Zionism: The Real Enemy of the Jews, in the chapter headed The Liberty Affair – “Pure Murder” on a “Great Day”, the lesson of the cold-blooded Israeli attack on the American spy ship was that there is nothing the Zionist state might not do, to its friends as well as its enemies, in order to get its own way.

Now… At the risk of inviting a charge from some and perhaps many readers that I am naive in the extreme, I have to say I am inclined to the view that the Obama administration was telling the truth when it strongly denied any American complicity in the latest Israeli/MKO assassination. The New York Times put it this way:

“The assassination drew an unusually strong condemnation from the White House and the State Department, which disavowed any American complicity… ‘The United States had absolutely nothing to do with this,’ said Tommy Vietor, a spokesman for the National Security Council.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton appeared to expand the denial beyond Wednesday’s killing, categorically denying any United States involvement in any kind of act of violence inside Iran.”

The NYT report then quoted Mrs. Clinton as saying this:

“We believe that there has to be an understanding between Iran, its neighbours and the international community that finds a way forward for it to end its provocative behaviour, end its search for nuclear weapons and rejoin the international community,”

That in my opinion is code for something very like:

“This administration is not completely mad. We know that an attack on Iran could have catastrophic consequences for the region and the world.

Despite the mounting and awesome pressure we are under from Netanyahu and those who peddle his propaganda here in America, we know that the nuclear problem with Iran must be solved by jaw-jaw and not war-war.”

How catastrophic the consequences of an Israeli attack on Iran could be for the region and the world has been put into words by Philip Giraldi, currently the executive director of the Council for the National Interest and a former CIA counter-terrorism specialist and military intelligence officer.

The scenario he presents under the headline What War With Iran Might Look Like takes us all the way to World War III.

So I believe NYT reporter Scott Shane was on the right track when he wrote that the statements by U.S. officials appeared to reflect serious concern about the (Israeli/MKO) assassinations of Iranian scientists because they could “backfire” and make Iran’s leaders less willing to talk. And, I add, more willing to give in to those forces in Iran, the Revolutionary Guards in particular, who might well be saying that Iran must possess nuclear weapons for deterrence.

My guess is that U.S. officials are also concerned by the possibility that more assassinations could provoke an Iranian response which would give Israel the pretext to attack. (It’s by no means impossible that the main purpose of the assassinations is to provoke an Iranian response to give Israel the pretext for an attack).

That brings me to my own speculation about what is really going on behind closed doors in the Obama administration. At executive level it is, I think, in a state of something close to total panic about what to do to prevent an Israeli attack on Iran if Netanyahu is not bluffing.

My reading of Obama’s latest turn of the sanctions screw on Iran is that it’s his way of not only putting more pressure on the ruling mullahs. It’s also his way of saying to Netanyahu something like, “Give me more time to solve the Iranian nuclear problem by all means other than war.”

Obama needs more time not only to try to get serious and substantive talks with Iran going but also to establish beyond any doubt whether Israeli threats to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities are a bluff (to put pressure on the U.S.) or not. In an article for Ha’aretz under the headline Israel and U.S. at odds over timetables and red lines for Iran, Avi Issacharoff and Amos Harel wrote:

Do Barak and Netanyahu really intend to attack on their own, or is Israel only trying to prod the West into more decisive action? That is the million-dollar questionIt has been discussed intermittently for the past three years and it seems that Washington does not have a satisfactory answer to it.”

In a few days time General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, is scheduled to arrive in Israel for talks with Defense Minister Ehud Barak, Chief of Staff Lt. General Benny Gantz and other senior Israeli defense and intelligence officials.

Dempsey knows that when U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta met with Netanyahu and Barak last November, they refused to give him a commitment that Israel would not attack Iran without informing America of its intention to do so.

If I am right about the panic in the Obama administration, my guess is that Dempsey will try to obtain the commitment Panetta failed to get. What if Dempsey does not succeed?

My guess is that whatever he may say in public after his meetings, Dempsey will tell the Israelis in private that if they go to war with Iran they will be on their own. The U.S., I can almost hear him saying, will not become engaged except to defend its own national interests if and as necessary “because the American people, most of them, are tired of war.” He could add “and we don’t have the money to pay for it.”

An interesting question for the coming days is something like this: What if Dempsey returns to Washington without being able to give behind-closed-doors assurance that Israel (despite what it might continue to say to the contrary in public for propaganda purposes) will not go it alone with an attack Iran?

In theory there is a card President Obama could play. He could put Israel on public notice that if it attacked Iran and if as a consequence America’s own bests interests were harmed, the U.S. would have to rethink its relationship with the “Jewish state”. A statement to that effect would imply that the days of America’s unconditional support for Israel right or wrong could be coming to an end.

But that’s not a statement Obama could make this side of November’s presidential election. So if Netanyahu is not bluffing, and if he was determined to bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities before November’s election, there’s nothing Obama could do to stop him, even knowing that the end game could be, as Giraldi speculated, World War III.

My own view has always been that Netanyahu is bluffing to the extent that he even he is not crazy enough to order an Israeli attack on Iran without a green light from the U.S. and American cover and participation,

I hope I am right. If I am it could be that General Dempsey will return to Washington with the news Obama wants and needs – that without a green light from the U.S, Israel will not bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities.
