Civil Rights and the Militarization of Police: Lessons from the Gestapo, America’s Path to Tyranny

Global Research

The world is watching what is happening in Ferguson, Missouri. After the announcement by the grand jury that Officer Darren Wilson was acquitted for the shooting death of Michael Brown, angry residents took to the streets of Ferguson and other towns and cities across the U.S. to protest police brutality. The U.S. government has the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) along with the Ferguson police department and the Missouri National guard ready to confront the angry protesters with force.

Michael Brown’s murder is not the only incident that sparked riots. There have been other similar incidents involving police brutality such as the Rodney King beating by the Los Angeles Police Department in 1991 that also sparked riots. The Police used excessive force against the Occupy Wall Street movement in New York and other anti-Establishment protests across the U.S. In 1997, NYPD officers sodomized a Haitian immigrant by the name of Abner Louima with a broken-off broom handle after he was arrested during an altercation between the police and patrons outside a Brooklyn nightclub. He was hospitalized and most of the police officers involved were not found guilty because of insufficient evidence, except for one of the officers who received a 30-year sentence.

Following the verdict of the Michael Brown case, another African-American man was recently shot and killed by an NYPD officer in a housing project in East New York, Brooklyn. White Americans have also been victims of police brutality. In 2012, Kelly Thomas, a 37-year-old homeless man with schizophrenia was beaten to death by two veterans of the Fullerton Police Department in California. Both men were acquitted by the grand jury. Although statistics do show that minorities are more likely to get harassed (by Stop and Frisk in NYC for example), arrested and even murdered by the police. The United Nations Human Rights Committee issued a report on human rights abuses in the United States which included the epidemic of police brutality. It stated:

Excessive use of force by law enforcement officials.

The Committee is concerned about the still high number of fatal shootings by certain police forces, including, for instance, in Chicago, and reports of excessive use of force by certain law enforcement officers, including the deadly use of tasers, which has a disparate impact on African Americans, and use of lethal force by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the United States-Mexico border.

Another report just released by Reuters, published by the United Nations Committee against Torture:

“urged the United States on Friday to fully investigate and prosecute police brutality and shootings of unarmed black youth and ensure that taser weapons are used sparingly” the report said. “The committee decried “excruciating pain and prolonged suffering” for prisoners during “botched executions” as well as frequent rapes of inmates, shackling of pregnant women in some prisons and extensive use of solitary confinement.”

What was deeply concerning for the committee was “Its findings cited deep concern about “numerous reports” of police brutality and excessive use of force against people from minority groups, immigrants, homosexuals and racial profiling.” New York City’s controversial ‘Stop and Frisk’ Policy which effects mainly African Americans and Latinos and to a lesser extend whites is a policy that reflects what happened during Nazi Germany as former congressman and former mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner was once quoted as saying that:

Last year more than 700,000 people in New York were stopped, the overwhelming majority of them were young men of color; 97 percent of them did nothing wrong. And the mayor stood up and said ‘wait a minute, statistically this’ and ‘statistically that.’ Well, you can have a 100 percent statistical reduction in crime if you stop everybody. You could have 1938 Germany, because everyone has to show their papers.

Weiner was correct to point out the dangers behind “Stop and Frisk” although the media criticized his comments because he was accused of comparing New York City to Nazi Germany, but the policies that allow the NYPD to stop you based on suspicion is Nazi-like.

U.S. law enforcement in the U.S. has been heading towards what Germany became, a totalitarian police state. Why such a stark comparison? Not only police brutality is a major problem, but there are other factors to consider. The history of the Gestapo has many parallels to what the U.S. law enforcement on the federal and local level has become. After Adolf Hitler became Chancellor of Germany, he appointed Hermann Göring as Interior Minister of Prussia allowing him to become head of the largest police force in Germany. Göring filled the ranks with Nazis in both the political and intelligence sections of the police. By 1933, Göring merged both units to form the Gestapo. He was soon head of the Gestapo in 1934 and extended the agency’s authority under Hitler’s leadership. Then Göring gave the command of the Gestapo to Heinrich Himmler that same year. Hitler then appointed Himmler as the chief of all German police outside Prussia. Then Reinhard Heydrich was named chief of the Gestapo by Himmler on April, 22 1934. On June 17th, 1936, Hitler unified all of the police forces in the Reich and named Himmler as Chief of German Police.

The Gestapo became a national state agency and gained authority over all of Germany’s uniformed law enforcement agencies and had the

authority to investigate alleged acts of treason, espionage and other activities seen as crimes against Germany, in particular against the Nazi Party. The Gestapo operated without any judicial review by state imposed law, putting them above the law, relatively speaking. The Gestapo used Schutzhaft or “protective custody” to imprison people without judicial proceedings. The system was that the prisoner was ultimately forced to sign their own Schutzhaftbefehl, an order to allow themselves imprisoned out of fear that agents would personally torture or even execute them. Thousands of political prisoners throughout Germany and occupied territories under the Night and Fog Decree disappeared under the Gestapo. The Gestapo’s tactics rooted out political opponents of the Nazi Party. Communists and religious groups who attended church were spied upon. The communists, working-class people, and even far-right conservative organizations covertly fought against the Nazi’s which led to mass arrests.

“Racially undesirable elements” such as the Jews, criminals, homosexuals, and the Romani people were also sent to concentration camps or were executed. Student protests were crushed. Businessmen, office workers, teachers, and others that resisted the Nazi party were in danger of Gestapo informants and agents if they held rallies opposing the Nazi party which in fact is a familiar pattern in the U.S. today.

The main stream media, specifically The New York Times reported that “The federal government has significantly expanded undercover operations in recent years, with officers from at least 40 agencies posing as business people, welfare recipients, political protesters and even doctors or ministers to ferret out wrongdoing, records and interviews show.” The “See something, Say something” campaign in New York City is a “Snitch” program to root out terrorism. But the question is who is a terrorist? According to an analysis by explains in the ‘Season of the Snitch’ how the “Snitch Mentality” operates:

This is America today. “If you see something, say something.” It doesn’t matter if you see something that means nothing. The man in the Ohio Walmart store that was killed by the SWAT team for carrying around an “assault weapon” which ended up being an empty pellet gun taken off the rack at the store is a good example. Maybe they should have given the person who called it in a key to the city for such a courageous act. He could share it with those brave trained killers who understood the situation no more than he did.

The snitch mentality appears to be popping up everywhere these days, even when the informant doesn’t get anything out of it. How much worse will it be when they do?

When the dollar collapses and the people who didn’t see it coming are caught totally unprepared, what are the chances that they will rat out those who did? I’m sure that their masters will be happy to reward them by giving them some of their neighbor’s supplies once the “prepper” has been taken away to the FEMA camp.

But I suppose that we shouldn’t be surprised. When living in a country that has never learned to mind its own business concerning the affairs of people in other countries, how much less will it tolerate the affairs of others in their own?

Not only is the federal government has covert operations and “Snitch” programs directed against the public, a report by the Center for Investigative Journalism (CIJ) titled ‘US police get antiterror training in Israel on privately funded trips’ explained what were the motives behind Israel’s security apparatus training U.S. law enforcement:

The clouds of tear gas, flurries of projectiles and images of police officers outfitted in military-grade hardware in Ferguson, Missouri, have reignited concerns about the militarization of domestic law enforcement in the United States.

But there has been another, little-discussed change in the training of American police since the 9/11 attacks: At least 300 high-ranking sheriffs and police from agencies large and small – from New York and Maine to Orange County and Oakland, California – have traveled to Israel for privately funded seminars in what is described as counterterrorism techniques.

The collaboration between American Police Departments and Israel’s training seminars is disturbing development especially since the Israeli Security forces has committed numerous human rights abuses against the Palestinians for decades. The report also stated which police departments had participated in the seminars:

The U.S. program began less than a year after 9/11, when the Jewish Institute brought nine American police officials to Israel to meet with Uzi Landau, Israel’s public security minister at the time. Participants represented the New York and Los Angeles police departments, the Major County Sheriffs’ Association, the New York and New Jersey Port Authority police and the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority police. Recently, the seminars drew attention during the Ferguson protests because the former chief of the St. Louis County Police Department, who retired in January, had participated in a 2011 trip to Israel sponsored by the Anti-Defamation League

Rashid Khalidi, a professor of modern Arab studies at Columbia University said “If American police and sheriffs consider they’re in occupation of neighborhoods like Ferguson and East Harlem, this training is extremely appropriate – they’re learning how to suppress a people, deny their rights and use force to hold down a subject population” the report stated.

Civil Rights and the Militarization of Police

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) also has numerous reports concerning police brutality, but it goes a step further and analyzes which particular groups are particularly affected when it comes to the police in the United States. Mathew Harwood wrote a piece for Tom Dispatch and described how SWAT teams were using force when executing search warrants. He also mentions what the ACLU found in a report titled ‘War Comes Home’ on raids conducted between 2011 and 2012:

In more than 60% of the raids the ACLU investigated, SWAT members rammed down doors in search of possible drugs, not to save a hostage, respond to a barricade situation, or neutralize an active shooter. On the other side of that broken-down door, more often than not, are blacks and Latinos. When the ACLU could identify the race of the person or people whose home was being broken into, 68% of the SWAT raids against minorities were for the purpose of executing a warrant in search of drugs. When it came to whites, that figure dropped to 38%, despite the well-known fact that blacks, whites, and Latinos all use drugs at roughly the same rates. SWAT teams, it seems, have a disturbing record of disproportionately applying their specialized skill set within communities of color.

Think of this as racial profiling on steroids in which the humiliation of stop and frisk is raised to a terrifying new level.

The New York Times reported that during the Obama administration “police departments have received tens of thousands of machine guns; nearly 200,000 ammunition magazines; thousands of pieces of camouflage and night-vision equipment; and hundreds of silencers, armored cars and aircraft.” The parallels of the U.S. and Nazi Germany policing methods are too similar to ignore. A retired Philadelphia police captain, Ray Lewis who joined Ferguson Protesters told Al Jazeera:

For one, I want to give the residents of Ferguson the knowledge there are some police that do support them. The second thing, I want to try to get a message to mainstream America that the system is corrupt, that police really are oppressing not only the black community, but also the whites. They’re an oppressive organization now controlled by the one percent of corporate America. Corporate America is using police forces as their mercenaries.

Captain Ray Lewis statement reflects on what happened to the Occupy Wall Street movement when the NYPD used“Excessive Force” to remove the protesters. The tragic death of Michael Brown and the actions taken by the Ferguson Police department and the Missouri National Guard is what the Gestapo would have done against any protests that would oppose the rule of law of the Nazi Party. The U.S. has been an Orwellian police state for a very long time, with the Jim Crow Laws in the South followed by the FBI’s COINTELPRO program to the NSA spy scandal today, the Gestapo comes to mind. History is actually repeating itself.

How Russia and Germany may save Europe from war

Pepe Escobar is the roving correspondent for Asia Times/Hong Kong, an analyst for RT and TomDispatch, and a frequent contributor to websites and radio shows ranging from the US to East Asia.

Are the US, NATO and Russia on a mad spiral leading to war in Europe? Is it inevitable? Far from it.

The US-propelled vassal Petro Poroshenko, currently starring in the oligarch dance in Ukraine this week advanced the proposition that Ukrainians in the near future, after his “reforms”, will be asked to vote on whether to join NATO.

Let’s be serious here. Some of you may be familiar with the concept of “shatter belt” – territories and peoples that historically have been squeezed between the Germanic Eagle and the Russian Bear.

As we stand, the whole shatter belt – apart from Ukraine and Belarus – has become NATO members. Were Ukraine to become a NATO member in – albeit remote – future, the shatter belt buffer zone would disappear. This means NATO – essentially the US – planted right on Russia’s western border.

Washington has just announced that it will be pre-positioning more military vehicles in Europe, to be used in exercises or “potential military operations.” This is perfectly in tune with the relentless US “think tank-land” spin that NATO and the US will be “forced” to balance their commitment to security in Eastern Europe against potential Russian “aggression.”

As Ukraine, the Baltic States and Poland persist in compounded hysteria about such “aggression,” the option of a post-MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) US-Russia nuclear war is now – casually – back on the discussion table. At least there’s a countercurrent; strands of informed Americans are wondering why the US should be paying for Europe’s defense when European GDP is larger than the US’s.

Iskander high-precision missile system in place during military exercises. (RIA Novosti/Alexei Danichev)Iskander high-precision missile system in place during military exercises. (RIA Novosti/Alexei Danichev).

Wanna play war, boy?

Now for the “threat” of nuclear war in Europe – bogus or otherwise. It’s pointless to compare the US and Russia strategic nuclear capabilities based on numbers, but not on quality.

Take the compounded GDP of US, Germany, France and England and compare it to Russia; it’s a victory by a landslide. Then examine the strategic nuclear scenario, and it’s a totally different story. GDP alone does not “win” anything.

Washington/Wall Street elites are now deep into nuclear war paranoia. A few studies at least hint at the obvious; glaring US strategic weakness.

Consider some of the basics:

– Russian ICBMs armed with MIRVs travel at about 18 Mach; that is way faster than anything in the US arsenal. And basically they are unbeatable.

– The S-400 and S-500 double trouble; Moscow has agreed to sell the S-400 surface-to-air missile system to China; the bottom line is this will make Beijing impermeable to US air power, ICBMs and cruise missiles. Russia, for its part, is already focusing on the state of the art S-500 – which essentially makes the Patriot anti-missile system look like a V-2 from WWII.

– The Russian Iskander missile travels at Mach 7 – with a range of 400km, carrying a 700kg warhead of several varieties, and with a circular error probability of around five meters. Translation: an ultimate lethal weapon against airfields or logistic infrastructure. The Iskander can reach targets deep inside Europe.

– And then there’s the Sukhoi T-50 PAK FA.

NATO clowns dreaming of a war on Russia would have to come up with an ironclad system to knock out these Iskanders. They don’t have any. Additionally, they would have to face the S-400s, which the Russians can deploy all over the spectrum.

Think of a hefty batch of S-400s positioned at the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad; that would turn NATO air operations deep inside Europe into an absolutely horrendous nightmare. On top of it, good ol’ NATO fighter jets cost a fortune. Imagine the effect of hundreds of destroyed fighter jets on an EU already financially devastated and austerity-plagued to death.

As if this was not enough, no one knows the exact extent of NATO’s strategic capabilities. Brussels is not talking. Extra-officially, these capabilities are not exactly a marvel. And Russian intelligence knows it.

Still assuming those NATO clowns would insist on playing war, Moscow has already made it very clear Russia would use their awesome arsenal of 5,000-plus tactical nuclear weapons – and whatever else it takes – to defend the nation against a NATO conventional attack. Moreover, a few thousand S-400 and S-500 systems are enough to block a US nuclear attack.

None of this hair-raising Apocalypse Now scenario is even taking into account the Russia-China alliance – the major, game-changing Eurasian story of the 2010s.

S 400 "Triumf" air defense missile systems (RIA Novosti/Alexey Kudenko)S 400 “Triumf” air defense missile systems (RIA Novosti/Alexey Kudenko)

Just in case the “pivoting to Asia” gang starts harboring funny ideas about the Middle Kingdom as well, China is massively investing in bouncing lasers off satellites; satellite-hitting missiles; silent submarines that surface beside US aircraft carriers without detection; and a made in China anti-missile missile that can hit a reentering satellite moving faster than any ICBM.

In a nutshell; Beijing knows the US surface fleet is obsolete – and undefendable. And needless to add, all of these Chinese modernizing developments are proceeding way faster than anything in the US.

A modest proposal

The spin in the US has been relentless; Russia is expanding towards a 21st century empire.

Here, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov explains in detail how this is undiluted rubbish. What has actually happened is that Moscow deftly called the Brzezinski-inspired bluff in Ukraine – with all its overtones. No wonder the Empire of Chaos is furious.

And yet there is a solution to defuse the current, hysterical rush to war logic. Here I have examined in some detail how Washington is playing Russian roulette. Now it’s time to advance a modest proposal – as it has been discussed by a few concerned analysts from the US, Europe and Asia.

Essentially, it’s very simple. It’s up to Germany. And it’s all about undoing Stalin.

Stalin, at the outset of WWII, took East Prussia from Germany and moved the eastern part of Poland into Ukraine. Eastern Ukraine was originally from Russia; it is part of Russia and was given by Lenin to Ukraine.

So let’s have East Prussia returned to Germany; the eastern part of Poland returned to Poland; and eastern Ukraine as well as Crimea – which Khrushchev gave to Ukraine – returned to Russia.

Everyone get its share. No more Stalin. No more arbitrary borders. That’s what the Chinese would define as a “triple win” situation. Of course the Empire of Chaos would fight it to death; there would be no more chaos manipulated to justify a crusade against bogus Russian “aggression”.

The ball is in Germany’s court. Now it’s up to East Prussians to present the facts to Angela Merkel. Let’s see if she’s able to get the message.

The SAA and the newly-named Popular Defense Committees (read: NDF) have struck hard at terrorist positions inside Al-Shaykh Miskeen pushing out hundreds of their rats from the eastern and western sections of the city.  Whole blocks of buildings are now being guarded by the PDC as the SAA is relieved of such duties in order to pursue the Salafist murderers elsewhere.  Yesterday, our source in Damascus confirmed the deaths of 66 Nusra rodents in Shmiskeen with 47 taken prisoner in different stages of health.  There were many foreigners among the rats who did not make it to hospital.  Monzer reports that about 80% of the city is now either under direct SAA control or “fire control”.

Jaassem:  The SAA killed 18 rodents, a figure confirmed by rodent websites.  We have the names of most of the carcasses:

Muhammad Zakariyya Al-Jalam

Haamid Al-Salkhadi

‘Abdul-Khaaliq Muhammad Yaaseen

Suhayl Jihaad Al-Qarfaan

Jaleel ‘Ali Al-Khawaaja

Ahmad Mahmoud Abu-‘Awda

‘Abdullah Al-Suwaydaani

‘Abdullah Jamaal Al-Bakri

Muhammad Hussayn Al-Keewaan

Faadhil ‘Umar Al-Saamirraa`iy (IRAQI WOLF EXUDATE)

Qaassem Muhammad Al-Shaqraan

Ma`moon Mansoor Al-Rifaa’iy

Ahmad Hassan Al-Rifaa’iy

The other 5 were foreigners and did not carry identification. Our congratulations to the Al-Rifaa’iy family for providing another 2 of their own for induction into the Hades Hall of Fame.

Dayr Al-‘Adas:  This is Zionist land.  At Tal Al-Masyah, the SAA killed 11 rodents belonging to the Nusra organization and the FSA:

Miqdaad Hassan Salloom

Nidhaal Mahmoud Al-Sa’di

Luqmaan Muhammad Al-Waa`ili

The others were not named and are believed to be foreign

Tal Al-Haarra northwest of the City at 1075 meters above sea level: Nusra takes a big hit and loses this prime piece of military real estate to the SAA.  According to reports coming in to us, more than 20 of their wounded rodents were spirited off to Zionist Occupied Palestine for treatment by ghetto quacks.  We have no names.

SAA on the offensive in these areas: West Al-Ghaariyya and Saydaa, Tafass, Nawaa, Inkhil, Al-Faqee’, Bi`r Umm Al-Daraj, NW ‘Itmaan, Al-Lijaat

الجيش يوسع نطاق عملياته.. تصفية 150 إرهابياً في الحسكة

DEVELOPING STORY:  After weeks of planning, the Syrian Army has executed an operation which will gob-smack every former Saddamist Ba’thist working with the apes of ISIS.  Yesterday, the SAA assaulted a major command-and-control center and training base for ISIS in the town of Al-Shaddaadi about 50kms south of the provincial capital.  The enemy did not expect the attack as evidenced by the complete absence of perimeter guards, a situation reported by locals to the SAA.  The rats tried to take defensive positions but were gunned down like flies.  An assessment on the scene counted 171 ISIS vermin killed and many wounded.  Almost all were non-Syrian.  One report sent to Monzer indicated the SAAF was also involved.

More fighting reported in Al-Karaama where a nest of ISIS vultures was exterminated, Mabtooh where another nest was atomized and Umm Al-Kibar where there is a continuing operation.

Al-Sadeeq Town:  The SAA has deloused this little town and taken 14 prisoners.  All were foreigners.

Tal Buraak:  35 kms northeast of the city, an undisclosed number of rats belonging to ISIS were sent to Beelzebub’s Barbecue and Grill with lifetime memberships.

ريف ادلب.. تدمير سيارات مفخخة وآليات مزودة برشاشات بمن فيها من إرهابيين

‘Irri Village:  6 pickups with 23mm cannons were destroyed by a combination of SAAF and SAA bombings last night.  These were all Nusra vehicles supplied by Erdoghani psychopaths with the financing of Saudi apes.  It occurred on the Al-Rooj Plain north of the city and an estimated 30+ rodents were killed.

Yesterday, SAA sappers dismantled “hundreds” of IEDs in the countryside around the provincial capital.  These IEDs had the fingerprints of Al-Jabhat Al-Islamiyya and Ahraan Al-Shaam.

Ibleen:  22 rodents killed in an SAA attack on 2 nests belonging to Nusra.  The operations were perfectly timed and executed.  No names have been disclosed.

Makhroom:  Army officials have announced the deaths of scores of rats after a lengthy battle with ISIS in this area.  The scene is still being assessed and no details have been published so far.

Umm Al-Kibar:  On the Euphrates.  More fighting as the SAA is beginning to dislodge formerly entrenched ISIS rodents from this area.

Al-Sadeeq Crossroad in the ‘Abdul-‘Azeez Mountain area on the road to Tal-Tamr 40 kms from the city, the SAAF killed 14 ISIS vultures based on an aerial assessment. No names.

Sabaah Al-Khayr area:  30 kms from the city, SAA cleaned out a nest of ISIS rats.

Al-Khamaa’il and Al-Maylabiyya:  Fighting with no details.

SYRIAN ARMY HAS ESTABLISHED FULL CONTROL OVER THE TOWNS OF AL-KHAYR AND AL-JAMMOOL.  This was accomplished a few hours ago on Thursday, November 27, 2014.

URGENT:  IDLIB:  The SAA has established total control over Humaymaat Town and Al-Mustareeha.  At the villages of Wurayda, Al-Majaass, Tal Al-Lawz, the SAA and NDF have just killed over 45 buzzards from Nusra and taken over 90 prisoners.  The number of wounded is quite large but we have no figures yet.

The Foreign Minister and Minister for Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Waleed Al-Mu’allim, is in Sochi to meet with Russian President, Vladimir Putin, and Russian F.M., Sergei Lavrov.  The meeting is face-to-face which required the Syrian top diplomat to fly to Russia.  You can assume that the reasons for the trip have to do with secrecy, confidential exchanges of information and the need to prevent Western eavesdropping.  This meeting could be the most important of the entire war in Syria.

Pay no attention to press conferences or summaries offered up by both sides to the talks at the end.  This meeting is not about publicity or orotund denunciations of terrorism.  Both countries have staked out clear positions on ISIS, American meddling and the incessant violations of international law by the West, its troglodyte Arabian allies, and the Zionist Apartheid State.

Russia remains mildly interested in a negotiated end to the fighting in Syria which will see Dr. Assad continue his stewardship for at least another 7 years but which might involve a reconfiguration of the Syrian governmental structure so as to accommodate new elements from the expatriate opposition.  The Russians have to know with whom Damascus would negotiate and whom Damascus fiercely rejects.  Neither the Syrians nor the Russians will brook any surprises.

The Syrian FM is there to give them a list of groups and personalities Damascus finds acceptable in order to have a realistic political framework in which to negotiate.  My readers already appear to sense that Ahmad Mu’aadh Al-Khateeb (Al-Hasani), a former head of NACOSROF, will be on the short list especially in light of recent pronouncements he has made in support of the Assad Administration and its fight against terrorism.  Al-Khateeb is important because of his religious affiliations; he hails from a wealthy clerical Damascene class whose Sunni credentials are impeccable and deeply rooted in the life of the capital.

There is also a hope that Dr. Haytham Al-Mannaa’ will see his way to resolving his irrational differences with the Assad government and, at the very least, endorse the talks.  His track record in condemning the use of violence and in criticizing the Saudis/Qataris has been quite laudable.  His prestige rooted in pacifistic principles will gain him much gravity if the talks are ever held with him contributing.  That he is a successful physician practicing in France is another plus since his personal financial situation has obviated the necessity of falling into the gilded cage of crude Wahhabist briberies.

Michel Kilo is another Syrian dissident who will be on the list.  Kilo is a Kolakovskian-style communist who has written editorials mostly critical of the Ba’ath Party while playing a never-ending cat-and-mouse game with our security services.  In general, he is a non-violent advocate for change and has played a critical role in keeping the expatriate opposition a good whiff away from the reeking stench of the Muslim Brotherhood.  He represents a secular and progressive Weltanschauung acceptable to the Ba’ath.  More than that, I cannot say, since I am not at liberty to do so.  One particularly awful affiliation of his which would militate against his inclusion is the fact that SyrPer Liar of the Year Nominee and British catamite, Raami ‘Abdul-Rahmaan of SOHR, counts himself a Kilo-watt, ahem, an admirer of Kilo.

Another might be Nizaar Nayyoof, an Alawite critic of his coreligionists’ political role in Syria, who would also be acceptable if his health allowed him to participate in intense and serious negotiations.  Suhayr Al-Ataasi, of a landed Syrian-Turkish family from Homs, might also be an acceptable addition if you can get her away from an hairdresser for more than an hour.

Personalities like George Sabra, an avowed communist atheist, whom the Arabian apes thought would assuage the anxieties of minorities is absolutely unacceptable.  His tirades against the government, his mercenary style, his praise of terroristic atrocities in Syria make him persona non grata.  He will have to sit this one out in some squalid hotel in a hardscrabble quarter of Istanbul.  Others who are unacceptable are the MB favorite, Ghassan Hitto; the bloated hog francophile, Burhaan “Le Pipe” Ghalyoon;  Kamaal Labwaani (who promised the Zionists recognition and the whole Golan if they would help to unseat Dr. Assad); ‘Abdul-Baasit Seedaa (his sleep-inducing style of oratory is absolutely unacceptable); Haytham Al-Maalih who will face a death sentence if he ever sets foot in Syria.  Al-Maalih actually described how he would torture the Assads if they ever fell into his old, ugly, wrinkled paws.  Another reject is Ahmad Jarbaa, the former and present pimp, embezzler and extortionist who sleeps in Saudi beds with Eastern European boys.

George Sabra (a/k/a Captain Kangaroo) stares at another pipe-dream in which he has no role. This criminal actually fought to have Nusra treated as a non-terroristic liberation movement.

Mr. Mu’allim is also in Russia to find out how things are playing out in the Ukraine and how that might impact on Russia’s posture on Syria.  SyrPer has the opinion of an astute political analyst in Moscow who has asked that his name not be used in this article.  While I shy away from such treatments of sources, I also have to acknowledge that both my sources in Syria, Wael and Monzer, are also using false monikers.  So, let’s call my Muscovite source, Anatoly.

Anatoly says that Putin is going to make it clear to Mr. Mu’allim that Russia not only stands behind Dr. Assad’s government, but will view Syria, for the foreseeable future, as a state with a “mutual defense pact” binding it to Moscow.  Anatoly also thinks that Russia does not share the Syrian state’s acquiescent, “wishy-washy” view of U.S. air attacks on ISIS.  Russia does not believe the attacks are effective and, moreover, sees them as contributing to a western-inspired depiction of the government in Damascus as illegitimate.  (Readers might note that some Syrian publications have hinted at a renewal of U.S.-Syrian diplomatic ties in the near future).

Moscow has tried in vain to coerce Washington into coordinating air strikes over Syria with Damascus.  Failing that, Russia employed a slick ruse that would take the matter up at the U.N.S.C. where American violations of Syrian air space could be used to further embarrass the Obama regime internationally.  With the Syrians balking at the idea – their view being that any strikes against ISIS can’t be all bad – the Russians feel they have no standing to raise the rebuke.  That Dr. Al-Ja’afari has not railed against American trespasses is proof of the Russian position.

Russia wants the U.S. out of Syria unless joint action authorized by the U.N., in consultation with Damascus, is taken.  Any resolution for such action has to be very language-precise to avoid the catastrophe of the Libyan Affair.  SyrPer believes that a new diplomatic strategy is part of the agenda in Sochi.  This is because the Russians have read correctly that a new Republican-dominated Congress in Washington will pressure the American president into greater adventurism in the Near and Middle East.  With a valid Chapter 7 resolution on the table (which the West will veto) Russia will be prepared to participate militarily, a fact that will kibosh France’s ludicrous dream of a no-fly or buffer zone.  Actually, the Russians are analyzing this very brilliantly.  We only hope Damascus catches on.

SyrPer has learned that Russian companies are being given the priority in both exploration and drilling for natural gas off the coast of Syria in territorial waters.  These agreements, which will be of immense importance to Moscow in the way it maneuvers economically around the limp-wristed sanctions promoted by Germany and France,  lie at the heart of the profitable line of credit Moscow has extended to Damascus.  Mr. Mu’allim has been reminded that the line of credit and the good will have yet to be exhausted.

With the Syrian Army verging on the liberation of all Aleppo City – an eventuality calculated to diminish Western machinations in the area – an eventuality seen as unacceptable by the Saudi vermin and the Turk sociopaths – Russia is consulting with Mr. Mua’llim about a renewed Western push to establish an Islamist rump state abutting Turkey which the West hopes to use as a bargaining chip against Dr. Assad – the same bargaining chip they are trying to create in Der’ah with much difficulty and failure.  This rump state would figure favorably in France’s calculations for a security zone.

In order to deal with terrorist redeployments at the Turk border, with most frontier entryways in the hands of the terrorist allies of the U.S., Moscow is warning Damascus to expect an intensified American campaign targeting the Syrian Army as soon as Chuck Hagel is replaced by a more aggressive Defense Secretary more acceptable to the maniacal and blood-thirsty Republican war criminals in Congress.  The Russians will tell Mr. Mua’llim that Russia will not object if the SAA deploys and uses its S-300 anti-aircraft missile defense system especially when the U.S. and Britain or France target the SAA in an effort to relieve pressure on their Jihadist/Takfeeri allies like Nusra or Harakat Hazm in both Aleppo and Idlib.

Syria knows it must listen carefully to what Putin says.  With the Saudis and Qataris enjoying a new rapprochement after a failed Saudi-inspired coup e’etat in Doha and Saud Al-Faysal’s unproductive visit to Moscow, Mr. Putin is expecting a ramping up of pressure with greater investments by both culturally stagnant Arabian states in newly formed terrorist groups to be stationed in Turkey and Jordan.  Putin has told Mr. Mua’llem that he can count on Russia to continue building up the Syrian army, providing diplomatic support with an air umbrella (if necessary) to block any NATO assault on Syria.  Mr. Mua’llem could not expect any rosier confab.

The future of negotiations with the opposition appears to be distant and improbable.  While Russia wants to pursue a resolution consistent with the U.N. Charter, Syria has told Mr. Lavrov that sources inside the opposition are indicating nobody has any stomach for more failed conferences and that many in the opposition are looking for a way back to Damascus.  This means that Saudi Arabia has read the situation similarly based on its own stooges inside the enemy camp and that Riyadh sees no solution outside the scope of the battlefield.

This gets us now to the core of this essay.  Russia and Syria, with Iran, of course, are going to embark on a more combative approach to the war in Syria.  Expect more aggressive Russian moves at the U.N. in light of France’s volte-face on the contract for the Mistral helicopter carrier.  Russia is aware of how unpopular Hollande is in France.  All the French people need now is a crisis in the delivery of natural gas during winter time.  Remember, alcohol reduces body temperature.  The Russians, no novices when it comes to slurping vodka, know this very well.

Expect, also, action in the Arabian Peninsula.  I believe Iran will be pulling out all the stops, especially, if the Saudis make the mistake of executing Al-Shaykh Nimr Al-Nimr, the Shi’i cleric who was tried in a Saudi security court and found guilty of fomenting anti-monarchical violence.  Once Iran has made the decision in consultation with Russia and Syria (and Iraq), Saudi Arabia will get a taste of an insurgency which will spread from Bahrain to the Dhahraan oil fields all the way to Qatar.  Arabian monkeys will get a taste of what anti-Wahhabists do with serrated bread knives.

You are watching the collapse of the Arabian oil and gas empire.  We believe that Mr. Putin has told Mr. Mu’allem that a new multi-polar world order has no place for pre-Iron Age apes like the Saudis and the Qataris.  We think Mr. Putin is going to start kicking them to the curb.  ZAF

Shocking mistake in Darren Wilson grand jury ”VIDEO”

Racist Cop Darren Wilson

Grand Juries almost always call for a trial unless they are blatantly lied to

How the Missouri DA rigged the Grand Jury in the Ferguson case Reprehensible immoral behavior.

What the two crooked ADAs told the jury about the law when they were asked direct legal questions by the jury: “As far as you need to know, you don’t need to worry about that.” “We don’t want to get into a law class.” This was no accident. It was calculated in advance by the DA and executed by his two amoral stooges who, believe me, will be richly rewarded for their villainy. I assume you know that the killer cop – who will never go to trial – had his legal bills paid for by tax payers, continued to receive full pay from the time he pulled the trigger, and was the recipient of at least $400,000 in donations by “concerned citizens.” How can anyone be surprised that some people are angry about this?

ISIL is the new al-Qaeda

PressTV asked JB Campbell for a comment on this story: US to carry out psych evaluations of Syria militantsThis is about the US conducting psychological evaluations of Muslim militants before training them for battle. These evaluations try to find out if the Muslim candidates are sufficiently psychopathic as to slaughter innocent people without mercy on behalf of their Nazi paymasters in Tel Aviv.

JB Campbell’s comment:

ISIL or ISIS is just a new name for al-Qaeda, which was the CIA’s database of its mercenaries in Afghanistan in the 1980s.

ISIL’s only purpose is regime-change in a CIA-targeted country – in this case, Syria.  People are catching on, so a new, mind-controlled ISIL is being created by the CIA liars.  It will pretend to fight ISIL but the only plan is to overthrow Assad.

We learned earlier this year, for example, that the supposed leader of ISIL, al-Baghdadi, is or was an Israeli actor trained by both CIA and Mossad.

ISIL only attacks Muslims, not the US or I$raHell.  The CIA obviously liked the results and wants to expand the idea with a squad of Manchurian Candidates, dependable mind-controlled killers – a new version of al-Qaeda.  Hence, the psychological “evaluations” of their programmed Frankenstein monsters.

That’s what the story of Frankenstein was:  a warning of how Zionist create Golem monsters to work for them.

More evidence that the US and Zio-Nazi governments are run by Frankenstein psychopaths.  Zionist psychopaths seeking young Arabs to overthrow a hated Arab leader who will not obey them.  Let us hope that young people watching PressTV won’t be tricked into serving the Zionist psychopaths in their insane plot to set the Middle East on fire.

ISIL threatens to take its war to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait

There is only one thing to do:  all psychopaths must be executed as quickly as possible, before they can kill more normal people.  If a young person is approached by CIA or Mossad to join this psycho-squad, he should attack the one who approaches him.

Juarez City: The Most Dangerous Place For Women On Earth And right across the US border ”VIDEO”

“The City of Lost Girls” (2003)

Journalist Diana Washington Valdez has come to a chilling conclusion about the epidemic of murders of women In Juarez. The killings are tolerated because the perpetrators are locally prominent men who are politically connected. Evidence is overlooked and fall guys get arrested, but the crimes continue. Juarez is right across the border from Texas. How is this not news in the US? –
