A Jewish version of Islamic State

Avigdor Lieberman

By Jamal Kanj

If you are like me, I am sure you are tired of reading about the results of the last Israeli election. Or about Binyamin Netanyahu’s Hebrew pledge in the run up to the recent election not to allow the creation of a Palestinian state and his flip-flopped English version after winning the election.

I want instead to highlight the native Palestinian Israeli citizens who ran on a united list for the first time since they started to participate in Israeli elections. These are the sons and daughters of approximately 150,000 Palestinians who remained in their original homes, or became internal refugees when their villages were among the 500 that were destroyed by Israel in 1948.

Tomorrow, these Palestinians will mark the 39th anniversary of Land Day. It is an annual event commemorating the day when on 30 March 1976 they confronted Israeli government plans to expropriate approximately 20,000 dunams of land to build new Jews-only colonies in the northern Galilee region.

Apartheid in action

Soon after it came into existence in 1948, Israel established two systems of government: one for Jews and another for the non-Jewish Israeli citizens. Jews enjoyed life under civilian law while Palestinians – supposedly equal under the law – lived under special military administration and were ruled by an appointed Jewish military governor.

This system of inequality, which was in effect for 18 years, was used to stop internal refugees from going back to their original villages. This is while Israel built new exclusive Jewish colonies for new immigrants, in many instances in the very homes and within eyesight of the non-Jewish “Israeli citizens” internal refugees.

In addition to official government and municipal policies to hinder the development of non-Jewish villages, Israel established physical barriers to curb the expansion of Palestinian towns by building highways at the villages’ boundaries or surrounded them with a ring of Jews-only colonies.

Enough is enough

On 29 March 1976 Israel issued orders to confiscate more land from the non-Jewish citizens and imposed curfew on several of their villages. After 28 years of suppressing their Palestinian identity, local leaders responded to the Israeli order by calling for a general strike and mass protests on 30 March.

… Palestinians in the West Bank, Gaza and in refugee camps in Lebanon stood in unison in solidarity with their brothers who for 28 years remained in the forefront of the fight to unmask Israeli racism.

The general strike against Israel’s Jews-centric policies was solid from Galilee in the north to Negev in the south. The Israeli army, reinforced by more than 4,000 police officers, attacked the civil demonstrators killing four, including three women, injuring more than 100 and arresting several hundred.

Palestinians in the West Bank, Gaza and in refugee camps in Lebanon stood in unison in solidarity with their brothers who for 28 years remained in the forefront of the fight to unmask Israeli racism.

More land theft, more racism

Today, as we observe Land Day 39 years later, Israeli policymakers have introduced the Prawer plan, targeting thousands more non-Jewish Israeli citizens, but now in the Negev desert.

The new Israeli plan calls for demolishing 35 Bedouin villages and to remove their inhabitants from their ancestral homes. According to the UN human rights chief, the new Jewish Prawer plan will force thousands “…to give up their homes, denying them their rights to land ownership, and decimating their traditional cultural and social life…”

Whoever is with us should get everything but whoever is against us…We have to lift up an axe and remove his head. (Jewish State leader Avigdor Lieberman)

Last week, the Israeli electorate chose again the proponents of the ethno-centric Jewish State who promised to undermine the vision of two states for two people and ended all hopes for a negotiated peaceful settlement.

“Whoever is with us should get everything but whoever is against us…We have to lift up an axe and remove his head.” This was not a quote from Abu-Bakr al Baghdadi of the self-styled “Islamic State” but was what Jewish State leader Avigdor Lieberman (pictured above) pledged at a campaign rally before his re-election.

On this Land Day, while world powers have recognised the danger of religion-centric Islamic State, it is ironic that some of the same governments are urging Palestinians to accept Lieberman’s axe-wielding Jewish version of the Islamic State.

Jews at forefront of promotion, normalization of transgenderism

A recent article published by The Jewish Daily Forward further underscores the central role that Jewish activists and the organized Jewish community have and continue to play in the promotion and normalization of the bizarre phenomenon of transgenderism. The Forward reports:

Tom Chai Sosnik stood in front of his eighth-grade class, flecks of rainbow colored hair visible beneath his blue yarmulke, as he was wrapped in a tallit for the very first time. His classmates stood and chanted together, “Baruch HaBah [“Welcome”]” three times, and then ran forward, enveloping him in a big, messy hug. Tom’s transition was complete, but unlike what you may have expected, it was not one from boy to man, but rather from girl to boy.

You may recognize the name Tom Sosnik — the transgender teenager whose “coming out” speech went viral after being posted on Facebook by his family on March 16. Since then, it has been viewed more than 61,000 times and has been reposted by such national media sites as The Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan magazine and Out magazineTom is being hailed as a “hero” in the transgender community, praised for his articulateness and his sincere sense of self.

“I am no longer Mia, I never really was,” he says in the video, as he stands in the beit midrash, Hebrew for “house of study,” at Tehiyah Day School, in El Cerrito, California. “Now I finally stand before you in my true and authentic gender identity as Tom. If you support me, I’ll feel like the luckiest boy in the world.”

What the video doesn’t show is what followed the speech: a special naming ceremony, designed by the school’s rabbi, Tsipi Gabai, which she described as a “cross between a bar mitzvah and a brit,” or circumcision ceremony,

“In Judaism, rituals are there to mark important transitions,” Gabai said about the service. “I wanted it to not only be a celebration, but helpful in marking a point for Tom and for his friends.”

During the naming ceremony, Gabai recited the she’asani b’tzalmo, a blessing in which the worshipper thanks God for having made the worshipper in God’s own image. It was, said Gabai, “a way of acknowledging the covenant between Tom and his God, and his community, and the people of Israel.” […]

Additionally, the Jewish Telegraph Agency just reported that a Jewish day school in Philadelphia designated a bathroom as “gender neutral” in honor of a former student who has come out as transgendered.

At most Jewish day schools, naming honors tend to be attached to grand spaces — auditoriums, prayer spaces, gymnasiums and the like. But at the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, a pluralistic day school in suburban Philadelphia, Patrick Rock’s name will forever be associated with what might seem to be a rather ordinary space: a bathroom.

For Rock, a 2005 alumnus who came out as transgender in his senior year, the gender-neutral bathroom dedicated on March 12 has a significance far beyond its modest dimensions. Though functionally no different from any other single-user bathroom, its designation as a gender-neutral facility is intended to signal to all students — particularly to transgender students — that Barrack is a safe and welcoming place.

“For me, this bathroom is very much Jewish in that it very much gets at the values that they are teaching in this school,” Rock, 27, now a doctoral student in social psychology at UCLA, told JTA. “It’s an expression of respect for one another, an expression of including people in the community, an expression of welcoming folks who have been oppressed.”

The opening of the gender-neutral bathroom at Barrack comes at a time when the struggles of transgender people are gaining renewed attention — in the Jewish world and beyond. Several transgender rabbis have been ordained in recent years, and a number of congregations and movements have created Jewish rituals to sanctify the process of gender transition. Last Friday, a 13-year-old student at the Tehiyah Jewish community day school in El Cerrito, Calif., a San Francisco-area town, came out as transgender in a ceremony attended by the entire middle school, the j. weekly reported. […]

It should be clear to everyone at this point that the Jews and their traitorous enablers have systematically subverted and destroyed traditional American culture, and have transformed it into a debauched, disgusting Marxist paradise.

Transgenderism and other abnormal, degenerate behaviors, including homosexuality, miscegenation, and licentiousness lifestyles (all championed and promoted by the organized Jewish community), are no longer viewed as an unhealthy, unnatural, bizarre rebellion against nature. They are viewed as just another lifestyle choice, as legitimate as any other – perhaps even more so.

This is “progress” in the eye of the Jew and his supporters.

The nation wrecking Jews and their cultural Marxist allies largely running the Western world insist society must accept and glorify confused, deranged transgendered individuals. If we do not accept this bizarre, unnatural phenomenon, we are considered “bigots” and “haters” – “closed-minded,” “backwards,” and “intolerant” – by the mass media and politically correct society.

Openly objecting to the perverse, unnatural transgender movement, homosexual agenda, and other Jewish-promoted, anti-White political and cultural programs (massive Third World immigration, “diversity” and “multiculturalism” in White countries and only in White countries, etc.) is considered a sin by most Americans these days. Sadly, many White Americans have had their brains polluted with subversive, destructive Jewish propaganda, designed to undermine and eventually destroy traditional Western civilization, resulting in an inability to entertain alternative ideas and perspectives. Little do these people know, they are active participants in the genocide of their own race.

اقتتال طاحن بين الإرهابيين في المليحة.. وتقدم كبير للجيش السوري في رأس العين جنوب غرب يبرود

It is official, the Syrian Army has liberated the following strategic points above Al Zabadaani giving the SAA unparalleled artillery supremacy over the entire area.  The points were liberated in a precisely choreographed and synchronized assault on Zio-Wahhabi rat terrorists of Alqaeda/Nusra which caught the rodents by surprise resulting in their helterish-skelterish withdrawal back to Zionist borders where they could expect both succor and medical treatment from Warsaw Ghetto quacks.  Here are the names of the liberated positions:

  • Qarqamaaz Hilltop
  • Ra`s Al-Khash’ah
  • Sheer Al-Qurna
  • Sheer Al-Huwwa
  • Shu’ayb Al-`Aalid
  • Bi`r Kaasu
  • Qassr Al-Nimrood
  • Jabal Al-Shaykh Mansoor
  • Ra`s Al-Qarn

With these positions now in the hands of the legitimate Syrian government authorities,  there is complete artillery control over all supply routes to any remnant vermin remaining in the area.  It is expected that the rats who have not made their peace with the SAA in Al-Zabadaani, will follow a tortuous route back to the Zionist Abomination.

CIA Manufactured Modern US Literature

Miles Mathis says that modern culture is essentially mental programming by the CIA, an arm of the Illuminati banking cartel. The systemic destruction of traditional art is intended to promote “alienation,” the satanic view that human life is meaningless, incoherent, trivial and ugly.

“By a constant stream of top-down propaganda, writers were convinced that being solipsistic, quotidian, and creatively modest were artistic virtues. As with painting, science, politics, and every other category, the inversion of the thing was sold as the thing itself.”

Makow comment- Mathis is a brilliant and prolific writer. Although his claims that many sensational murders were faked seem outlandish, his assertions about modern culture are credible.  As a Ph.D. in literature, I always felt modern culture was fraudulent. This confirms it.
I feel betrayed by the education system and society. An highly organized satanic cult has recast Western society in its image.

None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free. – Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

by Miles Mathis

A reader alerted me to an article just published at the Chronicle of Higher Education by an English professor at Providence College, Eric Bennett. This article is about the Iowa Writer’s Workshop, at which he was a student from 1998 to 2000.

He admits that the writing programs at the University of Iowa have long been underwritten by the CIA, via the Farfield Foundation, the ACCF, [The Artists and Community Collaboration Fund] and the Rockefellers.

The sentence in the article that is most useful here is this one: Creative-writing pedagogues in the aftermath of World War II, without exception, read Partisan ReviewThe Kenyon ReviewThe Hudson Review, and The Sewanee Review .

They breathed the intellectual air of New Critics, on the one hand, and New York intellectuals on the other. These camps, formerly enemy camps–Southern reactionaries and Northern socialists at each other’s throats in the 1930s–had by the 50s merged into a liberal consensus that published highly intellectual, but at the time only newly “academic,” essays in those four journals, all of which, like Iowa, were subsidized by the Rockefeller Foundation.

As we have seen and will see, they were also subsidized by many other CIA front organizations. The government used the purse-strings to exert control over these programs, keeping them in little pens that Bennett says serve “to venerate and fortify the particular, the individual, the situated, the embedded, the irreducible.”

Or, in other words, to keep them small and disempowered. By a constant stream of top-down propaganda, writers were convinced that being solipsistic, quotidian, and creatively modest were artistic virtues. As with painting, science, politics, and every other category, the inversion of the thing was sold as the thing itself.

A 2012 Salon article by Joel Whitney tells us the Partisan Review and the Paris Review [were linked to the CIA] as well.

Peter Matthiessen, the magazine’s founder, has now admitted that in interviews, such as this one  … that he was recruited by the CIA right out of Yale in 1953, and that the Paris Review was his “cover.” That information has been added to the Paris Review page at Wikipedia, but it is a bald admission with no commentary as to how it must affect everything to do with the magazine.

Both Matthiessen and George Plimpton, left, have tried to maintain that Matthiessen was the only one who knew, but–given what we now know from the CIA itself (see Tom Braden)–that isn’t believable in the least. When various writers were pleading ignorance back in the 1960’s and 70’s, Braden flipped the leak, outing them .

He said that all these writers and artists knew exactly what was going on, and [Francis Storer] Saunders’ book [The Cultural Cold War] confirms that over and over. So does the article at Salon , which outs both Plimpton and Nelson Aldrich as members of the  [CIA-front] ACCF.

Salon also tells us the CIA backing was a problem: “By funding a magazine with a New York office that was distributed in the U.S., it was engaged in propagandizing to the American public, which was illegal .”

Unfortunately, Joel Whitney at Salon unmasks himself at the end–if not long before–by saying this: None of which is fair to attach to the Paris Review , if not for Matthiessen’s claims that the Review ‘s ties ended before the ugly stuff, or for Plimpton’s failure to disclose the ties that remained.

So in his summation, Whitney is telling you to your face that the greatest crime here is failure to disclose and other white lies? You have to be kidding me! What about the fact that all this was illegal? What about the fact that nothing was what we were told it was?

William Styron said in the first issue, “I think The Paris Review should welcome these people into its pages: the good writers and good poets, the non-drumbeaters and non-axe-grinders. So long as they’re good.”

We now know that was total, malicious misdirection, since the whole point of all these magazine was drum-beating.

What about the fact that, all told, at least 9/10ths of 20th century American literature and criticism should now be suspected of being manufactured?

If all these people were working for Intelligence, what is to prevent us from assuming everything they did was Intelligence work, including the novels, poems, and essays?

What is to prevent us from re-reading everything published in that time period, combing it for covert propaganda? You may not think that is necessary, but I for one do.

As you will see in upcoming papers, I have found evidence that is exactly what has happened. It is not just the Beats that are fake, it is almost everyone. – See more at:

Greece Crisis Endangers Euro Area’s Political Integrity

Adelina Marini

During the crisis, which broke in 2009 and whose beginning was marked by Greece, a major issue was to keep the integrity of the EU and the equality between the euro area member states and those outside the currency block. A huge merit for this had the then prime minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, who is now president of the European Council. During its presidency Poland invested exceptional efforts to avoid the creation of a two-speed Europe – one faster integrationist speed and one much slower and, possibly, not one way speed for the others. But now, the renewed crisis with Greece, provoked by the electoral victory of a strongly populist party in the country, the political integrity of the euro area and the EU is again put to the test.

The new signs of division have appeared during the spring EU summit on 19-20 March after the mini summit on Greece was announced, attended only by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Greece’s Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras. The summit was also attended by the chiefs of the European Commission, European Council and the Eurogroup – Jean-Claude Juncker, Donald Tusk and Jeroen Dijsselbloem. This caused discontent with several member states, Bulgaria including (although it is not part of the eurozone), and again begged the question how unified the EU really is when it comes to making such important decisions. First spoke against this Charles Michel, the prime minister of Belgium, who tweeted that the Belgian government had not given a mandate to the leaders of Germany and France to negotiate on its behalf with Greece.

According to Mr Michel, Greece’s problems are not only Greek, they affect the entire euro area. Boyko Borissov, the premier of Bulgaria, said responding to a question by euinside, that he was among those who expressed discontent with the mini summit which lasted until the early hours of Friday (20 March). Bulgaria is directly interested in knowing what is going on with Greece and wants to participate in the decision-making process for Greece. More than 30% of the banking sector in Bulgaria is controlled by Greek banks, he said. “Practically, they gathered, decided something. Let’s say, this is okay this time, but we learn these things from the news”, Mr Borissov added. The meeting was heavily criticised in the European Parliament as well during the mini plenary session in Brussels this week. On 25 March Jean-Claude Juncker and Donald Tusk reported to the MEPs on the outcome of the spring summit but they were severely criticised by some influential MEPs.

Yet in his introduction, Donald Tusk explained that the informal mini summit was requested by Tsipras and the format was the result of the refusal of the leaders to hold a separate euro area summit. The European Commission chief also confirmed that the leaders did not want the issue of Greece to be put on the agenda of the European Council. According to the leader of the group of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR), Syed Kamall (UK), the Council is obviously avoiding to discuss the hottest issues on the public agenda and asked what was the point then to hold such meetings. He urged Donald Tusk to do whatever is necessary to ensure that the tough issues on the euro would not be avoided during summits. Guy Verhofstadt, leader of the liberal group (Belgium), said that it is absolutely unacceptable to hold such a mini summit. “I deplore fully that you have organised a meeting on Greece in a limited format. What type of Union is this?”, he asked and added that such meetings are against the Union’s and the euro area’s interests for which he was applauded in the room.

This opinion was not shared by Rebecca Harms (Germany) from the Greens/European Free Alliance group, because, she said, such meetings actually reduce the pressure and the possibility of Greece leaving the euro area, the so called grexit. Donald Tusk defended his decision saying that the informal summits are not his invention but a very frequent practise. Moreover, he said, the leaders of the euro area countries not only insisted but even begged a special euro area summit not to be held to avoid the risk of a confrontation at the highest political level.

Greece and EU – lost in agreements

The mini summit started late in the evening on Thursday (19 March) after the official programme of the day for the spring European Council had ended where a major topic was the energy union. The mini summit ended almost three hours after midnight (CET). It was requested by the Greek prime minister with the aim to try and secure the payment of part of the remaining tranches of the loan under the second bailout programme because the government is expected to be out of money (according to some assessments even in the end of this month). After three hours of negotiations it became clear that there will be no concessions. Greece has to present a clear reforms plan with clear deadlines for implementation and only then the allocation of the remaining tranches can be discussed. After the end of the mini summit a statement by the whole Eurogroup was released which pointed out that theagreement reached on 20 February is still in force and that the Greek authorities will have full control over the reforms a detailed list of which has to be presented in the coming days.

After another series of different interpretations of the outcome of the mini summit, Mr Tsipras promised that a list of reforms will be sent by Monday. As part of the totally different media and statehood behaviour, which constantly evokes associations with the movie “Lost in translation”, the tensions between Greeks and Germans strongly increased also as a result of the controversy whether the Greek finance minister, Yanis Varoufakis, really showed the finger to the Germans during a lecture at a forum in Zagreb in 2013. As if to insert additional drama, Mr Varoufakis published (also on 20 March) a short blog post titled symbolically “Of Greeks and Germans” in analogy with John Steinbeck’s novel “Of Mice and Men”. In it, he urges the finger-pointing and blame game to stop, which obviously includes Alexis Tsipras’s demand Germany to pay reparations to Greece for what it did during World War II.

And although he calls mutual accusations to stop, Yanis Varoufakis’s blog post starts with an explanation why he was against new loans for Greece in 2010. Even then it was clear, he writes, that this was not a bailout plan for Greece but “a cynical transfer of losses from the books of the private banks to the weak shoulders of the weakest of Greek citizens. (How many of Europe’s taxpayers, who footed these loans, know that more than 90% of the €240 billion borrowed by Greece went to financial institutions, not to the Greek state or its citizens?)”, Varoufakis asks. He proposes all parties to focus on their common interest, which is to find a way for fast growth and reform of Greece. He confirmed that the 20 February agreement is an excellent opportunity for this. “Let us implement it immediately”, he urged. It is unclear, however, why is he urging for this on 20 March since the agreement was agreed a month earlier.

A dangerous format

The Greek crisis will obviously continue to focus EU’s attention, but this should not cast a shadow on the newly emerging problem with the decision-making on important issues at EU level. The bilateral cooperation of France and Germany is not new and, indeed, it has always been viewed positively inside and outside the EU. Moreover, when Francois Hollande was elected president a majority of analysts were concerned about the health and solidity of the Franc-German EU motor. With time, however, the balance between the symbolism and what is acceptable has grown thinner. France and Germany participated as a pair in the negotiations on the peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia in Minsk, for which there is also no official mandate from the other EU member states. And although no one complained publicly, this seriously undermines the ambitions for a common foreign policy of the Union and the Union itself by questioning the equality among the member states which regularly discuss their positions on the eastern conflict and the relations with Russia at each summit in the past year.

The spring summit is not an exception. EU is facing severe challenges for its stability. On the one hand Russia is acting subversively by investing in any means to break the unity in the foreign and energy policies. On the other hand the growing influence of eurosceptic parties for some of which was published information that they are funded by the Kremlin, is also a great threat for the European unity. And the situation in Greece has already turned the eastern European members against new concessions for Greece because no one did this for them when they were making the difficult transition from a communist system to a liberal democratic one. Many of them paid a heavy economic and social price for this transition. That is why, they are not inclined more concessions to be done for Greece. Some, like the Baltic states, made really super efforts not only to complete that transition but also to join the euro area during the crisis. Their discontent from their opinion not being taken into account should not be underestimated.

It is true that the mini summit with Tsipras was attended by all the institutional chiefs, but contrary to the popular clichй not the European Commission but the European Council is the EU’s government. It is this body that makes and applies the important decisions on the future of the Union. That is why, it is very important to avoid the creation of a two-tier decision-making system.

Spanish Congress Approves Draconian Laws Essentially Sending Spain Back to the Dark Ages

Image result for Spanish Congress PHOTO

By Erin Gallagher

Yesterday three laws widely criticized by the opposition and human rights groups were approved in Spanish Congress. The Penal Code, the new Anti-Terror Law and the Law on Citizen Safety. The three new texts challenge freedom of expression in the streets and on the Internet. All three laws are scheduled to go into effect July 1, 2015.

Law on Citizen Safety (Gag Law)

“The gag law is revenge against social movements that emerged after 15M” – Patricia Martin, Avaaz

Under the new Citizen Safety Law or Ley Mordaza (Gag Law) as human rights defenders have renamed it, public protests, freedoms of speech and the press and documenting police abuses will become crimes punishable by heavy fines and/or jail. Some key points on the Ley Mordaza:

  • Photographing or recording police – 600 to 30.000€ fine.
  • Peaceful disobedience to authority – 600 to 30.000€ fine.
  • Occupying banks as means of protest – 600 to 30.000€ fine.
  • Not formalizing a protest – 600 to 30.000€ fine.
  • For carrying out assemblies or meetings in public spaces – 100 to 600€ fine.
  • For impeding or stopping an eviction – 600 to 30.000€ fine.
  • For presence at an occupied space (not only social centers but also houses occupied by evicted families) – 100 to 600€ fine.
  • Police black lists for protesters, activists and alternative press have been legalized.
  • Meeting or gathering in front of Congress – 600 to 30.000€ fine.
  • Appealing the fines in court requires the payment of judicial costs, whose amount depends on the fine.
  • It allows random identity checks, allowing for racial profiling of immigrants and minorities.
  • Police can now carry out raids at their discretion, without the need for “order” to have been disrupted.
  • External bodily searches are also now allowed at police discretion.
  • The government can prohibit any protest at will, if it feels “order” will be disrupted.
  • Any ill-defined “critical infrastructure” is now considered a forbidden zone for public gatherings if it might affect their functioning.
  • There are also fines for people who climb buildings and monuments without permission. (This has been a common method of protest from organizations like Greenpeace.)

The Gag Law will also affect internet freedoms as tweets calling for demonstrations or protests may be subject to penalties and fines for organizers. While an individual user may not be considered “an organizer” it could also be construed to include anyone who disseminates a call to protest through any media, including social media.

“This is the worst cut of rights and freedoms since the Franco regime,” – Virginia Pérez Alonso, PDLI

As the Ley Mordaza makes it illegal to publish photos of the police or other authorities without permission, sharing those images on social media could also be considered a felony resulting in a fine up to 30,000 euros.

Reform of the Penal Code (Código Penal)

Reforms to the Código Penal include some vague and controversial wording that could have wider implications involving copyright, cyberactivism and online porn. Below we will outline some of the points in question.

Copyright and Downloads

Reform of the Copyright Act was already approved but the new Penal Code reform also covers cases of copyright infringement imposing a penalty of six months to four years in prison for those who, among other things, “facilitate access or localization” of works that are being shared without permission of the owners with the intention of obtaining a direct or indirect financial gain.

Another controversial section refers to those who “intentionally store copies of works” to be aimed at public communication which is a crime. Article 270 mentions imprisonment for those who provide methods or systems to remove anti-copy protection of specific content.

The new Penal Code imposes imprisonment from six months to three years those who, for commercial purposes, manufacture, import, put into circulation, design, produce, adapt or perform to facilitate the removal or circumvention of any technical device that was used to protect computer programs or any other works.

Revenge Porn & Child Pornography

The new Penal Code imposes penalties for revenge porn and child pornography. Under Article 197 terms of incarceration for revenge porn range from three months to one year. Article 189 contains new wording regarding the definition of child pornography referring to any material whether real or simulated whose protagonist “seems to be a minor” except in cases where they are proven to have been eighteen years or older at the time of depiction. It also explains that “accessing a sexually explicit website containing content that appears to be a minor may be grounds for arrest and trial.”

Together with the Citizen Safety Act, the new Penal Code will also criminalize online activism and organizing imposing sentences between three months to one year to those who “emit slogans or messages”, “incite any offense of disorderly conduct,” incuding “disturbing the public peace.”

Distribution or public dissemination through any medium, of messages or slogans that incite the commission of any offense of disorderly conduct under Article 557 of the Penal Code, or serve to reinforce the decision to carry them out shall be punished with a fine of three to twelve months or imprisonment from three months to a year.

Anti-Terrorism Law

After the Charlie Hebdo attacks in France, Partido Popular and PSOE reached an agreement to amend the criminal code on terrorism which was also approved yesterday in Congress. The law again contains some vague language which leaves room for interpretation.

The new law uses a broad definition of “terrorism”: Among other things, cybercrime is now considered a terrorist act if the goal is to disrupt and/or disturb the public peace or cause a state of terror. For example, an attack on a Ministry website will now be a terrorist attack.

Viewing web pages with content targeted for or deemed as “suitable for terrorists” in a habitual manner can carry a penalty of two to five years in prison, but the law does not specify what is “habitual” or which websites are being targeted.

By expanding the definition of terrorism, it also expands what can be considered “glorifying terrorism” which can include for example tweeting certain content.

Glorification and public justification of crimes under Articles 572-577 or those who participated in its execution or performance of acts involving disrepute, contempt or humiliation of victims of terrorist offenses or their families, shall be punished with imprisonment of one to three years and a fine of twelve to eighteen months.

Paying for technological services could now be considered collaborating with terrorists.

Shall be punished with imprisonment from five to ten years and fined eighteen to twenty four months which takes place, soliciting or facilitating any act of collaboration with the activities or purposes of an organization, group or terrorist element, or commit any of the offenses covered by this chapter. In particular acts of collaboration of information or surveillance of individuals, […] the provision of technology services, and any other equivalent form of cooperation or assistance to the activities of organizations or terrorist groups, groups or individuals for the preceding paragraph.

Blocking content: The judge may order any service provider (search engines, etc.) to remove links to illegal content related to terrorism.

If the facts were committed through services or content accessible through the Internet or electronic communications services, the judge or court may order the removal of content or illicit services. Alternatively, you can order the service providers to withdraw illegal content, the search engines to abolish links pointing to them and providers of electronic communications services to prevent access to illegal content or services provided if they fulfill the following assumptions: a) When the measure is proportionate to the gravity of the facts and relevant information and necessary to prevent its spread. b) When it exclusively or predominantly diffuses the contents to which are referred to in the previous paragraphs.

Essentially, Spanish citizens should throw their computers out the windows, smash their hard drives to bits and never log on to the internet ever again. Forget about public organizing and any press freedoms that previously existed will be sharply curtailed once the new trifecta of insanely repressive laws goes into effect this coming July.

Comment on the friction between Zio-Wahhabi and the rest of us

A T.U.T. reader recently claimed that Sunnis and Shi’ites re not killing each other in the Middle East. Such silliness does not merit a response, but it does bring up the question of why religious differences arise in the first place.

They arise because of hardship.

When people are comfortable, they care little about religious differences. They get along with each other. They intermarry. Sunnis, Shi’ites, Catholics, Methodists, Buddhists – none of these labels cause any friction.

(Jews are an exception, for reasons I will discuss below.)

However, when people face extreme hunger and hardship, they typically form gangs, like wolf packs, in order to survive. They divide into groups along racial lines, or ethnic lines, or religious lines, or geographic lines. They adopt the principle of safety-in-numbers.

Gangs occur in various sizes, from a handful of people to huge armies. Each gang stakes out its “turf,” and claims to be a “victim” of the other gangs. Each gang creates its its own religious propaganda to justify its own violence, and its own predatory behavior.

The gangs are led by oligarchs or warlords or demigods who are obeyed because the gang members’ survival depends on it. If they defy the gang or the leader they will be cast out, and they will die. It does not matter who the leader is. What matters is that the gang has cohesion. What matters is the pecking order.

Some gangs are paid mercenaries. They cause their victims to form their own gangs for self-defense. But in general, gang behavior is about survival. People under extreme hardship (especially younger people) collect into gangs.  Religious differences that were previously trivial become extreme. The function of fanatical beliefs to maintain gang solidarity, and to justify the gang’s brutality.

As the gangs kill each other in their struggle to survive, people in foreign lands (who do not face hardship) have distorted views of what’s happening. Some condemn the gangs as “religious fanatics,” when in fact religion is just the gang jersey, so to speak. It is the banner carried before the gangs.

Other people in foreign lands imagine that there are no gangs, and that Sunnis and Shi’ites, for example, are one and the same. In other words they imagine that people under extreme hardship are the same as people in comfort.  They imagine that since there was no religious friction when the people were comfortable, there is no friction now that the people have formed into gangs.

This viewpoint is childish. As I said, people under extreme pressure form wolf packs in order to survive. Each wolf pack has its own banner, its own god, its own religious dogma, and its own propaganda. Members of the wolf pack cling to these symbols in order to maintain their cohesion.

In some cities of the USA, young people under economic pressure form gangs that have their own jargon, symbols, and gang signs.

In places where neoliberal policies have caused society to collapse (like Honduras) people form gangs. In Libya, people split into tribes. Same thing.

Where there is hardship, there are gangs. And people who are comfortable in foreign lands say they cannot understand the gang violence.

Imperialism. It’s all about divide-and-conquer. Imperialists deliberately cause extreme hardship in a target nation, in order to force people to split into rival gangs that compete for limited resources. The imperialists arm the gangs and supply them so that they keep fighting.

After imperialists foment the gang wars, they justify their evil by telling their own citizens that one or more of the gangs is a “global threat” (e.g. the mythical “ISIS”).  This is nonsense, but the home peasants buy it, since they too are members of a gang. For example, when evangelical Christians rail against Muslims in the USA, this is gang behavior. It is mindless group-think. It increases in proportion to economic hardship. And hardship increases in proportion to the breakdown of society, which itself is caused by neo-liberalism.

In March 2003, average people were more comfortable than they are today. Therefore they marched to protest the US invasion of Iraq. Today the masses face economic hardship, because they choose to let bankers, rich people, and their puppet politicians grind them into poverty. Therefore the masses cheer for movies like “American Sniper.” This is gang behavior. The popularity of such movies is quasi-religious, and it will become fully religious as the One Percent continue to grind the Ninety-nine percent into poverty.

Jews completely depend on the principle of divide-and-conquer. They depend on splitting people into gangs, and then manipulating the gangs so that they become hosts for the Jew parasite.

Therefore, resistance to Jewish evil is not merely a form of gang warfare. It is resistance to all gang warfare, since it is resistance to imperialism. It is resistance to evil itself.

There is no such thing as a religious war. There are only gang wars that often have a “religious” veneer on the surface. The Saudi hatred of Iran, for instance, is a struggle for power. Religion is merely the wrapper.

Tory MP ‘strangled’ boy to death at sex abuse party, victim claims

The victim, known as ‘Nick’, has alleged that two other boys were killed by abusers

A victim of the alleged Westminster paedophile ring that operated nearly three decades ago has claimed he saw a Conservative MP strangle a young boy to death at an “abuse party”.

The victim, who has been named “Nick,” has detailed the murder of the 12-year-old boy to police, The Sunday People and Exaro investigations agency, and alleged that two other boys were also killed by the abusers.

Describing the incident of the boy who was strangled, Nick said: “I watched how that happened. I am not sure how I got out of that. Whether I will ever know why I survived, I am not sure.”

Scotland Yard revealed on Friday it has launched a new investigation into a “possible homicide” under the name Operation Midland.

Scotland Yard said officers working on Operation Fairbank, the investigation into the allegations of “serious non-recent sexual abuse” with links to Parliament dating back to the 1970s and 1980s, had revealed further information regarding a possible homicide, and that “based on our current knowledge, this is the first time that this specific information has been passed to the Met.”

Around 18 months after Nick witnessed the boy’s murder, he claims he saw another boy killed in a brutal physical attack.

The Sunday People and Exaro have claimed that the Met is now investigating three murder allegations, but the police said it will not comment further on Operation Midland.

Nick claims that the first death of one of the victims of sexual abuse was of a boy aged 10 or 11, who was killed after he was deliberately run down by a car being driven by one of the perpetrators. Nick has described how he took the death to be a warning to him not to talk to anyone about the abuse he experienced.

Nick, now in his 40s, alleges that a former Conservative MP repeatedly raped him and other boys between the ages of 10 and 14.

He claims he was first abused at a Christmas Party at the age of 11, where he and the other children were ordered not to speak to each other.

He said: “We were asked if we wanted a drink. It was always whisky. Both MPs were brutal. I was raped over a bath-tub while my head was beneath the water.”

Nick said he was handed to the paedophile ring of MPs and other prominent figures by his abusive father, and that he and other boys often picked up by “luxury cars with a chauffeur” and taken to “abuse parties” at different locations, including an apartment complex near Parliament.
