The ministry arrested the teacher Sabarneh, who works in one of the schools of the Directorate of Education in Hebron, on Tuesday, “as a temporary precautionary measure” on the back of beating a number of students in the courtyards of the school, has been filmed and published the video through communication sites.

By: Sammi Ibrahem,Sr

Ramallah – Jerusalem – The Prisoners and Editors’ Affairs Authority said that the administration of the Nazi detention camp transferred on Thursday all the 48 prisoners of Ashkelon to Nafha desert prison, without any justification.

The Authority pointed out in a press statement that the Department of the Nazi camos Authority deliberately carry out arbitrary transfers between prisons and various sections as a measure against the prisoners and detainees, because of the suffering and hardship on the prisoners and their families because of the frequent transfers, and creates a situation of confusion and instability of prisoners themselves

Lebanon: What is the position of Dar Al-Fatwa on popular movements !!

The Mufti of the Republic of Lebanon, Sheikh Abdellatif Drayan, stressed that the country is at a dangerous juncture that requires redressing and dealing with it in all seriousness, responsibility and honesty because it affects Lebanon’s economic and financial system and threatens the lives, lives and dignities of citizens, which can no longer be ignored or tolerated and need to be addressed quickly.

He said in a statement: “People have suffered a lot and have been very patient on corruption. This entails a national collective responsibility on all corners of the state and those responsible for public affairs to remedy the dangers of this explosion.

Darian explained that Dar al-Fatwa has kept up with the popular uprising since its inception with much attention, understanding and sympathy. It highly appreciates the behavior characterized by national discipline in the streets and public squares of Beirut and in many other Lebanese cities, expresses its support and embraces the right social demands and nationalist slogans raised by citizens all over Lebanon. One is home yard. The demonstrators crossed sectarian and sectarian squares and united all in one national square.

He pointed out that from this position, Dar Al-Fatwa appeals to all officials to look positively at the demands of the Lebanese people, who are grieving under the burdens of deteriorating economic and financial conditions, and the resulting rise in the level of unemployment and a decline in income and social and health services. The Supreme Islamic Sharia Council in Dar Al-Fatwa had previously raised the voice loudly, warning of the serious repercussions of not addressing the living and living issues that are groaning under the harsh pressure of Lebanese families in all Lebanese regions. Regrettably, the divisions within the PA aborted all attempts to address, which led to their exacerbation.

He added that this deterioration was compounded by the deterioration of all the reform and development projects in the infrastructure of the Lebanese economy.

Dar al-Fatwa praised the whole national spirit that dominated the gatherings in cities, villages and in different squares, which once again emphasized the strength of national unity and coexistence, in contrast to the voices of cacophony that have risen in previous times distorting the national reality and abusing the national will.

In light of these facts, Darian stressed that Dar Al-Fatwa expresses the hope that the recent decisions of the Council of Ministers will be the beginning of the desired reform, and that it expresses the sincere intention to commit to these reforms and implement them in a way that secures the confidence of the people and find the proper, correct and reliable mechanisms that implement these decisions. Because there is a great decline in trust between the people and the state on the one hand and between the people and the political community on the other, and work hard to activate the role of constitutional institutions and stop wastage and eradicate corruption without taxing citizens.

He considered that the state should understand the causes of this popular uprising and deal with it with high responsibility and embrace the demands of the people, pay attention to its suffering and respect this historic and national solidarity stand that brought the Lebanese together and united among them, affirmed their keenness on national unity and gave a wonderful example in the national solidarity by overcoming the political and regional divisions. Some tried to exploit it to strike this popular uprising and abort it and divert it from its proper national course.

Dar al-Fatwa highly appreciates the Lebanese people’s stance and its national patriotism and embraces its demands. It appeals to the state and all actors in solidarity with these rightful demands and to strive to achieve them as soon as possible to get out of this serious crisis, and take all necessary steps to restore people’s confidence in their state and constitutional institutions. Or circumvent these demands or complacency in addressing them.

Appreciating the position of the Lebanese Armed Forces leadership, officers and individuals in preserving the safety and security of the demonstrators and in defending private and public property, Dar Al-Fatwa finds new emphasis on the unity of the people and the army in the face of threats in a national spirit.

Lebanon: The army warns against opening the roads by force: Zionist puppet Geagea wants blood

By: Sammi Ibrahem,Sr

The Lebanese army is moving away from forcibly opening roads, especially the artery of Beirut – the north that is clearly cut by Lebanese forces, with clear US warnings to prevent “bloodshed” even if the roads remain closed. The army is waiting for a political exit instead of launching a “salty hand,” but the continued blocking of the war threatens a civil conflict

As every time the country passes a major internal merit, the Lebanese army faces a difficult test. Between the duty to preserve the security and protection of the Lebanese, and the danger of clashing with any internal group of people, the army is walking over a minefield, at a crucial moment in the life of Lebanon and the region.

In the present circumstances, things are getting more complicated, under the pressure of the street and the political rams in the background, as well as American and Western caveats that have little impact on the military’s choices.

In the description, since the first day of the SPLM on the eve of the famous government session (October 16, 2019), the confusion over the work of the security and military apparatus, in the absence of a political decision, has become apparent. When the protests spread in the country the following day and beyond, it became clear that the security and military, especially the army, were careful not to clash with the demonstrators and let the wave of anger pass without loss.

Today, aside from the political vision set by Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in his speech yesterday, it has become clear to the security and military agencies internal and external political agendas, which exploit a fraction of the popular anger to settle scores and score points, with the presence of large numbers of Angry citizens, non-partisans, rushed to the street after accumulated misery.

But pretending is one thing, and disrupting life is another. Today, the country is paralyzed not only by political demonstrations and “greenbacks”, but by the blocking of the main highways, especially the coastal road from Beirut to the north, and in Beirut, at two important points, the Chevrolet Roundabout and the Ring Bridge, in addition to the constant threat of blockage. South, from Khaldeh to Saadiyat to Naameh to the entrance to Khroub province.

What are the military and security forces doing? In a meeting yesterday between the leaders of the agencies and the army commander, General Joseph Aoun, it was agreed to work on the opening of roads, gradually, “easier to difficult”, and the participation of all security services in this work. Although this is the responsibility of the Internal Security Forces (ISF), which is legally responsible for internal security, the army was originally mandated to support it by a 1990 Cabinet decision.

On this basis, patrols of the army, public security, internal security forces and state security were launched yesterday in more than one direction, to open roads, with a clear decision not to use force. This decision stems from several caveats: First, Nasrallah and President Michel Aoun do not want to use the lethal force to open the roads to convince them that Prime Minister Samir Geagea is “riding” the wave of popular anger, but he is not alone in Jal el Dib and Zouk, but with citizens who have nothing to do with him. And he is looking for this civil clash with the army, waiting for blood. Second, Western ambassadors and US Ambassador Elizabeth Richard intervened, delivering messages to presidents and army commanders that state repression of peaceful demonstrators would be punished by the United States with harsh penalties for officials, even if they cut off the country from Beirut to the north and south.

Thirdly, the atmosphere of the military establishment suggests that the army adopts a long-term policy in order to gain time waiting for a political solution before the field move, considering that the Lebanese forces withdraw from the street in case of political pressure on them, specifically from Prime Minister Saad Hariri and President Nabih Berri, which the army relies on Instead of entering into a clash sought by the troops, while covering them with other demonstrators. In addition, any attempt to open roads by force led to an increase in the number of demonstrators, as happened a few days ago in Zouk, the army noted. According to the information, MP George Adwan promised Army Commander Joseph Aoun to “help” to open the roads in Zouk and Jal El Dib, as if the forces were playing the role of “reformer”, not the main engine of the reality of cutting off the Beirut-North road and paralyzing North Mount Lebanon.

However, this is reflected in restlessness within the FPM officials and its base from the army commander, with a clear distinction of the position of the President of the Republic, which tries to maintain a balance between the interest of the current and the army. However, this “disturbance” between Joseph Aoun and Minister Gebran Bassil is not the result of his time, but rather a continuation of a series of disparities based on Bassel’s fear that Aoun would become a serious candidate for the presidency, and the ambition of the army commander, whose ambitions are beginning to take shape, on the basis of his “right”. This undeclared rivalry between the two sides took many forms, from talk of austerity within the army and a reduction in part of the allocations of military and officers, to the recent incident in the case of the arrest of Canaan Naji, and the attack by Defense Minister Elias Bou Saab on the army leadership and the Directorate of Intelligence from this background.

But apart from the reasons and justifications provided by the army, the result remains the same: the continued blocking of roads on the hundreds of thousands of Lebanese who use the North-Beirut road, and Geagea’s continued blackmail. This has begun to give rise to reasons for a Lebanese-Lebanese, specifically Christian-Christian clash, if it continues, as was the case that broke out yesterday in Chevrolet when supporters of the Free Patriotic Movement came to open the way. When institutions, notably the army, are absent, each side does what it deems appropriate by force, and the FPM is waving to “land on the ground,” mimicking the demands of hundreds of thousands of people who are affected every day by cutting the main artery from the north to Beirut. Does the army wait for clashes between political forces to move and open the roads to control security instead of “suppressing the demonstrators”? Maybe.

Nazi Gestapo arrest 8 youths in Jerusalem and the occupied West Bank

By: Sammi Ibrahem,Sr

The Nazi occupation forces arrested eight Palestinian youths at dawn on Sunday during raids in the town of Issawiya in illegally Nazi occupied Jerusalem and the town of Allar in the occupied Tulkarem.

Local sources said that the Nazi occupation forces arrested Anwar Sami Obeid, Hamed Shafiq Obeid, Mahmoud Zomorod, Mohammed Khaled Mahmoud, Ismail Sinokrot, Malik Mahmoud Al-Sheikh and Mohammed Daoud Mahmoud, during raids in the town of Issawiya in occupied Jerusalem.

It is noteworthy that the town of Issawiya has long been subjected to widespread arrests and abuse of Palestinians by Nazi Gestapo.

In the illegally Nazi occupied West Bank, the Nazi occupation forces arrested Acer Mamdouh severe, aged 47 years after raiding his home in the town of Allar, north of Tulkarm occupied.

In the context of the Nazi Gestapo attacks and herds of Jewish Nazi settlers, settlers on Sunday stole olive fruits from Palestinian land located inside the fence of the Jewish Nazi settlement “Itamar” southeast of Nablus, and broke the branches of trees.

Romania breaks with EU to relocate its embassy to the Nazi occupied Jerusalem

Romania will move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, Prime Minister Viorica Dancila announced at the AIPAC summit in Washington on Sunday, in a controversial move that goes against the rest of the European Union.

Speaking at the Israel lobby group American Israel Public Affairs Committee’s (AIPAC) conference, Dancila said Romania intends to relocate its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, which she referred to as Israel’s capital, in a move that follows the US’ controversial decision to do so last year.

Most nations with diplomatic relations with Israel have their embassies in Tel Aviv, as, although Israel claims Jerusalem as its capital, it is not recognized as such by the international community. Palestinians want East Jerusalem as their future capital, and Israel has occupied East Jerusalem since the 1967 war, when it annexed the area from the rest of the West Bank.

Dancila is currently president of the Council of the European Union and the move is a marked departure from the position held by the rest of the EU. Romania, along with Hungary and the Czech Republic, reportedly blocked an EU resolution objecting to the US embassy move, which said Jerusalem should be capital of both Israel and Palestine.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked Dancila to move Romania’s embassy when she visited Israel in January. “I hope you will act to stop the bad resolutions against Israel in the European Union,” he said. “And also, of course, to move your embassy and other embassies to Jerusalem.”

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis called for Dancila to resign last April after she pushed a secret memorandum to move the embassy without consulting him, and after she went on a state visit to Israel without consulting him. As president, Iohannis is in charge of foreign policy and has the final decision on such moves.

Speaking before another meeting between Romania and Israel in November, Netanyahu explained some of the reasons they enjoy good relations: “We cooperate in matters of security, anti-terror. Romania stands often with Israel in difficult diplomatic arenas and we appreciate this. We recognize our friends and we consider Romania a great friend.” Netanyahu also referred to their shared concerns about “radical Islam.”

The president of Honduras also told AIPAC it would open diplomatic representation in Jerusalem, and hinted that if AIPAC would lobby on behalf of his country, he would consider opening an embassy too, Haaretz reports. Brazil has also said it will consider moving its embassy. Guatemala is the only country apart from the US to have moved its embassy to Jerusalem so far.

Hillary Clinton And The Syrian Shoah

By Gilad Atzmon

From: Sidney Blumenthal To: Hillary Clinton Date: 2012-07-23

Quoting an Israeli security source Sidney Blumenthal wrote:

“[I]f the Assad regime topples, Iran would lose its only ally in the Middle East and would be isolated. At the same time, the fall of the House of Assad could well ignite a sectarian war between the Shiites and the majority Sunnis of the region drawing in Iran, which, in the view of Israeli commanders would not be a bad thing for Israel and its Western allies.” (

In 1982, Oded Yinon an Israeli journalist, formerly attached to the Israeli Foreign Ministry, published a document titled ‘A Strategy for Israel in the Nineteen Eighties.’  The strategic plan later named ‘The Yinon Plan’ suggested that for Israel to maintain its regional superiority, it must break its neighboring Arab states into smaller sectarian units engaged in endless tribal wars. The Yinon Plan implied that Arabs and Muslims killing each other was an insurance policy for Israel.

Most commentators on the Middle East and American foreign affairs now realise that the chaos in the Middle East has a lot to do with Israel and its supportive Jewish lobbies around the world. However, thanks to the newly leaked Clinton email archive we may have a document that provides confirmation that the Yinon Plan was, de facto, an Israeli strategy to create sectarian chaos in the Middle East.

According to the Wikileaks archive of former US Secretary of State Clinton, it appears that in 2012 the Israeli intelligence service considered a potential Sunni-Shiite war in Syria a favorable development for the Jewish State and the West.

In an email sent by Sidney Blumenthal to Hilary Clinton, an Israeli source is quoted suggesting that Iran would lose “its only ally” in the Middle East if the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad collapses. Such a development in the view of Israeli commanders “would not be a bad thing for Israel and its Western allies,” Blumenthal wrote.

It is crucial to point out that in his email to Clinton, Blumenthal also quotes an alternative view that is more reasonable and is far less enthusiastic about the escalation in Syria. “Israeli security officials believe that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is convinced that these developments (expanding Arab civil war) will leave them [Israelis] vulnerable, with only enemies on their borders.”

This email allows us to look at a vivid Israeli political debate that occurred back in 2012. The Jewish State had to decide whether to destroy the Syrian people just to weaken Iran or alternatively to destroy Iran for the sake of destroying Iran. History suggests that a decision was taken to destroy the Syrians first. And the outcome must be disappointing for Israel —Iran is now stronger than ever.

Shockingly, in late 2015, after three years of disastrous Syrian civil war with hundreds of thousands of fatalities and millions of displaced people, Clinton, so it seems, still clung to the formula that Israel’s concerns with Iran should be fought on the expense of the Syrian people. In an email that US presidential candidate Hillary Clintonsent to an unknown account on 11/30/2015 Clinton wrote:

“The best way to help Israel deal with Iran’s growing nuclear capability is to help the people of Syria overthrow the regime of Bashar Assad.”

Israel is not the only one to blame for the Syrian shoah; Hilary Clinton shares some of the responsibility. I suggest that Ms. Clinton consider inviting at least a few Syrian refugees to settle in Clinton’s suburban home. Such a move would prove that she can be empathetic, merciful and hopefully regretful.

Oded Yinon Speaks Again

By Gilad Atzmon

Years after Israel Shahak translated Oded Yinon’s (1982) Plan into English, we have a chance to listen to contemporary Yinon. I was notified about this this youtube video by a FB friend.  Strangely enough, the video has as of today, a very small number of views. Yinon is an ultra Zionist. He is not shy about it and considering his ‘prophetic’  vision of the Middle East back in 1982 it is worth listening to his perception of Israel, World Jewry and the Middle East.

To learn about the Yinon Plan click here

In the interview Yinon insists that his strategic plan for the Middle East wasn’t really a plan and it has never matured into an Israeli policy. However, he admits that some of his 1982  ideas were adopted by the IDF intelligence (AMAN) at the time of the Civil War in Syria  (22.40).   The breaking of the Middle East into tribal wars has been postponed according to Yinon but the roots of such a battle are far from over, they are basically inherent to the region.

According to Yinon peace with the Palestinians is unlikely and Israel should invest in its own building. Yinon predicts that USA Jews have no future in America, “America was the biggest (best)  solution to the Jewish problem before Zionism, but today Zionism proves itself as the only solution.” He  argues that American Jews will find themselves detached from American politics, culture and society. The holocaust is long away faded from American consciousness and this is, according to him, bad news for the Jews. They will have to wander and their destination is clear. For those who fail to understand, this is hardly a promising news for the Palestinians and the region.

Mueller Finally Gives up His Two Year Search For a Non-Existent Needle — But the Hunt Continues

Image result for mueller cartoon"
Rob Slane

The Blog Mire

Quelle surprise. After more than two years looking for a non-existent needle in an ever-expanding haystack, Chief Hunter of the Needle, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, has finally declared that he hasn’t been able to find it. This ought to come as no surprise, because as we know non-existent needles don’t exist. Except, of course, in the minds of hundreds of foolish Democrat politicians and their dutiful stenographers in the mainstream media, or Global Pravda as it is known on this blog.

The fascinating thing about it all is that it wasn’t hard to grasp that the needle didn’t exist. It was obvious from the start. Here’s what I wrote back in November 2017, almost 18 months before Robert Mueller finally gave up his pointless hunt:

“Imagine a Convention of Village Idiots holding a never-ending hunt for a non-existent needle in an ever-expanding haystack. Every once in a while one of them finds a twig, or an old sock, or a marble, and with a look of sheer delight on their face they look up and squawk, ‘I’ve found it’. And all the other VIs gather round to marvel at the needle, and the news is published in the press across the country that they’ve got it, and there is much rejoicing. Until that is, someone points out that what they’ve found is not a needle at all, but a twig or an old sock or a marble, and before you know it they’ve quietly put it to one side, and resumed the hunt.

The Convention, which sometimes goes by the name Russiagate, has been going on for more than a year now, and despite its participants claiming on multiple occasions to have found the needle, sadly for them they’ve still to locate it. You might think that after still not finding it after this long, they’d be discouraged enough to give up, go home, and tend to their gardens, or some other such useful endeavour. But not a bit of it. The fact that they keep finding things in the haystack that aren’t needles only convinces them that there must be a needle in there somewhere. And so with a squawk of excitement and a cry of “On with the hunt”, off they go again looking for it with more enthusiasm than ever, ready to unearth yet more non-needles.

What have they actually found? Well, there was the indictment of Paul Manafort. Surely that was a needle, wasn’t it? Well, only in the same way that a needle resembles a brick, the charges against him being utterly unrelated to Russia, but instead about dealings he had in Ukraine years before Donald Trump ever announced he was standing for election. How about the indictment of George Papadopolous by the Mueller inquiry? Well, given that the charge against him is again nothing to do with collusion with Russia, but rather about lying to the FBI, that’s not very needle-like either, is it?”

Somehow though, supposedly serious and powerful people have believed in the non-existent needle with a zeal that might be commendable if it were ever used to do some actual good. As it is, their evidence-free fanaticism has simply shown them to be on the Dark Side of the Moon, many sandwiches short of a picnic, and certainly an indictment short of collusion. The question is why? Chiefly a couple of reasons:

Firstly, although I have zero time for the present incumbent of the White House, who I consider to be a man-child possessing stratospheric levels of folly, egotism and petty vindictiveness, the one commendable thing about him was that in his campaign, he seemed to be fairly keen on not starting a war with Russia. That seems to me be to be a Good Thing! True, his plan was never any more detailed than repeating the phrase,“I think we can get along” over and over, but for anyone who isn’t keen on nuclear war, it was still preferable to the sentiments of his opponent, Mrs Warmonger. Although she didn’t openly campaign on a promise to start a war with Russia, she might just as well have done so given some of the ideas she was espousing.

But apparently some folks got spooked by what Mr Trump was saying because — well because American exceptionalism and all that. And the only explanation they could come up with for his strange sounding words about dialling down tensions with a nuclear-armed country was that he must be in cahoots with the Kremlin. Obvs! Of course, some of them knew this to be baloney, but said it anyway because they foresaw Mr Trump as a huge threat to their neo-globalist project. Others were just “Useful Idiots”, probably truly believing it and being more than happy to peddle it night after night in the TV studios of Global Pravda. I do wonder that it never seems to occur to such people that if tensions with another nuclear-armed power are not dialled down, they stand as much chance of ending up in a cloud of radioactive ash as “the Deplorables” they seem to despise.

Secondly, those who have zealously hunted in the haystack have done so because they could never reconcile themselves to the fact that their beloved candidate did not attain to what she, and they, assumed to be her birthright. Like Gollum, her precious had been stolen from her, but unlike Gollum — a solitary and friendless creature — the Creature Clinton had a multitude of supporters ready to try to move heaven and earth to get back what was apparently rightfully hers. And so rather than facing up to the fact that she lost because she is perhaps the most odious politician in modern America, they instead justified her loss by concocting the most fantastical tale about how the ring was stolen from her by conniving thieves.

However, not only was the tale not true, but its murky origins actually begin with Mrs Clinton’s attempts to deprive her opponent of the Presidency. In other words, Russiagate is really Clintongate, as I now hope to explain.

It was abundantly clear very early on that the whole collusion claim started with a dossier put together by the (former?) MI6 agent Christopher Steele. Not only this, but it was also clear that the dossier itself was not impartial intelligence, but had been commissioned by the Clinton campaign, which paid Fusion GPS for dirt on Mr Trump. Fusion GPS then farmed it out to a private British intelligence company — Orbis Business Intelligence — which is owned by Christopher Steele. As an aside, Christopher is friends with Pablo, who was friends with Sergei, both of whom lived in Salisbury — but that’s another story for another time!

But it gets even murkier. Not only was the dossier put together at the behest of the Clinton gang, but when it was handed over to US Intelligence, its contents were never even verified by the FBI. Yet that didn’t stop its salacious contents being peddled around Washington to various reporters and politicians, prior to the 2016 election. And it was this that formed the beginnings of the whole idea that Mr Trump was in cahoots with Mr Putin.

The dossier itself, which was released into the public domain in January 2017 by Buzzfeed, is full of unverified gossip. And just recently we found out more about why that was. In one of those inconvenient moments when the truth seeps out — although unfortunately the entire Global Pravda press corps seem to have been out at the time — deposition transcripts from a federal court case, in which Mr Steele and Buzzfeed are being sued by Aleksej Gubarev, who is named in the dossier, reveal that Mr Steele took at least some of the information in the dossier straight from CNN iReports. Furthermore, it was also revealed in those transcripts that Mr Steele didn’t even know that the site he was taking the info from was not in any way verified, but rather included postings by members of the public. CNN themselves called it:

“a user-generated site. That means the stories submitted by users are not edited, fact-checked, or screened before they post.”

When asked in court if he understood that CNN iReports were nothing more than any random individuals’ assertions on the Internet, Steele replied:

“No, I obviously presume that if it is on a CNN site that it has some kind of CNN status. Albeit that it may be an independent person posting on the site.”

The astonishing nature of this needs to be digested slowly, but let me try to summarise it for you.

  1. The Hillary Clinton campaign paid Fusion GPS for dirt on Donald Trump.
  2. Fusion GPS farmed this out to a private British Intelligence organisation, run by Christopher Steele, who used to lead the Russia desk for MI6.
  3. Mr Steele based at least some of his dossier on “intelligence” taken from a website where anyone can post information.
  4. This dossier then became the basis for the entire two years of absurd accusations against the President of the United States, that he and his campaign actively colluded with a foreign power to steal the presidency.

Seems unbelievable, doesn’t it? And yet it’s absolutely true.

There is of course another element of all this, which is the claim that the Russian State hacked emails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta. Whilst these were not claims that Robert Mueller was specifically investigating, they do of course play a part in the general theory of Russian meddling and collusion with the Trump campaign to rob Mrs Clinton of her birthright. Yet there is no more truth in these claims than in the collusion claims. As I noted here:

“The claims of Russian state involvement in the hacking of the DNC’s and John Podesta’s computers originated from the DNC itself, and from the company they themselves paid to investigate, making the alleged victim — the DNC — the counsel for the prosecution for its own claims. There is the fact that the firm the DNC paid to undertake the investigation —  Crowdstrike — is owned by one Dmitri Alperovitch, a Senior Fellow at the rabidly anti-Russian think tank, Atlantic Council, which makes them not exactly what you would call “impartial”. There is the fact that the FBI have never even examined the DNC’s or Mr Podesta’s computers to verify the claims they have made, but have instead relied wholly on the findings of Crowdstrike — the company paid for by the DNC. There is the fact that the FBI has never interviewed the two key witnesses in the whole affair, Britain’s former ambassador to Uzbekistan, Craig Murray, and Wikileaks’ Julian Assange — both of whom have stated that they know the identity of the individual(s) who leaked (not hacked) the emails.”

But what about the “fact” that all 17 US intelligence agencies signed off on the January 6th document claiming that Russia hacked the DNC and Podesta computers? Problem with this claim is that it’s not true (I wrote about this here at the time). Quite apart from the fact that that report contained no evidence to back up the claim of hacking (most if it bizarrely focuses on RT), it was signed off by four, not 17 agencies, with the NSA — the all-seeing eye that can track all incoming or outgoing server activity — only being willing to express “moderate confidence” in the claims being made. The disclaimer to that document in Annex B is unintentionally hilarious, stating without a trace of irony:

“Judgments are not intended to imply that we have proof that shows something to be a fact.”

In other words, they don’t have the proof, which of course the NSA would have if there had actually been a hack and not a leak. Draw your own conclusions.

And so the Mueller Inquiry has now followed the House Intelligence Committee and the Senate Intelligence Committee in being unable to find evidence of collusion. There’s a reason for that. Just as you’re never going to find a non-existent needle in a haystack, no matter how hard you look and no matter how many searches you launch, you’re not going to find non-existent collusion either.

What has shown up, however, is this: A junk dossier, cobbled together by a British spy at the behest of the Clinton Gang who wanted dirt to discredit her opponent, was circulated to journalists prior to the 2016 election, even though its contents were unverified by the FBI, and it was this that then kickstarted a frenzy of folly and lies that have poisoned the atmosphere in the US for over two years, polluted the airwaves, led to impeachment calls based on falsehoods, and made the international situation far more dangerous than it has been than at anytime since 1962.

Heads ought to roll. Those involved in creating these lies (including in the FBI and Department of Justice) ought to face investigation. Prosecutions should follow. But of course none of these things will happen. Instead, the non-existent needle hunters will do one of two things: They’ll either move on, pretend it never happened and continue to be feted as experts on Global Pravda. Or they’ll double down on their claims, perhaps saying that Mueller has been compromised (maybe Putin has videos of him as well?). Perhaps they’ll even find another haystack in which to hunt their non-existent needle.
