Madsen Cites Mossad in Norway Terror

After Oslo: Time to Crack Down On Mossad Terrorism

by Wayne Madsen

State-sponsored terrorism is defined by Encyclopedia Britannica as the “systematic use of violence to create a general climate of fear in a population and thereby to bring about a particular political objective [and] is employed by governments — or more often by factions within governments — against that government’s citizens, against factions within the government, or against foreign governments or groups.”

On July 22, a bomb, said to be an Oklahoma City-type explosive device, crafted with fertilizer and diesel fuel, blew up in downtown Oslo, Norway, in the heart of the government district. Shortly thereafter, a man dressed in a Norwegian police uniform opened fire on a Labor Party youth camp on the island of Utoya in Tyri fjord. Access to the island was by boat only. Over 100 people were killed in the twin terror attacks.

Almost immediately, the world’s corporate media began pushing the story that those who were responsible for the blast and mass shooting were associated with “Al Qaeda” and other radical Islamist groups. CNN’s Washington, DC chief anchor Wolf Blitzer, a former spokesman for the powerful American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) lobby and a correspondent for the Jerusalem Post, began his late afternoon program by pointing to “Al Qaeda” and radical Islamists as the chief culprits for the terrorist attacks in Norway.

CNN paraded out a number “experts,” in actuality, propagandists for the Israeli agenda linked to neo-conservative outlets and the Pentagon’s “terrorism industrial complex,” before the cameras to advance the radical Islamist meme even as Norwegian authorities pinned blame on the attack on at least one perpetrator, a Norwegian named Anders Behring Breivik. CNN constantly showed footage of frightened people in downtown Oslo running for their lives from the site of the blast, as well as still photograph of a pall of light-brown smoke over downtown Oslo. Of course, CNN’s intention was to evoke memories of the 9/11 attack in Manhattan.

Breivik, who sometimes anglicized his name as Andrew Berwick in his numerous web postings, was said to be a right-wing Islamophobe who sympathized with Zionism and who was a Freemason… Breivik was also reported to be a fundamentalist Christian but he adopted a stance against the Lutheran Church, the state church of Norway, and argued for a “collective” counter-reformation to return the Protestant churches to the control of the Vatican and the Pope. Breivik lambasted the Lutheran Church and other mainstream Protestant churches, condemning “Priests in jeans who march for Palestine.”

More incredibly, the London tabloid of Rupert Murdoch’s scandal-plagued News International, The Sun, went to press with the following false headline: “Norway’s 911: ‘Al Qaeda’ Massacre.” On March 29, 2011, Harvard Law School’s extremist Zionist Professor Alan Dershowitz penned a piece in the Murdoch-owned Wall Street Journal, a newspaper that actively discriminates against the hiring of non-Jews as reporters and editors in violation of U.S. civil rights and equal opportunity employment laws, in which he called Norway anti-Semitic. Dershowitz cited as an example former Norwegian Prime Minister Kare Willock’s criticism of President Barack Obama’s choice of Rahm Emanuel as his chief of staff because he is Jewish. In fact, Emanuel’s pro- Israeli sympathies as a former member of the Israel Defense Force are what prompted many political observers in Washington and elsewhere to question his primary loyalty to the United States.

A network of Israeli bloggers pushed a claim of responsibility on a previously-unknown group called Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami (the Helpers of the Global Jihad). The group’s claims were picked up and run by several corporate media outlets and then pulled when it was discovered the claim was a hoax. Mossad has a program to distribute bogus claims of responsibility for Islamist terrorist attacks via “Jihadist” websites that are actually operated by the Mossad and a network of “hasbaratchiks,” Israeli and foreign Jews who act as propagandists on the web. These hasbara (propaganda) agents and volunteers operate through such programs as Megaphone and GIYUS (“Give Israel Your United Support.”) After the attempt to blame the Norway attacks on Islamists failed, the “hasbaratchiks” shifted to “sock puppet” troll mode, posting comments on blogs that criticized allegations that Mossad and Zionists were behind the Norway attacks, emphasizing that such beliefs were “anti-Semitic” and wild “conspiracy theories.” Some Israeli “sock puppets” even offered lunatic suggestions that Breivik was planted by Islamists to make Israel and Zionists look bad.

When the “Islamist” connection to the holocaust in Norway was shown to be non-existent after Norwegian security and police agencies began looking at the evidence, the corporate media switched its propaganda line from “radical Islam” being responsible to “far –right extremism” opposed to multiculturalism and immigration in Europe as the culprit. Even outlets that in the past had been known for their independence from the corporate media line, including Al Jazeera and RT [formerly known as Russia Today], echoed the line that Breivik primarily represented right-wing opposition to Muslim immigrants in Europe. Al Jazeera repeated the line that Breivik was a “lone madman,” the insinuation being that he was not linked to any wider network. While Breivik certainly was associated with the far-right xenophobic elements in Norway, Europe, and North America, there was no mention by the corporate media of his admiration for such American Zionist Islamophobes as Richard Pipes and Pam Geller. Geller led the bigoted anti-Muslim campaign against an Islamic Center near the site of “Ground Zero,” the former World Trade Center site, in lower Manhattan. Breivik posted a number of his anti-Muslim and pro-Zionist screeds on the Norwegian website, which is operated by Hans-Kristian Rustad, a Norwegian pro-Israeli journalist.

No corporate media outlets reported that the brand of far-right extremism of Breivik is closely associated with Zionist-supported far-right anti-immigrant political parties and movements in Western Europe, including the mis-named Progress Party of Norway, the Dutch Freedom Party of Islamophobe Geert Wilders, the Sweden Democrats, Finland’s True Finns Party, the Danish People’s Party, the English Defense League, the Pro-Germany Citizen’s Movement, and a pan-Nordic fascist terrorist group called “Nordiske.” Breivik also expressed support for the Tea Party in the United States…

The European anti-Muslim xenophobic network is linked to the notorious publication of Prophet Muhammad cartoons by the neo-conservative Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten and Norway’s Dagbladet. The Euro-xenophobes are supported by the longtime Zionist Bernard-Henri Levy, the French philosopher who is a friend of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and disgraced former International Monetary Fund managing director Dominique Strauss-Kahn. It is noteworthy that Levy is one of the major backers of the Libyan rebels fighting Muammar Qaddafi. Norway announced it was pulling its aircraft from the NATO campaign in Libya at the end of July. Norway also announced its support for Palestine’s sovereignty resolution in the UN General Assembly in September.

As more and more evidence pointed to Oslo being yet another example of a state-sponsored terrorist attack by Israel’s Mossad, the corporate media studiously avoided mentioning how the Norwegian government through its recent actions, had become a major problem for Israel and its allies abroad, especially on the Palestine sovereignty issue… In addition, Norwegian police and intelligence are painfully aware of Mossad’s past operations in Norway, including the infamous Lillehammer Affair in 1973. On July 21, 1973, Mossad agents assassinated Ali Hassan Salameh, a Moroccan waiter in Lillehammer, wrongly believing he was the operations chief for the Palestinian terrorist group “Black September.” Norwegian police arrested the Mossad agents who killed Salameh and uncovered an intricate network of Mossad safe houses, phone numbers, and Norwegian sleeper agents for Mossad.

Just as was the case with the coordinated bombings of Madrid trains on March 22, 2004 and London buses and trains on July 7, 2005, viewed by European security services as being the work of not “Al Qaeda” but domestic “radicals,” there was no link to Islamist radicals with the attacks in Norway. However, there was every indication that the attack on Norway was intended to shake up the Norwegian population and damage the reputation of the left-of-center Norwegian government of Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg.

The corporate media insisted that Breivik was solely responsible for Norway’s worst violent attack since World War II. Norwegian police reports that a second gunman, described as having “thick dark hair and a non-Nordic appearance,” were suppressed in much of the corporate media. The time line of the Oslo attack causes anyone’s imagination to be stretched on being sold a “lone gunman/bomber” theory.

At 3:26 pm Oslo time a massive car bomb was detonated outside the office of the Prime Minister of Norway. Since July 22 was a public holiday, there were relatively few people inside the Prime Minister’s office or the surrounding offices of the Petroleum and Energy Ministry and the VG [Verdens Gang] newspaper, Norway’s largest paper.

As police responded to the downtown Oslo blast, Breivik was said to have taken a boat the Utoya island dressed as a policeman and began opening fire on young members of the Norwegian Labor Party youth camp meeting. The shooting allegedly began at 4:50 pm. Norwegian SWAT team “Delta” had trouble getting a helicopter started and struggled to find a boat to get to Utoya island. The SWAT team finally arrived on the island at 6:20 pm only to find scores of the next generation of Norwegian Labor Party leaders dead. Breivik calmly surrendered to the police. When Breivik arrived on Utoya he told police on the island that he was there for a routine security check following the bombing in downtown Oslo.

Norway’s Acting Police chief Sveinung Sponheim said the police were still investigating whether Breivik was acting with a larger network. Sponheim’s revelation countered the “lone wolf” theory advanced by corporate media outlets in Western nations.

Norway’s coalition Labor-Socialist Left government has been seen as hostile to the interests of Israel and the United States. There is now a widespread belief that the terrorist attack against Norway was engineered to shock erstwhile peaceful Norway, a nation where police generally still patrol the streets unarmed, into adopting the police state tactics of the United States, Israel, Britain, and other Western nations. Norway’s pro-Palestinian foreign policy also irked the Zionist and the far-right anti-Islamic factions in Europe and North America, as well as the governments of Israel and the United States.

In a move that complements American and Israeli propaganda that Norway has not stepped up to the surveillance state model imposed by other Western governments, the suspicious WikiLeaks decided to release U.S. State Department cables from the U.S. embassy in Oslo that criticized Norway for not recognizing the “Al Qaeda” threat and maintaining an insufficient security apparatus to combat Islamist terrorism and Pakistani immigrants.

The Barack Obama-appointed U.S. ambassador in Oslo, Barry White, who is Jewish and received a 2005 award from the pro-Israel American Jewish Committee, complained that the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST) rejected two twelve-person British MI-6 intelligence surveillance teams to monitor an “Al Qaeda” cell in Norway. Last November, the Norwegian government was shocked to learn that the U.S. embassy was operating a Surveillance Detection Unit in Oslo that was monitoring Norwegian citizens. Norwegian Justice Minister Knut Storberget said he was not informed of the presence of the U.S. spy unit in Oslo, which employed retired Norwegian police and intelligence officials. The Norwegian Data Protection Commissioner, Bjorn Erik Thon, said he had never seen such an intelligence operation in Norway. White complained that Norwegian security officials were apathetic and incompetent in dealing with the Islamist “terrorist threat.” The failure of the Norwegian SWAT team to quickly respond to the massacre on Utoya may indicate that Norway’s law enforcement and security networks and command-and-control systems had been interfered with by infiltrators with knowledge of the Norwegian systems. Those retired police and intelligence officials working for the U.S. embassy’s surveillance unit are likely suspects in sabotaging the Norwegian police reaction capabilities on 7/22. Just 48 hours before the bombing in Oslo, police units were engaged in a terrorist bombing exercise at the Oslo Opera House, near what would later be “ground zero.” In addition, in the days before the terrorist bombing, there was suspicious sewer work being conducted in the area near the Prime Minister’s office.

In March, the leader of the Socialist Left, Kristen Halvorsen, the Minister of Education of Norway and a former Finance Minister, called for military action against Israel if it attacked Gaza. The Socialist Left and Labor Party, along with the Norwegian Peace Association and the Norwegian energy and telecommunications union, strongly support the Boycott Israel campaign, which includes backing the pan-European Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) committee and an embargo on arms sales to the Jewish state. In August 2010, the Norwegian pension fund divested in two Israeli companies controlled by Israeli billionaire Lev Leviev, Africa Israel Investments and its subsidiary Danya Cebus.

Halvorsen had recently met with a delegation of American Jews who complained about Norway’s “anti-Semitism,” the tired and worn-out canard used by Zionists in confronting anti-Israeli sentiment around the world. In January, Halvorsen and her husband, Christo Halvorsen, a producer for the Norsk Rikskringkasting (NRK) television and radio network, took part in an anti-Israel and U.S. march in Oslo where picket signs with phrases like “USA and Israel: Axis of Evil” appeared. The Halvorsens and NRK were subjected to a vicious campaign launched by Zionists and the Israel Lobby in Norway.

Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre of the Labor Party has been criticized by the Israel Lobby and Zionists for comparing Israel’s treatment of Palestinians to Nazi Germany’s treatment of Jews. Støre has also called for the demolition of Israel’s “Separation Wall” that runs through Palestinian territory on the West Bank, a stance that has earned him enmity and hatred from Israel’s government and their Zionist allies in the West. Store paid a visit to Utoya before the massacre. The Foreign Minister was on the island as some of the Labor Party youth were participating in a “Boycott Israel” demonstration. The city of Trondheim was criticized by Israel for funding a trip to the UN in New York for Norwegian students to participate in a play called the “Gaza Monologues.” Israel also blasted Norway for distributing a film called “Tears of Gaza.”

After Israel offered assistance to Norway, including forensic and medical assistance, as well as the evacuation of the wounded from the 7/22 attack, Norway declined the offer. The rejection of assistance from Israel indicates that the Norwegian government was suspicious of the offer from Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak. Other Israeli military teams in the West Bank have been accused of trafficking in human organs, an expose brought to light by the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet in August 2009. That same month, Israel’s anti-Arab and anti-Muslim Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman accused Sweden and Norway of anti-Semitism, adding the outrageous charge that Norway was pro-Nazi, even though Norway’s anti-Muslim and pro-Zionist activists were affiliated with neo-Nazi organizations. On December 11, 2010, a suspicious terrorist explosion took place in downtown Stockholm, injuring two people and blamed on a Swedish-Iraqi suicide bomber. The bombing took place two weeks after the Swedish media reported that a Surveillance Detection Unit, operated form the U.S. embassy in Stockholm, was spying on Swedish citizens.

In the past few months, the Mossad has committed blatant acts of espionage and possible other terrorist attacks against nations it perceives as pro-Palestinian. During last year’s devastating earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand, a team of Mossad agents was caught in the city. One of the agents died in the quake. The Mossad agents were found with multiple passports and thumb drives believed to have been used to download sensitive data from New Zealand government computer systems. New Zealand’s Prime Minister John Key, who seemingly came from obscurity in New Zealand politics and whose Jewish mother immigrated from England, disregarded claims of Mossad espionage during the quake, even though he spoke to Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu four times on the day of the quake, after the dead Mossad agent was discovered by New Zealand police and intelligence.

New Zealand’s Southland Times was criticized by New Zealand’s Jewish community and Israel for promoting “conspiracy theories,” the typical modus operandi for pro-Israeli Jews, known as sayanim and katsas, who are used by Israel abroad as propaganda and espionage agents. Ironically, Key was meeting with Obama at the White House as the bombing and shootings were occurring in Norway. Key was believed to have attended the homo-erotic annual meeting of a men-only fraternity composed of American and foreign political and business elitists at the secluded Bohemian Grove in northern California, a conclave that also saw the attendance of Israel’s most notorious agent-of-influence in America, Henry Kissinger, who also serves as Obama’s “special envoy” to the Russian leadership. Key’s Labor Party predecessor, Helen Clark, was the subject of criticism in leaked 2004 State Department cables from the U.S. embassy in Wellington for cracking down on a Mossad team’s acquisition of forged New Zealand passports. Once again, the cable leaks were courtesy of the suspect WikiLeaks operation.

One of the Mossad perpetrators, Zev William Barkan, who fled New Zealand to avoid arrest, had also been reported in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh, where he and other Israelis were producing pornographic and “snuff” movies, in which unsuspecting vagrants were murdered on camera.

In Egypt, Mossad agents have been accused by the present government of fomenting riots between Muslims and Coptic Christians. A recent explosion of seized Iranian weapons and ammunition being stored at a Cypriot naval base, a blast that killed the head of the Cypriot Navy, remains suspicious. The blast followed the decision of Cyprus’s left-of-center government to recognize the sovereignty of Palestine. The resulting public outrage over the blast resulted in the resignation of pro-Palestinian Foreign Minister Markos Kyprianou and a major political embarrassment for Cyprus’s president Dimitris Christofias, a member of the Communist AKEL party.

Mossad is a master at false-flag terrorist attacks designed to alter perceptions and punish opponents of Israeli policy. The fingerprints of Israeli intelligence are all over the 9/11 attacks on the United States, the 3/22 train bombings in Madrid, the 7/7 transit bombings in London, and, now, the 7/22 attacks in Norway… While the Israeli-influenced corporate media has droned on and on about the dangers of Islamist terrorism, it is now obvious that the major threat to public safety comes from the State of Israel, a rogue nation that does not hesitate to murder the innocent to achieve its sordid political aims.

IsraHelli Commandos Raid “Freedom Theater” in West Bank

“The coming third Palestinian intifada will take the form of cultural resistance to the Israeli occupation” Juliano Mer Khamis

by Dr. Ashraf Ezzat

Israeli commandos, roughly 50 Israeli Special Forces troops, raided the JeninFreedom Theatre in the Jenin Refugee Camp in the Palestinian West Bank early Wednesday, arresting two men associated with it and damaging the building, a witness said.

The Freedom Theater in Jenin, in the northern West Bank, had been an oasis of so-called cultural resistance for decades, although it was in the news for a darker reason in April, when its director,Juliano Mer Khamis, was shot to death by masked gunmen just outside it.

An army spokeswoman would confirm only that two men were arrested near the theater but gave no details on why the arrests took place or whether they were related to Mr. Mer Khamis’s killing, which remains unsolved.

The witness, Jacob Gough, who has been managing the theater on an interim basis, said he was called there around 3 a.m. Wednesday and saw several dozen Israeli soldiers throwing rocks at the windows and then arresting Adnan Naghnaghiye, a technician and site director for the theater.

Other troops went nearby to the house of Bilal Saadi, the chairman of the theater’s board, and arrested him after destroying the windows of his house, Mr. Gough added.
“I have been at the theater for three years and I have never seen anything like this,” he said by telephone from Jenin. “We’ve never had this kind of treatment.”

The soldiers, he said, ordered the two men to remove their trousers and lift their shirts. When he asked what was happening, Mr. Gough said, he was told to be quiet in harsh terms and at gunpoint.

He said the arrested men were taken to separate prisons and a lawyer had been hired to work on their cases.

Mr. Mer Khamis, 52, was a renowned actor and director who was born to an Israeli Jewish mother and a Palestinian Christian father. An Israeli citizen, he had lived for seven years in Jenin. His mother, anti-Zionist and a peace activist, founded the theater. A film Mr. Mer Khamis made about her work, “Arna’s Children,” received wide international praise and awarded the Best Documentary Feature prize at the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival.

Elegy for Juliano Mer Khamis

juliano Mer khamis

Juliano Mer Khamis was a fearless artist, and a fearless human being. Arna’s Children and The Freedom Theater are only the two most visible parts of his legacy, a legacy that bespeaks the role artistic creation can play even amidst the most horrible depths of injustice and suffering.

The Freedom Theatre will provide the children of the camp a tranquil environment to express themselves he wrote, describing the vision of the theater in 2006.

To imagine the possibility of opening up a space of tranquility, of expression, and thus of possibility, in Jenin Refugee Camp, whose name has become synonymous with the most vicious and destructive brutality of the Israeli occupation, might be seen as madness.

Its very existence is a testament to the power of the artistic tradition that Juliano embodied with such beauty and power.

The Military Solution

by J. Bruce Campbell

As a Rhodesian anti-terrorist in the early ‘70s, I figured that the combination of normal African cruelty with Jewish Communism was the ultimate in political sadism. The atrocities I witnessed were shocking and revolting.

It turned out that my education was incomplete. I was not fully aware of what America had done or would do in the decades to come. It took a few years after returning home to see what the future held for us Americans.

The American military has up to the present date not covered itself in glory. Military glory can only be obtained in the defense of the nation from unprovoked military attack by another country. Let’s disabuse ourselves of smug ideas that Ft. Sumter and Pearl Harbor were unprovoked attacks.

There have been no unprovoked attacks since the War for Independence from England. Starting in 1861 and ever since, the American military has been the aggressor, controlled and exploited by American politicians on behalf of private bankers.

We Americans were born in a country founded on a violent and treacherous land grab from the original inhabitants, who themselves did not deal in real estate sales or mortgage fraud. Virtually every treaty made by the US government was broken by the US Army, which conducted the first modern extermination program, today known as “ethnic cleansing.”

The legal system of a country based on African slavery and extermination of its natives can only be an exercise in fraud and hypocrisy.

The behavior of the American military in the 20th Century and now in the 21st has been shockingly savage and sadistic, with scores of millions of dead foreigners who threatened us not in the least. The suffering of the survivors cannot be calculated.

The American wars of the 20th and 21st Centuries were fought and are being fought for Jewish profit and for the artificial Jewish enclave known as Israel. This Jewish enclave appears to exert total power over the American military.

Back in 1979 I spoke with the former Wall Street banker and congressional investigator for the Reece Committee, Norman Dodd. In 1953 Mr. Dodd elicited the statement from Rowan Gaither, then president of the Ford Foundation, that his and the other tax-exempt foundations were committing their subversion to alter life in the US so that this country could be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union.

Mr. Dodd’s impatient first words in 1979 were, “We have over-diagnosed the problem.” These soon became this writer’s sentiments, which led to an attempt to form the basic resistance movement ten years later which I for political purposes called “the militia.” All of my contributions to VT have offered solutions rather than mere analysis, thanks to Norman Dodd’s advice.

The militia was a movement with a narrow window of opportunity to attack the Council on Foreign Relations and other Jewish agencies before the movement was infiltrated by FBI, military and police agents who would ultimately slaughter scores of federal employees and their children to stop this armed and potentially powerful phenomenon.

The merger contemplated by the Ford Foundation is obsolete in the literal sense. But the fact is that America has become the Soviet Union, so that an official merger became unnecessary.

The US Army is now the Red Army. The US Army and the Red Army were military partners from 1941 to 1945 and worked closely for another three years to slaughter millions of helpless Germans and Jew-wise Europeans until the lucrative Cold War was started. Suddenly, the partners became “enemies.” In a few decades, the Soviet Union had served its purpose and was dissolved. America then became the Communist monster with no counter-balance.

1948 was also the year that Palestine’s name was changed and that sad country became the poisonous Jewish headquarters for war, treachery, repression and chaos.

Obviously, this writer is anti-military. Anyone who would start a civilian resistance movement is anti-military. But there is only one organization that can remove Israel as the number one threat to life on this planet. That organization is the US military.

Now, Israel has not slaughtered millions of Iraqis or untold numbers of Afghans, Pakistanis and Libyans. Israel did not slaughter millions of Germans after World War II. The American military has done that, due to some mysterious control of it by American and Israeli Jews.

Again, the US military has not covered itself in glory. It is covered by Jewish slime. The US military is a disgrace and has always been a disgrace. It must be purged of its subversive agents of Judaism.

American and Israeli Jews exercise control of the US military via Freemasonry and homosexuality, both of which are rampant in the senior officer class of the Army, Marine Corps, Air Force and Navy, according to the courageous revelations of Kay Griggs, the former wife of Marine Colonel George Griggs. The colonel revealed to his wife that the senior officer class participates in the vilest forms of “male bonding,” done for the purposes of mind control and obedience to illegal orders, which include assassination.

Israel, with American Jewish permission, has threatened to unleash its weapons of mass destruction on the capitals of Europe. Reports persist here that Israel has planted nuclear weapons in American cities that will be detonated if Israel is not obeyed.

Other credible reports indicate that Israel was responsible for the Japanese nuclear disaster in retaliation for Japan’s support of the Palestinians in the UN. Also that Israel attempted to kill Germany’s president for the same reason (sabotaged helicopter) and that the Norwegian slaughter of children was for that country’s pro-Palestinian position.

This level of threatened and actual mass murder can only be thwarted by the masters of mass murder, the US military, which has been under the Jewish spell since at least 1861. There is only one way that the US military can redeem itself and rescue the world from the fruit of its sadistic behavior on behalf of Judaism. Judaism must be removed as a threat to life on this planet and prevented from ever rising again.

It is time that the US military cleanse itself of Jewish agents, Freemasons and homosexuals, all of whom serve Jewish finance capitalism and the state of Israel. The US military’s routine slaughtering of foreigners who are in the way of Jewish plundering must stop.

The US military must remove all weapons of mass destruction possessed by Israel, as demanded by John F. Kennedy in the months leading up to his assassination.

Humanity will never be safe until artificial Jewish domination is ended.

America must inevitably experience a military coup to rescue itself from Jewish Rule, which has saturated our political, social and legal systems. Jewish Rule is why America is so sick and degenerate and overrun by aliens.

This is not far-fetched, as we can plainly see with the sudden and unexpected fall of the House of Murdoch. This Jewish propaganda machine is self-destructing. The rest of the Hollywood /New York axis must also be dismantled. Jews must not be allowed in any positions of power or influence, ever again.

We can see what has happened in the past once this effort is begun. Jewish retribution comes in the form of mass annihilation. In those days, the true nature of Judaism was not understood. The “newspaper of record,” the New York Times, deliberately concealed from its readers the truth of what a bunch of New York Jews did to the Russian, Ukrainian and other peoples, with American help, starting in 1917.

Most Americans did not understand the Jewish declaration of war against Germany in 1933, or what it would lead to. Some did, the members of the America First Committee, but they were silenced by the FDR-contrived attack on Pearl Harbor.

The American military is the key to survival, just as it has been the key to Jewish Rule. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and an even more dangerous master. And, as with everything else in life, it depends on good men in charge – always a problem.

There just might be enough good men in the American military who have the guts and the brains to seize control of the murder machine and arrest the traitors who have been propelled to the top by bootlick, degeneracy and moral cowardice.

You lieutenants and captains and majors who aren’t on the make can seize control and end the slaughter and torture of innocents. You know damn well that no one in Guantanamo is guilty of anything other than resisting American barbarism. And that’s if he’s not just some cab driver you stupidly bought for three grand.

Think back on the disgrace of Abu Ghraib and reflect on how such a thing could happen. Abu Ghraib, Bagram, Guantanamo, prison ships, renditions, torture, mass murder, depleted uranium munitions that have produced deformed babies of your own, not to mention the horrors in Iraq. You are in total disgrace for your participation in crimes against humanity.

Of course, you were just following orders given by draft-dodging pukes in DC. You still are. Honestly, how could you take orders from a soft piece of chicken-shit such as Dick Cheney? Or an obvious lying spook such as Barack Obama? Are you that delusional? That impotent? Maybe not.

America is dead, and much of the blame comes from the crimes of the US military in the 19th, 20th and 21st Centuries. We can bring it back to life, which will take a while, but it can’t be done without the revolt of the US military and the overthrow of the war lords, the finance lords and the propaganda lords headquartered in Washington DC, New York and Tel Aviv.

Controversy of Zion; Tragic History

by Tom Valentine

This book was finally published in 1956, and the author, Douglas Reed, closed out the detailed world history and the threat of “Destructive “Talmudism with this line:

“I believe the Jews of the world are equally beginning to see the error of revolutionary Zionism, the twin of the other destructive movement, and, as this century ends, will decide to seek involvement in mankind.”

Throughout this detailed, utterly documented and exhaustive history of civilization, Reed pointed out clearly that many Jews were the implacable enemies of Zionism, and were thereby crushed without mercy.

Talk about beginning at the beginning:

“The true start of this affair occurred on a day in 458 BC, which this narrative will reach in its sixth chapter. On that day the petty Palestinian tribe of Judah (earlier disowned by the Israelites) produced a racial creed, the disruptive effect of which on subsequent human affairs may have exceeded that of explosives or epidemics. This was the day on which the theory of the master-race was set up as “the Law”. At the time Judah was a small tribe among the subject-peoples of the Persian king, and what today is known as “the West” could not even be imagined. Now the Christian era is nearly two thousand years old and “Western civilization”, which grew out of it, is threatened with disintegration. The creed born in Judah 2,500 years ago, in the author’s opinion, has chiefly brought this about. The process, from original cause to present effect, can be fairly clearly traced because the period is, in the main, one of verifiable history.”

Those of us today are not conditioned to think so clearly on the true beginning of this destructive power, because we are taught that the”Old Testament” simply precedes and establishes the New in our reading of The Bible. Reed points out this was fatal error, because the Talmud usurped whatever may have been Revelation from God and converted it into a filthy, racist, abominable work of men, who sought only power and the destruction of others.

Gospel preachers today tell the biographies of Jesus without delineating who his mortal enemies were other than Pharisees and scribes in the temple. We are seldom told about the Talmudist Pharisees in detail, and even when admonished famously by Jesus as hypocrites and liars, preachers do not delve into what the “Sanhedrin” really was. Christians want the philosophy of love and salvation, they have seldom in these centuries since hungered for the evil details of Christ’s persecution. I for one never had a “bible study” that explained the power of the “jews” at that time in a true historical perspective; perhaps if we Christians were preached the whole story, we would not have been such dupes throughout western history. Those last thoughts here are mine not necessarily the author’s.

From the beginning with the mysterious tribe of Judah, until today’s quaking world and a nation called Israel is what this history covers. We learn that the very name “Israel” is a Talmudic con Job, because the Biblical Israel ceased to exist about 2500 years ago; and had absolutely nothing to do with today’s “shitty little country.”

I admit to having a big problem with the writers version of ancient history early on, but I am likely one of very few who would react this way. It is because, I have learned to be an implacable enemy of the cult of “British Israel”snd the “Destiny” crowd, who want so badly to be powerful Jews, they have adopted a racial philosophy based on the mythology of the “Lost tribes”The entire premise is false, just as the Talmud is entirely false.

Recently on the Internet I found this statement about the Talmud:

It would be impossible to find less wisdom, less eloquence, and less high morality, imbedded in a vaster bulk of what is utterly valueless to mankind — to say nothing of those parts of it which are indelicate and even obscene — in any other national literature of the same extent.”

That may be attributed to an Internet favorite Henry Mankow
Not long ago prior to the dawn of the blogger. One never saw or heard about the Talmud, and for good reason, who in their right mind would claim it?

The greatest value of Reed’s detailed research is clearly shown in his weaving the facts behind the manipulations of the American and British governments by the modern Sanhedrin of International Talmudist Elders: On today’s issue of War powers, Reed points to the notorious “Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” about which he gives detaled historical background:

“This forecast of 1905 or earlier particularly deserves Lord Sydenham’s tribute of “deadly accuracy”. American presidents in the two wars of this century have acted as here shown. They did take the right of declaring and making war, and it has been used at least once (in Korea) since the Second World War ended; any attempt in Congress or outside to deprive them of this power, or curb them in the use of it meets with violently hostile attack.

“American presidents in the two wars of this century have acted as here shown. They did take the right of declaring and making war, and it has been used at least once (in Korea) since the Second World War ended; any attempt in Congress or outside to deprive them of this power, or curb them in the use of it meets with violently hostile attack.

“So the Protocols continue. The peoples, on their progress “from one disenchantment to another”, will not be allowed “a breathing-space”. Any country “which dares to oppose us” must be met with war, and any collective opposition with “universal war”. The peoples will not be allowed “to contend with sedition” (here is the key to the furious attacks of the 1790s, 1920 and today on all demands for “investigation”, “Witch-hunting”, “McCarthyism” and the like). In the Super-State to come the obligation will fall on members of one family to denounce dissidents within the family circle (the Old Testamentary dispensation earlier mentioned). The “complete wrecking of the Christian religion” will not be long delayed. The peoples will be kept distracted by trivial amusements (“people’s palaces”) from becoming troublesome and asking questions. History will be rewritten for their delusion (another precept since fulfilled in communized Russia), for “we shall erase from the memory of men all facts of previous centuries which are undesirable to us, and leave only those which depict all the errors of the national governments”. “All the wheels of the machinery of all States go by the force of the engine, which is in our hands, and that engine of the machinery of States is Gold”.

“And the end of it all: “What we have to get at is that there should be in all the States of the world, beside ourselves, only the masses of the proletariat, a few millionaires devoted to our interests, police and soldiers. . . The recognition of our despot. . .will come when the peoples, utterly wearied by the irregularities and incompetence. . .of their rulers, will clamor: ‘Away with them and give us one king over all the earth who will unite us and annihilate the causes of discords, frontiers, nationalities, religions, State debts, who will give us peace and quiet, which we cannot find under our rulers and representatives.”

From that statement alone it is easy to understsnd why the powerful Talmudists fought so long and so hard to discredit the protocols.

To me, a history buff, so to speak, the revealing chapters in Reed’s massive tomb. explained political manipulation, and how it is done; when he described the “advice”given to Harry Truman that led the president to go against public pressure and literally establish Israel as a nation, Reed told how it came about during election campaigns where the closest advisors are never statesmen, but easily dominated political creatures. Reed’s coverage of the sorry Truman business as well as the sickening manipulations of Woodrow Wilson, along with a detailed history of the mysterious Col. Mandell House are vital reading; not to mention the most thorough coverage of the Balfour Declaration one will find anywhere..

For good measure let me toss in some other pithy jewels

“Republicanism, too, is to be a “cover” for the conspiracy. The Protocols are especially contemptuous of republicanism, in which (and in liberalism) they see the weapon of self-destruction forged out of “the mob”: “. . . then it was that the era of republics became possible of realization; and then it was that we replaced the ruler by a caricature of a government, by a president, taken from the mob, from the midst of our puppet creatures, our slaves. This was the foundation of the mine which we have laid under the peoples”.

Today, we may consider those interminable polls to be the “mob” of the protocols.

Morris Dees of the Southern Poverty Larceny Center (SPLC) Launches Fundraiser on Norway Dead Before They are Even Buried

by  Jim Dean, editor…Veterans Today

Morris Dees Milks Norway Dead for Cash

Morris Dees has a good con going. Raising money for poor people and then keeping most of it yourself and be honored for it, well…that takes talent. The fundraising letter below shows that he will even stoop to using unburied corpses to get ‘mo money’.

Dees started his legal career out representing the Klu Klux Klan and ended up milking them and his clients alike a goat. Along the way his divorce records claim he nailed a batch of female jurors, and had some young stepdaughter molesting attempts to teach her how to use a vibrator.

The Montgomery Advertiser newspaper (See Cult of Morris Dees) did a fabulous expose’ on Morris and the Poverty Palace in 1994, which was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize.

The story perculated up via contacts with the staff and local reporters that Dees was running the operation as a cash cow, using his George McGovern presidental fundraising list to literally retire on.

But despite having one of the largest endowments for his line of ‘work’, old Morris still likes to hustle a fast buck. When the civil rights money slowed down and the Klan died off he jumped on the militia bandwagon.

By the way, the militia movement was set up by the Pentagon as a backstop to all the reserves being deployed to the first Gulf War.

They even supplied them training and gave permission to purchase and have fully automatic weapons. The whole operation was run by a single army colonel out of the Pentagon.

This Vet is No Threat Morris Dees

Later Dees double dipped on this scam by discovering returning Gulf War vets as a major domestic terror threat.

Like a foreign enemy intelligence operation someone was able to get a Dept. of Homeland Security brochure published on this, which of course could be used as ‘proof’ that the Dee’s crowd was right.

I will let you guess who wrote the material up for DHS and whether they have been penetrated by this group, and others.

Next is Dees in a fluff interview with CBS. Harry the host is reading his questions, probably brought in already typed up by the Dees people. Watch how Morris slips in the PTSD and hard economy on his veteran terror scare. And see how he uses the Homeland security report, which our sources tell us came from the Dees people, to embellish his own credibility. What you are watching here folks is a very well done penetration of Homeland Security.

YouTube – Veterans Today – – CBS fluf piece

But Morris is showing us now that he can sink even lower. He is using the corpses of the Norway killings as a fundraising hook, a new low even for someone like Dees.

Veterans Today Contest: Who is Exploiting the Norway Victims the Most?

We are thinking about running a contest at Veterans Today for which individuals and groups have most debased themselves through their cruel exploitation of these victims before they have even been buried.

Norway Dead – Hitler Youth

Glen Beck and Dees are in the running for the individual dirt bag list.  Beck shot himself in the head with the Hitler Youth camp comment to describe the young Labor Party activists, while their parents are still in shock. You jumped off a bridge on this one Glen. Goodbye.

And the Daily Beast is leading the group pack. They are having a writers orgy over there tagging right wing extremists as coming out of their closets to massacre us all.

We are asking our readers to send in their nominations through the comment section.

But Morris Dees has self nominated his favorite person, using the Norway dead to line the pockets of the SPLC with even more money for the endowment fund…his endowment fund. After the letter we have some intel on Morris waiting for you.

I Want More Money !!

July 26, 2011

Dear Friend,

The terrorist attack that took the lives of so many children in Norway is a sobering reminder that hate and extremism can drive people to commit unspeakable acts of violence.

The problem is just as grave in our country. For the first time, hate groups here have topped 1,000, and the potential for widespread damage is mounting. Just this year, a neo-Nazi was arrested for planting a bomb that could have killed hundreds along an MLK Day parade route in Spokane.

That’s why it’s so shocking that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has bowed to political pressure from conservatives and dramatically cut back the resources it’s devoting to the threat from right-wing extremists. We exposed DHS’ reckless decision in June and have called on the agency to reverse course.

The tragedy in Norway takes me back to the Oklahoma City bombing, the work of a right-wing fanatic that left 168 people dead. Months before that attack, we warned federal officials about the mounting danger from radical extremists. Now, with your help, we’re speaking out again. Too much is at stake to remain silent. Your voice — your support — is amplifying ours. Thank you for standing with us.

Morris Dees,  Founder, Southern Poverty Law Center

YouTube – Veterans Today – – Wayne Lutton

Morris Dees’ Reputation Among Intel Professionals

Morris Dees is widely viewed as a ‘connected’ phony in the Intel world…and his SPLC as a political front and a disinformation intelligence operation. He has a long history of packing his threat numbers, and some suspect that ‘helpers’ assisted the SPLC by opening up militia group mail boxes across the heartland so they could publish their scare reports that have brought in that $150 to $200 million poverty fund he is sitting on, depending on what the markets are doing.

Laird Wilcox – The Original Extremist Group Expert With no Hidden Agenda

The difference between someone like a Morris Dees and a Laird Wilcox you would need a NASA scientist to calculate the distance. Laird donated his huge extremist group archive to the University of Kansas.  It required a federal grant of $350,000 just to index it. How much did Wilcox sell it for???….$1200.

How much did Morris Dees sell his $1.5 million in the red business for when he was transitioning into setting up the SPLC…$5.5 million. Now what do you think an intelligence analyst would suspect about that deal if he was worth his paycheck? Funding an ‘operation’ via paying a bundle for an in the red business is a standard penetration technique.

YouTube – Veterans Today – – Wilcox and Daughter interview

Laird Wilcox looks through his personal collection of political papers and paraphernalia at Kansas University’s Spencer Research Library. Wilcox has been writing about and collecting materials on political extremists since the 1960s.

Laird Wilcox, one of the early extremist group experts, pulled Dee’s pants down (when Dees wasn’t doing this himself) when he exposed much of this in his The Watchdogs.

Every American needs to read this for self defense purposes as the tactics the Dees’ crowd uses are standard ones. This material needs to be integratedinto high schools civics classes  so our kids do not have glass chins on subject, which is their preferred state for the watchdog creeps.

But what has made Dees special is how the media has aggressive promoted him over all these years and ignored all of his quite public dirty laundry.

In his own way he, and guys like Abe Foxman, have been mini Rupert Murdocks who have used the threat of their intelligence operations, a la Rupert Murdoch, to ward off any major investigations.

Operation Gladio – False Flag Terrorism

What I am saying is that creeps like these have been running their own versions of ‘hacking scandals’  for decades, with the knowledge of press, law enforcement, and politicians…all who have betrayed their oaths by allowing these gangsters to operate freely for a variety of reasons, none of them justifiable.

They have been part of an ongoing Gladio style subversive operation run right here in America while the European one was ongoing. See Gordon Duff’s fabulous piece, Secret Terror from July, 27th, 20011.

Strangely, while Operation Gladio has been exposed all over Europe, parallel operations here generally have not. Ours have been a different types of operations, but the public has been the target in both cases and it has included terrorism.

Reagan sold out the FBI went he ordered them to set up formal liaison between all of their field offices and the Anti-Defamation League.

J. Edgar Hoover with Kennedys

J. Edgar Hoover with Kennedys

Before then FBI director Hoover had forbidden it because they had caught the ADL slipping them bogus information in the past attempting to smear ideological opponents by having them investigated by the FBI.

Hoover always refused to be a guest at ADL events because he knew they were trying to misuse the prestige of the FBI…basically to run an infiltration operation by getting the camel’s nose in the tent. Today the ADL and SPLC lecture FBI recruits and sheriff’s orgs on hate groups, with their own deleted from the list of course.

This allowed these groups to not only infiltrate themselves politically, but also into law enforcement, conducting their own foreign policy, avoiding foreign agent registration, and the reports we have been hearing for years…espionage.

Their civil rights front has turned out to be not only a great smokescreen for them, but also to be self funding and the yellow brick road to living the good life.

Dee’s I think is getting like $350,000 a year for doing almost nothing. He avoids public exposure to avoid questions about molestation of his step daughter from his public divorce records…and any other embarrassing questions about his past.

College audiences especially provide security to screen out any anti-Dees protesters from those events. The media just bends over for the. I have never seen a tough interview our even another guest to grill him so the host does not get a career black mark.

Abe Foxman of the Defamation League

Abe Foxman is pulling down like $500,000 running an organization primarily focused on archiving vandalism reports and bad name calling.

When the American Jewish community is statistically the safest in America, and the most prosperous by average family income, groups like the ADL paint them as constantly under threat of their non Jewish neighbors.

The ADL has lobbied for laws where disagreement with their positions can trigger a possible hate crime prosecution. With neighbors like these, who needs Al Qaeda?

But to wrap things up, grave robbing is a talent these folks excel at, making a living off of dead people by robbing others, but Morris Dees can’t even wait until these Norway victims are buried. He fears somebody else might get the dough before he does. That such people are honored and protected by our institutions is a sign of the corruption and moral decay of our country.

Laird Wilcox and George Lincoln Rockwell, Commander of the American Nazi Party – Kansas Memorial Union Ballroom, February 20, 1964

We are going to be detailing the sordid history of Morris Dees, and Abe Foxman and crowd, as there is a mountain of open source material available on them that main stream media reporters just don’t seem able to discover, nor the elite hosts who introduce them at their events.

When Wilcox was hosting the Rockwell talk, he was not introduced as civil rights icon, or someone whose charity had been put on F lists for gobbling up most of the donations that came in for fundraising and administration…like 82%.

With Rockwell the audience knew what they were getting. But due to the soft glove treatment that Dees and Foxman have gotten from press, politicians and academia, the public has been deceived.

Dees and Foxman are just run of the mill hustlers who made it big. We will always have people like them, like the flu. But for all those who have supported them in our institutions, we should save some special contempt. They did not have to roll the red carpet out for them, but they chose to.

Let them wear the robe.

First he found WMDs in Iraq– now Jeffrey Goldberg finds ‘Jihadists did this in Norway’

Jul 30, 2011

Philip Weiss

This is funny. Flapola nails Jeffrey Goldberg, and then Goldberg amends his post w/o saying as much, and then… well, it’s too complicated for me, but apparently Glenn Greenwald is after Goldberg, and some folks are going after Jim Fallows for assailing Jennifer Rubin for the same thing– wrongly blaming Norway on Muslims without any evidence– and not going after his colleague Goldberg. (Bear in mind, Goldberg’s bad reports from Kurdistan in the New Yorker, suggesting that Saddam was getting WMDs, helped paved the way to the Iraq war)… Flapola:

On Friday July 22, Jeffrey Goldberg posted“Mumbai Comes to Norway”. The link is to a cache of the original version of the post. The text reads:

“I’m following news of the Norway attacks like the rest of you, and am curious to see, among other things, Norway’s response. I hope it is not to pull troops out of Afghanistan; this would only breed more attacks. So, why Norway? It doesn’t seem likely, on the surface. There are many countries with more troops in Afghanistan than Norway; and there are several countries whose newspapers have printed cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad. My first reaction is two-fold: 1) Jihadists did this in Norway because they could. Norway is pretty well-known among homeland-security types for being among the softer, less-defended countries of the West, and 2) Norway is making moves to expel a jihadist called Mullah Krekar, who is one of the founders of Ansar al-Islam, the al Qaeda-affiliated group that operated in Iraqi Kurdistan with some help from Saddam’s intelligence services. This could be a message about his coming deportation.”

Flapola continues:

When events demonstrated how reckless he’d been, Goldberg added a third paragraph raising the possibility of right-wing terrorism. By not labeling this as an update, he left readers to conclude that he was just exploring multiple theories rather than using the massacre to make a bold pronouncement about the worldwide jihadist danger. Later that evening, beginning around 8 PM, Goldberg began adding 4 further paragraphs on stray thoughts, each of which he did carefully label as an “UPDATE”. At the same time he also added “(UPDATED)” to the title. So he was capable of noting updates when there was nothing to be gained from not doing so.

On Saturday, Goldberg posted a roundabout defense of his decision to rush to judgment, “On Suspecting al Qaeda in the Norway Attacks.” It is characteristically disingenuous, particularly about what he had written in “Mumbai”.

On Monday, when he learned (via James Fallows) that I had found cached evidence that he’d made those unacknowledged changes to “Mumbai”, Goldberg hurriedly added another update to the post. This was the aforementioned bizarre explanation for not having labeled the first revision as an ‘update’. It is so ridiculous it really needs to be seen to be believed.

500 protesters join boycott demo at Max Brenner store in Australia
Jul 30, 2011 11:12 am | annie

Hundreds of BDS demonstrators gathered again yesterday at Melbourne’s Central Business District to protest against the attack and arrest of 19  nonviolent BDS supporters on July 1st as reported here by Kim Bullimore. Victorian Police had previously arrested demonstrators at the Max Brenner cafe, owned by the Israeli Strauss Group, which directly funds two IDF brigades, the Golani and Givati brigades.

The 19 protestors now face exorbitant fines of up to $30,000.  According to organizers CAIA (Coalition Against Israeli Apartheid), yesterday’s demonstration expanded to approximately 500 people, 4 times as many as the rally 30 days ago. Starting at the Victorian State Library demonstrators marched through the city streets first to the Max Brenner in Melbourne Central, and then onto Max Brenner in the QV courtyard to show support for those arrested and assert their legal right to continue protesting against those who support and fund Israeli apartheid.

There were no arrests this time although police were in attendance including 8 mounted officers.

Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd, visited Max Brenner in mid-July for a photo media opportunity misrepresenting the intentions of BDS in the Australian press as a boycott of “Jewish businesses”.

“As an individual citizen – that is me, K. Rudd – I am here because I object to the boycotting of Jewish businesses,” he said. Mr Rudd – meeting with Melbourne Ports MP Michael Danby – said anyone with historical memory should deplore boycotts of Jewish businesses. Samah Sabawi from Australians for Palestine said Max Brenner was a legitimate target for the boycott, even though her organisation did not take part in protests. “I think Kevin Rudd has not given Palestinian civil society a good hearing,” Ms Sabawi said.

Peace group: Settlers attack international observers
BETHLEHEM (Ma‘an) 29 July — Israeli settlers from the illegal outpost of Havat Maon, south of Hebron, attacked two international observers on Wednesday, hitting one on the head with an iron bar, the Christian Peacemaker Teams said. “At approximately 9:15 AM on July 27, 2011, masked settlers from the Havat Maon outpost armed with stones and an iron bar harassed three Palestinian shepherds and attacked two international observers. The settlers threw stones at the internationals, and hit one of them in the head with an iron bar,” a CPT statement said. “The Palestinian shepherds were out with their flocks on Palestinian land near Mesheha hill when the four masked settlers attacked them. The shepherds were able to leave the area, but the settlers attacked the internationals.
“One of the internationals was a member of Christian Peacemaker Teams, the other was visiting the area. The settlers destroyed the CPTer’s camera and chased them both back to At-Tuwani. Christian Peacemaker Teams and Operation Dove have documented 6 occasions since June 22, 2011 in which settlers from Havat Maon have attacked Palestinians or internationals near Mesheha Hill.

Settlers invade Beit Ommar and Surif on Friday morning
[photos] PSP 29 July — On the 29th of July, 2011 a large group of settlers was observed passing through the land of Beit Ommar and Surif. The group, which consisted of 40 settlers, 2 of whom were armed, and 4 soldiers, walked through farmland in Beit Ommar and crossed through the town of Surif. They were observed by a group of residents from the towns as well as two internationals. Members of the group harassed residents as they passed through Surif, and briefly sat down near the entrance of a Palestinian house. They were seen carrying maps and taking pictures of the land and Palestinian homes. Residents responded to the presence of settlers on the land by throwing stones. The military accompanying the settlers then shot live ammunition in their direction. Surif has a history of violence by settlers in the area. In January, settlers from Bat Ayn shot two youths from the town, killing 17 year old Yousef Ikhlayl.

Report: Israeli soldier tweets from detained protester’s phone
+972mag 29 July — In what appears to be an escalation in the Israeli army’s attempts to intimidate unarmed protesters from joining protests in Nabi Saleh, soldiers apprehended a Palestinian-American college student this morning at the entrance to Nabi Saleh as the weekly demonstration against the occupation was starting. The demonstrator, who wishes to remain anonymous, told +972 that he was on his way into the village in a private taxi from Ramallah. At the entrance to the village, Israeli soldiers prevented him from entering and searched him and his driver multiple times. After the searches were complete, soldiers took his phone, passport and wallet while leaving him and his driver to sit in the sun. After one hour, soldiers informed him that he must return to Ramallah and demanded that he “tell people not to come to Nabi Saleh because it is closed.” One military jeep then followed his taxi as it drove back to Ramallah. Using the Twitter handle @Abou_Charlie, he reported his experience with the soldiers only to realize that soldiers had used his phone to tweet while he was detained.

Hamas seeks to attract youngsters to summer camps
GAZA CITY, Palestinian Territories (AFP) 29 July — The militant Islamist group Hamas is seeking to attract youngsters to its annual summer camps in the Gaza Strip, offering activities far beyond religious study. However, organisers say the activities do not include militia training. “These camps have no military or political dimension; they are held outdoors, with sports, cultural, educational, social and recreational activities,” said Saleh Hamdan, a member of the central committee for summer camps. An example, he said, were camps on Islamic fashion, being attended by thousands of girls, which he said “do not focus on purely religious matters.”

Gaza’s economic mirage / Wasseem El Sarraj
GAZA CITY(FP) 28 July — A predominant, if misguided, narrative holds Gaza to be a Mediterranean secret, where food is plentiful and joy is unabated. Such statements are not exactly false. As a Gazan, I can say I have laughed, dined out (not just falafel), and been able to embrace my proclivity for consumption — recently purchasing a 37″ flat-screen TV. But this has been a product of the stubbornness and creativity of capitalism under an enforced closure (where goods flow into Gaza, but what goes out is very limited). Not to mention the sheer luck that I hail from an elite class and of the simple fact that humans, in desperate circumstances, still muster the ability to “look on the bright side of life.”

Israel’s prison walls cannot keep us apart / Fidaa Elaydi
EI 28 July — It’s been six months since I was in Gaza and I miss everything about it. I miss the company of my large extended family, the delicious food we enjoyed from communal trays as we sat on the ground, the gorgeous sunsets on the beach and the peace of mind and serenity that only come with the feeling of being home. I think about the kind but tortured people I met and the impossible-to-forget harshness of life in Gaza. But out of all of the inmates of this outdoor prison, there is one in particular that cannot escape my thoughts. Although all of Gaza’s 1.6 million residents feel suffocated by siege and closure, there are nearly 700 Gazans who have it immeasurably worse. They are the Gazans being held illegally in Israeli prisons.

Palestinian ‘ghosts’ keep the Israeli economy moving / Mona Issa
National 29 July — “We built Israel,” says Abbas, a young migrant worker from Salem. A decade ago, he began travelling illegally from the northern West Bank to Tel Aviv to work in construction. “We have no jobs, so the only option is to work in Israel.” Years ago, between 1948 and 1967, Palestinians sneaked across borders to work in their former fields in Israel. Those borders were erased after the 1967 Arab-Israeli war, when Israel occupied the West Bank, Gaza, the Golan Heights and Sinai. After 1967, Palestinians both from Gaza and the West Bank began working on Israeli construction sites. Now, with the building of the separation wall in the West Bank, those borders exist again. Although men over 35 years of age can obtain security clearance to enter Israel for work, the younger generation have no choice but to travel via the paths their fathers and grandfathers used to walk legally. They are, in effect, the ghost workers of the Israeli economy.

Palestinian Christians protest Anglican chief’s occupation blind spot / Sarah Irving
EI 29 July — Stephen Sizer, a Palestine solidarity campaigner and Church of England vicar, wrote on his blog about visiting Aboud in March this year, “I was going to entitle this [post] ‘the Ethnic Cleansing of Aboud,’ but that is not strong enough language to describe what I witnessed in this village. … Since 1967 the Israeli government has stolen the best land, depriving villagers access to most of their olive groves and income. They have built three large colonies exclusively for American and European Jews on the confiscated hills around Aboud. They have even stolen the village water pump, diverting the bulk of the water to the settlements” (“The Rape of Aboud”). Despite the progressive approach of churchmen like Sizer, comments by Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury and leader of the Anglican and Episcopalian churches worldwide, have aroused anger among Palestinian Christians.

Can water end the Arab-Israeli conflict? / Arwa Arburawa
AJ 29 July — Could solving the water crisis in Israel and Palestine also help resolve the entrenched occupation and conflict? — Around three weeks ago on a late Tuesday morning, Israeli soldiers armed with a truck and a digger entered the Palestinian village of Amniyr anddestroyed nine water tanks. One week later, Israeli forces demolished water wells and water pumps in the villages of Al-Nasaryah, Al-Akrabanyah and Beit Hassanin the Jordan Valley. In Bethlehem, a severe water shortage have led to riots in refugee camps and forced hoteliers to pay over the odds for water just to stop tourists from leaving. Palestinians insist that the Israeli occupation means that they are consistently denied their water rights which is why they have to live on 50 litres of water a day while Israeli settlers enjoy the luxury of280 litres. Clearly, water is at the heart of the Israel-Palestine conflict, but commentators are now insisting that shared water problems could help motivate joint action and better co-operation between both sides, which could in turn help end the conflict. “It’s a shame that water is being used as a form of collective punishment when it could be used to build trust and to help each side recognise that the other is a human being with water rights,” says Nader Al-Khateeb, the Palestinian director of the environmental NGO Friends of the Earth Middle East (FoEME).

Hamas leader: Palestinian UN bid a ‘scam’
dpa 29 July — …Hamas leaders have firm views on the attempt by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to get the United Nations to recognize a Palestinian state based on the pre-1967 borders, before Israel captured the West Bank from Jordan. “Just nonsense,” says Mahmoud al-Zahar, a prominent Hamas member in Gaza. “A Palestinian state means land, people and authority. And now, what is the border of Israel? Israel has had many borders in the last 30, 40 years. What border are we going to speak about?'” The approach to the UN, he says, is a ‘political scam.’ He is equally unequivocal on the so-called two-state solution, which aims at an Israeli state and a Palestinian state existing side by side. “We are not going to recognize Israel. That is very simple…” He says accepting Israel’s right to exist would “cost 10 million Palestinians their right to Palestine. Who can pay that price? Who will go to the refugee camps and tell the people you have no right on Palestine?”

Vital lessons in hospitality / Fiyaz Mughal
Haaretz 29 July — Protecting Israel’s “brand” is not just about attracting tourists, but also about winning the moral support of the international community — As a frequent visitor to Israel, I have seen small but regular groups of Muslim pilgrims visiting Jerusalem and the Holy Land from India. What is striking, however, is how few European Muslims come on a religious pilgrimage, aside from small, handpicked groups of interfaith travelers. Visiting Israel is not the easiest of processes for European Muslims. My experiences entering and traveling around the country have unfortunately included a combination of extensive questioning and unexplained delays … I have heard from countless Muslim travelers that they felt they had been unfairly profiled or targeted at multiple junctures during their spiritual trip to Israel … Certainly, the suspicions of the authorities are understandable. They have undoubtedly been exacerbated by incidents such as the suicide bombing in a Tel Aviv nightclub in 2003, carried out by two British extremists. But ensuring that Muslim travelers have a safe and positive spiritual experience is vitally important for Israel.

‘NYT’ offers Israeli a platform to call ‘Arab spring’ ‘Arab storm’

Jul 30, 2011

Philip Weiss

This op-ed by Aluf Benn, defense correspondent for Haaretz, in the New York Times today, shows how hardboiled the New York Times (and by extension American Jewish leadership) can be when it comes to Israel’s relationships with its neighbors. The dictatorship of Mubarak is seen as a good thing, stable and predictable, and no matter the effect on 80 million Egyptian citizens. And the Arab spring is characterized as an “Arab storm.” Why? Because it will stoke democracy demands by Palestinians on the West Bank and perhaps produce a third intifada and ultimately destabilize Israel–unless Netanyahu and Obama cut a deal for a two-state solution now. The horror of this op-ed is that Palestinians are never seen as human beings with human rights who are living under oppression. No, they are just another part of an undifferentiated Arab hatred of Israel that will overwhelm the state if these primitive people are not propitiated. The tone of this piece is neo-colonialist. But if Palestinian voices were granted a forum in the New York Times, Americans might begin to differentiate strains in Palestinian society, and might actually desire to extend the democratic freedoms that we cherish to that place, rather than trading in fear

A Strike Against Free Speech

Ahmad Tibi, an Arab Israeli, is deputy speaker of the Israeli Parliament.

Free speech in Israel was dealt a severe blow this month when the country’s Parliament passed antiboycott legislation that targets individuals or organizations publicly calling for a boycott against Israel or any area under its control.

Because I believe in ending the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory, equal rights for Palestinians and Jews, and the right of return for Palestinian refugees forced from their homes and lands in 1948, I support boycotting — and calling on others to boycott — all Israeli companies that help perpetuate these injustices.

But this new legal limit on free speech could bankrupt me.

Israeli officials will not throw me in jail for publicly supporting such boycotts, but settler groups can claim financial damages without even having to show any harm done. Furthermore, organizations supporting boycotts could be denied tax-deductible contributions and state funding. This week, I appealed the law to the high court.

Already, a member of the Knesset, our Parliament, Alex Miller, has threatened to sue me for my words — specifically my call, which I continue to make today, to boycott the illegal Jewish settlement of Ariel. Such a call would be unremarkable in a proper democracy with untrammeled free speech. The right to criticize a population that has dispossessed Palestinians and discriminated against us for decades should be protected speech.

Perhaps my parliamentary immunity will protect me, but that can readily be stripped. Moreover, parliamentary immunity will not protect Israelis who urge fellow citizens not to buy Ahava beauty products created from natural resources illegally extracted from the occupied shores of the Dead Sea and manufactured in a factory in an illegal West Bank settlement, to avoid wines from the occupied Golan Heights, or to hire construction companies other than those that build exclusive and discriminatory housing units for settlers in occupied East Jerusalem.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has proudly taken ownership of the bill for his Likud party, declaring: “Don’t be confused — I authorized the bill. If I hadn’t authorized it, it wouldn’t have gotten here.” Given Netanyahu’s warm reception on Capitol Hill when he visited the United States a few weeks ago, I fear that most members of Congress will not offer a peep of protest, even as Israel, a key American ally that bills itself as “the only democracy in the Middle East,” strays into undemocratic and clearly bigoted lawmaking.

The Israeli Parliament’s antiboycott legislation is an unprecedented effort to undercut nonviolent resistance to Israeli oppression. Many people believe that making nonviolence more difficult will make violence inevitable. I do not. Approving such irresponsible and reactionary legislation highlights Israel’s long decades of injustice to Palestinians and hands us something of a political victory. Through this legislation, Israel has drawn further attention to its violent occupation of Palestinian territory and routine violations of international law.

Colonizing settlers and their elected representatives now rule Israel’s political landscape, and few dare to stand against them. This reticence in the face of repeated abuses by settlers reflects poorly on Israeli society and the U.S. government.

One of Israel’s leading newspapers, Haaretz, noted in an editorial that the antiboycott legislation “is a politically opportunistic and antidemocratic act, the latest in a series of outrageously discriminatory and exclusionary laws enacted over the past year, and it accelerates the process of transforming Israel’s legal code into a disturbingly dictatorial document. It casts the threatening shadow of criminal offense over every boycott, petition or even newspaper op-ed. Very soon, all political debate will be silenced.”

Haaretz may well be right. I prefer to believe, however, that the overreach of the extreme right in Israel will eventually rouse people of good will in the United States and Europe to put greater pressure on the Israeli government to change course. Despite the hopes of American politicians, Israel is not going to change on its own. Only very real international pressure will force the Israeli government to change. Until then, we can expect more discriminatory and undemocratic legislation from this Knesset.

Convicted of Insulting Islam Through Website, TV Interviews
This incredibly harsh sentence for a peaceful blogger makes a mockery of Saudi Arabia’s claims that it supports reform and religious dialogue. A man who wanted to discuss religion has already been locked up for a year and now faces 600 lashes and seven years in prison.
Nadim Houry, deputy Middle East director

(Beirut) – A Jeddah court on July 29, 2013, convicted a liberal activist of violating Saudi Arabia’s anti-cybercrime law and sentenced him to 600 lashes and seven years in prison. The Criminal Court found Raif Badawi, the founder of the Free Saudi Liberals website, guilty of insulting Islam through his website and in comments he made on television, and added three months to his term for “parental disobedience.”

The charges against Badawi were based solely on his peaceful exercise of his right to free expression, Human Rights Watch said. Badawi established his online platform in 2008, to encourage debate on religious and political matters in Saudi Arabia. He has been detained in Jeddah’s Buraiman prison since his arrest on June 17, 2012. Criminal Court Judge Faris al-Harbi dropped a charge of apostasy, which carries the death penalty, after Badawi assured the court on July 24 that he is a Muslim.

“This incredibly harsh sentence for a peaceful blogger makes a mockery of Saudi Arabia’s claims that it supports reform and religious dialogue,” said Nadim Houry, deputy Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. “A man who wanted to discuss religion has already been locked up for a year and now faces 600 lashes and seven years in prison.”

Badawi’s lawyer, Waleed Abu al-Khair, told Human Rights Watch that Judge al-Harbi read the verdict aloud during a trial session on July 29, and that the court will send Abu al-Khair a written notification by August 6, and give him 30 days to appeal.

Abu al-Khair said that the judge sentenced Badawi to five years in prison for insulting Islam and violating provisions of Saudi Arabia’s 2007 anti-cybercrime law through his liberal website, affirming that liberalism is akin to unbelief. The judge ordered the closure of the website and added two years to Badawi’s sentence for insulting both Islam and Saudi Arabia’s Committee for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, or religious police, in comments during television interviews.

Abu al-Khair also said the judge added three months to the sentence for `Uquq, or “parental disobedience,” apparently because of Badawi’s numerous public confrontations with his father over the years.

The judge dropped the apostasy charge after Badawi affirmed to the court that he is a Muslim and recited theShehadeh, or Muslim declaration of faith, the lawyer said. The judge also threw out the evidence that Badawi had violated the anti-cybercrime law in comments on social media sites.

Prosecutors initially charged Badawi in 2011, alleging that his website “infringes on religious values.” According to the charge sheet, the prosecution’s evidence included five postings by Badawi and anonymous members of his site critical of Saudi religious authorities, and two postings regarding theological questions.

During a hearing on Badawi’s case at the Jeddah Criminal Court on December 17, 2012, Judge Muhammad al-Marsoom prevented Badawi’s lawyer from representing his client, the lawyer told Human Rights Watch. Judge al-Marsoom informed Badawi that he could face the death penalty if he did not “repent to God” and renounce his liberal beliefs. Badawi refused. Recommending a trial for apostasy, the judge referred the case to the Jeddah Public Court, which tries more serious crimes. In January, the Public Court refused to hear the case, and following a lengthy process to determine which court had jurisdiction, judicial authorities eventually transferred it back to the Criminal Court.

Saudi authorities have long harassed Badawi for debating religious issues. In March 2008, authorities arrestedBadawi and questioned him about his website, but released him a day later. In May 2008, Badawi was formally charged with “setting up an electronic site that insults Islam” and he left the country. He returned when prosecutors apparently decided to drop the charges, he told Human Rights Watch. In 2009, the authorities barred Badawi from traveling abroad and froze his business interests, depriving him of a source of income, he told Human Rights Watch.

On March 18, 2012, the well-known cleric Sheikh Abdulrahman al-Barrak issued a religious ruling declaring Badawi an “unbeliever… and apostate who must be tried and sentenced according to what his words require.” Al-Barrak claimed that Badawi had said “that Muslims, Jews, Christians, and atheists are all equal,” and that even if these were not Badawi’s own opinions but “an account of the words of others, this is not allowed unless accompanied by a repudiation” of such words.

Badawi and other contributors to his website declared May 7, 2012, “A Day for Saudi Liberals,” hoping to spark an open discussion on distinctions between “popular” and “politicized” religion, Su’ad al-Shammar, the website’s director, told Human Rights Watch.

Badawi’s wife and children moved abroad in 2012, fearing repercussions.

International human rights law protects freedom of expression. International standards only allow content based restrictions on expression in extremely narrow circumstances, such as cases of slander or libel against private individuals, or speech that threatens national security. Restrictions must be clearly defined, specific, necessary, and proportionate to the threat to the interest protected.

The mere fact that forms of expression are considered to be insulting to a public figure is not sufficient to justify the imposition of penalties, the UN Human Rights Committee said in its 2011 General Comment No. 34 regarding permissible limits on freedom of expression. Regarding restrictions for the protection of public morals, the committee in its 1993 General Comment 22 on freedom of religion observed “that the concept of morals derives from many social, philosophical, and religious traditions; consequently, limitations… for the purpose of protecting morals must be based on principles not deriving exclusively from a single tradition.”

“King Abdullah has received praise for fostering dialogue and an exchange of ideas between religions, but it appears that Saudi authorities’ tolerance for open discussion stops at Saudi borders,” Houry said.

UN Commission Flotilla Massacre Report

by Stephen Lendman

Despite irrefutable evidence, including the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) concluding last September that Israel committed serious “violations of international law, including international humanitarian law” by massacring nine Gaza Flotilla activists, injuring dozens more, in international waters, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon appeased Israel by appointing his own commission.

On July 25, Haaretz writer Barak Ravid headlined, “UN delays flotilla report as Jerusalem and Ankara keep talking,” saying:

It was another postponement to give Israel and Turkey more time to resolve differences. The expected July 27 release will be “delayed for three more weeks, to August 20, according to a senior Israeli official.”

It’s the third time the release was postponed, Israel wanting more time to alter its current findings.

On July 24, YNet News writer Aviel Magnezi headlined what’s widely known, “Report: UN Panel rules IDF boarded Marmara ‘to kill,’ ” saying:

“The Turkish newspaper Hurriyet said Sunday that the (UN Palmer report) on last year’s Gaza-bound flotilla (ruled) that IDF soldiers boarded the ship with an intention to kill.”

As a result, Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan demands an apology. So far, Israel stubbornly refuses. Instead, it’s willing to compensate victims’ families and issue a statement regretting the loss of lives, a disingenuous gesture, mocking the activists they murdered in cold blood.

Hurriyet said Israel fears an apology may facilitate lawsuits against commando perpetrators and their commanders. Moreover, its authorities never say they’re sorry or admit wrongdoing, even when caught red-handed. In fact, there’s no disputing what they did in May 2010. Lies, coverup and denials change none of the facts.

Ravid’s same day article headlined, “Turkey threatens diplomatic action pending Israel apology for Gaza flotilla raid,” saying:

Turkey’s backup plan if Israel won’t apologize includes “further downgrading relations (already) on shaky ground.”

On July 23, Hurriyet said it’ll reduce its Tel Aviv presence further. In fact, there’s been no ambassador there for over a year. After Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon insulted former ambassador Ahmet Oguz Celikkol, he left. Kerim Uras was appointed to replace him, but Israel’s refusal to apologize delayed his posting.

Turkey had been represented by its deputy ambassador, but he also left after serving there for three years, maybe just as fed up with Israeli antics. According to Hurriyet, unless Israel apologizes, he won’t be replaced, leaving only a second secretary in place.

Without an apology, Erdogan also plans visiting Gaza as part of his backup plan, entering through Rafah Crossing during an Egypt visit. Originally scheduled for July 21, he postponed it to give Israel more time.

Turkish envoy Ozdem Sanberk named a July 27 deadline. The Turkish newspaper Sabah said an agreement in principle was reached in which Israel would apologize for an operational failure, causing nine deaths.

If issued, it will be an offensive, mealy mouthed gesture, so outrageous, in fact, it’s hard imagining any government would accept it.

As the same time, Israeli hard-liners, including Foreign Minister/Deputy Prime Minister Avigdor Lieberman, Vice Prime Minister Moshe Ya’alon, and perhaps Netanyahu oppose an apology in any form to resolve the ongoing stalemate.

How it ends isn’t known. What’s clear is that both sides want resolution, though it’s hard seeing how satisfying one party will please the other. At the same time, compromise in some form is how all diplomatic deadlocks are ended, especially when both sides are equally matched.

Whatever the outcome, however, grieving families won’t ever again see lost loved ones, or ever forgive Israeli commandos for killing them.

A Final Comment

When agreed, the 1993 Oslo Accords were a take or leave it deal, Palestinians getting virtually nothing in return for surrendering its sovereignty to Israel. Thereafter, it was all downhill.

Nonetheless on July 4, Haaretz writer Akiva Eldar headlined, “The Oslo Accords are all but dead, ” saying:

Israeli settlement construction on stolen Palestinian land continues unabated. Nonetheless, pro-Israeli hardliner/Clinton advisor Dennis Ross wants Palestinians to abandon independence. In return, he says, Netanyahu may negotiate a final-status agreement, in fact, as meaningless as Oslo because settlement expansions won’t end, nor will Palestinians get rights so far denied.

In fact, Oslo stipulated that final status was to be resolved 13 years ago. “The time has come,” said Eldar, “to put the Oslo Accords out of their misery,” though doing so won’t end Palestinian suffering.

At the same time, International Middle East Media Center writer Saed Bannoura headlined on July 24, “Israeli government officials: Palestinian statehood bid could void Oslo Accord,” saying:

“(S)ome high-level officials in the Israeli cabinet (want) Israel (to) call off the (agreement) if the Palestinian Authority moves ahead with a bid for statehood (in) September.

Along with defense, finance, foreign and trade ministry officials, Israeli National Security Advisor Ya’akov Amidror “is reportedly preparing (Israel’s) response” to Palestine’s “upcoming bid….and one plan is to void” Oslo, as if doing so, in fact, mattered.

Technically, it would dissolve satrap PA authority and its limited role in providing Palestinians the meager services Israel allows. In fact, with or without Oslo, nothing meaningful will change.

Military occupation will continue. So will Gaza’s siege, and regular Israeli attacks and incursions will keep terrorizing residents lawlessly. As a result, Israel’s threat is more bluff than ultimatum to withhold what’s already systematically denied.

It’s why de jure UN membership and independence are vital first steps to breaking free, but the struggle to do so has miles to go to succeed. Backing off, however, assures continued bondage and persecution, a choice no legitimate government should accept.

Palestine’s, of course, doesn’t, its real authority in Gaza, not the coup d’etat West Bank one, representing Israel, not its own people. Fully breaking free requires ending that intolerable status, letting democratically elected leaders govern, not selected Israeli ones.
